Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 16. Feb. 2013Mich hat die zentrale Lage und der zum Buchungszeitpunkt günstige Preis angezogen. Der Service ist mittelmäßig. Die bis zu 3 Portiers langweilten sich am Eingang anstatt dem Gast beim Gepäck zu helfen. Die Concerges waren o.k.. Der Lift per Zimmerkarte gesichert und die Zimmer geräumig und leise und mit einem übergroßen TV ausgestattet. Bad könnte moderner sein. Parken sollte man besser in einem der zahlreichen Parkhäuser in der Innenstadt. Frühstück ist billiger und besser in einem der zahlreichen Coffeeshops oder Diner in der Umgebung.

Es gab ein Zimmer mit einer integrierten Küche, das Geschirr war sauber und Herd, MIcrowelle und Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei! Sollten wir noch einmal nach Oregon fliegen, wird das sicher wieder unser Hotel! Wie in USA üblich, lässt die sich die Sauberkeit mit deutschem aber Standard nicht vergleichen, aber in diesem Hotel kam es schon sehr nah ran ;o) ! ! Es gibt kein Frühstück und der "Shop" ist nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. Es gibt einen Raum mit zwei PC´s die von den Gästen genutzt werden können. Freies WLAN ist auch zu haben. Die Menschen an der Rezeption waren durchweg total supernett!! In fuläufiger Umgebung ist ein tolles Diner mit dem Namen Sharies, welches rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. das haben wir leider erst auf der Rückfahrt entdeckt, empfehlenswert sind die Blueberry-Pancakes ;o)) Also, wer keinen Luxus erwartet, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

Everything wss great with a couple of exceptions. Bathroom fan was making a rattling sound and the tv list said they had HBO, but we went through all the channels and no HBO. Outstanding hotel, front desk staff and amenities, at any price. For the room rate, this hotel should be full every night. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, very nice rooms, inside swimming pool and only about 1 mile from the interstate exit but far enough so there was no noise. "Great place to stay"
Paid with Paypal, quick and easy transaction. It's a great place to stay. It's out of the way though, we were doing the Portland car swap meet. The breakfast is awesome, filling and plentiful! The only thing we didn't like was the dirty water in the pool and spa, it was a nasty green color and the water really stinks like a swamp. They didn't clean […] it while we were there, they just filled the spa with more water. Other than that it's a bangin cool hotel and I recommend it to anyone! "My Go-To Spot in Vancouver"
I absolutely love this hotel and I stay in it whenever I travel to Washington. It is close to two major freeways as well as to many food locations. It is also a short drive away from the mall and to major cities like Portland. The hotel is well maintained and very clean and has 24-hour pool/spa access, a gym as well as a wide variety of breakfast choices […] in the morning. It's a quiet place to stay (unless the frogs outside in the pond are singing) and the staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone need somewhere to stay in Vancouver. "Great overnight"
We were on our way to Portland for an early morning appointment, this was a great place for the stay. Even though it is right off the highway it was very quiet. We got in late, but the staff was there to greet us and it was a very quick check in process. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. "Kinda sorta, but not really."
I got a room for my wife just so she could have some time away from our kids and just have her "me" time for a couple of nights. There was nothing special about the place but for $65 you can't ask for much. No mini fridge or micro was surprising because I thought it was pretty standard to at least have a micro in every room. Thin walls as well. Loud […] voices carry over or other "sounds", but good thing that it was just noisy preteens that were excited to have their own room. In all, I thought I might have received a great price for a hotel that received good reviews, but really did pay for a room that didn't deserve to be rented out for more than I payed for. "No recognition or help for a real problem"
I had inadvertentely left my wallet in my other car when I left for this trip. I arrived at the hotel late at night with no wallet (thus ID or credit dard). I had my Expedia receipt and my check book, but nothing else. The front desk person was trying to be helpful, but told me he had to follow policy and check with his manager, whom he promptly called. […] The manager was unwilling to to do ANYTHING about this, citing company policy and the fact that it was not the hotel's fault that I left my wallet behind. I truly get that it is important to have ID and a CC card- one never knows who is checking into a hotel for sure. But REALLY? I even offered to call my husband to get a credit card nmber, but that would not work without ID. We were eventually allowed to check into my prepaid room using my friend's ID and CC, but not before a lot of hassle and strain. I like this hotel, but I don't think I will be back. Friendly and professional woman greeted me upon check in. A welcoming plate of warm chocolate chip cookies were sitting on the counter which was a nice touch. The room was nicer than I expected. Hotel itself as well as room was very clean. The pool area was also very clean and pleasant. The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Vancouver, WA for a pretty decent price. "Nice, clean and quiet hotel."
Great place to stay - front desk was really nice and friendly. Also there was warm cookies. Some rooms have microwaves and refrigerators while others don't. Not sure why it's kind of random.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Immaculate property, wonderful staff"
We booked our room at 10:00pm as we were too tired to continue driving. Our room, the property & staff was so above expectations, our room was spotless, Jeff at the front desk was very helpful & knowledgeable, he is an artist in professionalism and friendliness. We will definately recommend this place to all our friends and look forward to our next […] stay. The only downside we had was that after booking, there was a mixup and another party also booked our room at the same time and we ended up in a smoking room, we slept with all the windows open due to the odor. "Concert goer happy :)"
We stayed for a concert, like many others that evening and the check in clerk was GREAT!! He knew that we were all excited and was very friendly about our stay :) Would recommend to anyone staying over for a concert at the Sleep Country Concerts.
