Das hotel hat schon einige Jahre auf den Rücken die merkt man hauptsächlich im Badezimmer. Wir hatten einen Superior raucher Zimmer (8.Stock) gebucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber sehr klein.Die Klima war gut da es leise funktionierte.Frühstückbuffet war gut,hatt alles geschmeckt,und war für jeden was dabei. Wir waren nicht das erste mal in Bangkok […] und hatten das Hotel gebucht weil es in Zentrum liegt. Gleich gegenüber von Central World. Wenn man Einkaufen nach Bangkok fährt (nach einen Badeurlaub )für 2-3 Tage dann ist diese Hotel das richtige. Mehr

The LOCATION is PERFECT !! Thats the reason why I chose this hotel, its opposite to all the main shopping malls. 2 minutes walking distance to Central World. The room service menu was very good, service is good, and the prices are just the perfect deal. The only issue is the non-sound proof walls which can be annouying if your neighbours were loud.

Booked 2 nights superior room with breakfast. Room was OK, nothing to be picky about considering the price I am paying. Breakfast is OK but not fantastic. Location is really good, just opposite CentralWorld.

Hotel is clean and located within working distance to all shopping areas & supermarkets.

Arnona has the best location in town. It is accessible to the biggest malls for shopping, transportation and services. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. My only complaint is their buffet breakfast what does not have enough variety and selections for a long stay. The location is great for the price (the only good point) but rooms are quite old. The concierge staff were not helpful at all. They were quite pushy in getting us to take day trip by taxi when we asked about how to get to certain sightseeing place. Do take note when taking taxis from the hotel lobby as well. Only good thing is the location.

For the price and location - this hotel is certainty a winner. No doubt that I would consider staying here again...

Located opposite Central world (Isetan and Zen), this hotel is right in the center of all action. It is near to Mo Chit BTS station, about 5 mins walk. The Big C (a large hypermart) is just next door, so it is extremely convenient. Walk in one direction and you will head towards the Erawan shrine (4 face budda), Siam Center, Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery […] Center and MBK. Walk in the opposite direction and you will have another shopping paradise waiting for you - Pantip Plaza, Platinum Fashion Mall, City Complex and the Pratunam market. You can also walk to Baiyoke Sky Hotel to have a bird eye's view of Bangkok City (day and night) and it is free. The rate for Arnoma hotel is relatively cheap as compared to other hotels in the same area. The building is a bit old, but room is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is there is no free internet or wifi. Mehr

It's close to BTS and all the places that I usually visit when I go to BKK, Platinum Fashion Mall, Siam Paragon, Central World, MBK, etc...

Overall the hotel comfort is good. Need improvement from the service staffs; lack of smile. In addition, it will be much better with free WIFI!

Nearby two of the key metro stations namely Siam and Chit Lum, the hotel is in the wonderful position for shopping of key malls. Two points noting for the hotel: 1. the facilities are quite old but acceptable, 2. servers are friendly in catching the customers' needs.

Location is very good, and very close to major shopping malls. BTS Skytrain station is relatively close. But the building/room is not well-kept and desperately need renovation. Got the room at a special rate; but for regular rate, I'd look somewhere else.

Hotel is conveniently located. For this price, the room is really a steal! We took the room without breakfast. But food will never be a cause of concern with Gaysorn, Big C and Central World SO CLOSE the hotel! The water in the swimming pool is VERY cold. However, my kids still had a great time! When we checked in to the hotel, the counter staff told […] us that the room is not ready yet and that we need to wait for another 30mins. This is despite the fact that we were already 2hrs later than the check in time. Fortunately, they told us the room is ready in 10mins time. I think the hotel location is very strategic in the city center. However, the room that I stayed in 5th floor is not well maintain and the furnitures and TV are very old (run down). The breakfast area is too crowded and not able to cater the among of guests targetted. There will be a Long Queue of waiting for some unprepare food (like eggs) by the chiefs. This is my first stay in Arnoma Bangkok though I've been to Bangkok many time. I had a pleasant surprise as I didn't expect such quality for the money I paid. It's also next to the major shopping malls in Bangkok. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Bangkok for food and shopping

Clean and well kept room. Great location for shoppers. Nearby walking Malls like Central World, Big C and road side stalls gives good bargain.

Good location, right in the city centre, My superior deluxe room was excellent ..clean and rasonably spacious. Hotel people were busy and trying to be hospitable... Hotel needs a new supervisor for the breakfast time. Big hotel and lots of people coming for the breakfast but lack of food supply on time makes you very frustrated Food eventually might […] come but by that you have other things to do...! Nothing much to talk about this hotel except for the convenience of its location. I can get better deal elsewhere at half of the price if I did not go along with my friends.

This hotel is in the heart of the shopping district, if that is what you are after while in Bangkok! The hotel staff is fantastic and are very attentive for our every need. The only negatives were the pillows were herrendous, the carpet in our room needed to be badly cleaned and they could upgrade the curtains. Front Desk staffs where fine, its the door man, seeing us approach with our hands full and turned a blind eye. This is unforgivable for a 4 star hotel. Rooms are old and run-down, walls are paper thin, you can clearly hear the activities of your fellow hotel guests.

Place very convenient to all shopping centres. Would recommend this hotel, as service is good for the price you paid for.... however breakfast spread is limited and certain food was not replenish, though fully consumed.

My five days stay at Arnoma Hotel was a good experience. Counter staff, bell boys to room cleaners always wears a smile and not without a greeting and an offer to help or assist with anything. You should never resist the wide range of delectable food they offer. Walking out through the front of the hotel, across the road, brings you to a whole stretch […] of giant shopping malls from Central World, Iseten and walking a little further brings you to the delightful Wholesale shopping plaza - Platinum Mall. Exiting from the side exit of the hotel brings you to Big C where you find the giant supermarket and a variety of shops from the Spa, Pharma, Shoes, Hair Salon, Food Court and Restuarants etc. The hotel is always bustling wih activities. I was surprised that booking the room at such low rates from hotels.com would bring me such a delightful experience at Arnoma. Mehr

I was in Bangkok for 4 nights on business. The hotel was very comfortable and I recommend to anyone who is after a great location for shopping. If you are driving, this may not be a perfect location to choose as there's the busiest road in the city right in front of the hotel. However, the hotel is very close to BTS/ MRT stations, which are the best […] way to get around in Bangkok. Breakfast buffet certainly cater for everyone with so many choices! I didn't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool and other facilities in the hotel but I will most definitely go back to Arnoma on holiday in the near future. Mehr

Location is very good but was let down by the condition of the normal standard room. Bath room water pressure is very bad.

We are a couple in our 60s and had a short stopover in Bangkok before heading to Phuket. We chose the Arnoma having seen quite a few good reviews and were not disappointed by our choice. The hotel is centrally located, close to malls, enough eating options about though we ended up using room service quite a bit after well spent days of shopping and […] sightseeing. Good location, close to lots of shopping and good food. 5 minutes walk to sky train. One problem we had was I booked room for 1 person, but asked for extra room key as my friend was staying in hotel next to mine. They wanted to charge 1,000 baht if my friend stayed over.

Inspite of the fact that this hotel is old (not only in age but also in lack of modern technology applications), I'll recommend it to every one. Its location, its cleanliness, friendly and so helpful staff, its rich breakfast buffet and many more small details that are forming this old hotel into a great place to stay while in Bangkok.

Hotel staff are pleasant and efficient. Hotel is conveniently located close to Siam Square, Sky Train, and so many shopping plazas that provide a range of shopping options, prices, and great food. The hotel has three restaurants, all reasonably priced, and offers a great buffet breakfast. Enjoyed my stay there.

Though we only spent one night at the Arnoma, my daughter and I had a very pleasant one. Not only did the hotel manage to check us in early about 10am when we arrived at about 9am all tired and dusty they were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The concierge was very helpful with how we could best get to the airport and even when to the extent […] of sending us off on a tuk tuk to the bts to the airport. The location of the hotel was very good as it is within walking distance to the Erawan shrine my main purpose of visit and also Madam Tussaud's wax museum at the Siam Discovery Centre and the Pratunam complex where you can get a myriad of clothes, handicraft, souvenirs and household things. The other high-end shopping complexes like the Big C (next door) are nearby. We also opted for the buffet lunch which was on offer at 290bhat. Not very much on offer in the spread but for the price it was ok. The free breakfast was also good but could have been better for a four-star hotel. The price might be a bit higher than many Bangkok hotels. However, the location is brilliant, service was good, breakfast was solid and the staff is quite helpful. Only downside is that WiFi is not free and even after paying, the signal was weak in our room. Overall a good hotel.

A centralised location where you have Central World, EGV, Prathunam, Platinum, Gaysorn... a very BTS station within 3 mins walk.
