Great location, near museums and river walk. Free shuttle bus to Ybor city and cruise terminal. Very courteous staff, clean and spacious room, fine breakfast.

The Front Desk Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice, comfortable , and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint would be that the shuttle driver was rude. I tried to make a reservation for pick up and they told me to just call when we were ready instead. when I did they told me it would take 30 minutes before they got there. […] We had dinner reservations and could not wait ( hence me trying to make a reservation for pick up at a certain time) . We got stuck having to pay for a taxi, but the front desk associate called one for us and they were there right away. We did use the shuttle on the way back and that guy still coped and attitude as if we were inconveniencing him . Not my fault you don't like your Job dude. The $10 paking fee is resonable since everything around you is walking or shuttle distance and you don't have to pay for parking more than once if going to the local attractions. Location is great. 3 miles from Ybor, in downtown, close to the Highway and trolley stops near by. I would definetly stay there again in a heartbeat. Mehr

Hotel was very nice and close to our destination. However, we had to pay an extra $10 just to park in a gated lot across from the hotel that was accessible by room key only. Parking should have been included in the cost of the hotel. Also, the shuttle service stopped at 10:45pm when surrounding businesses were open much later.

This hotel was wonderful; a large room, with sitting area, very comfortable bed, with complete cooking facilities in a separate area, very close to great restaurants (walking distance) and with a free shuttle to within 2 miles of the hotel (including the cruise ship terminal). The morning free breakfast was excellent, hot and great variety to choose […] from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Tampa, or who is coming in early for a cruise ship trip. Mehr

It had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the free shuttle that transported us anywhere within a two mile radius. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it.

Very nice hotel, great friendly staff. Room was nice A/C worked well, our phone rang at 2 am? We didn't answer it, we weren't expecting any calls, just thought that was strange. Breakfast was great, waffle bar was too busy, but they had plenty of other hot food.

I love this hotel! I just checked out yesterday after my third stay there. I always stay between 3-5 days for romantic getaways, but would recommend it to anyone, for any reason. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding on higher end of quality. Nice lobby with buffet breakfast in mornings. […] They go all out on breakfast. Sausage, bisquits and gravy, redskin potatoes, juice, yogurt, eggs, muffins, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, etc. Definitely worth waking up early for! I've had no issue with the shuttle. It has almost always gotten to the hotel or the 3 mile vicinity being picked up at within 15 minutes, but often times less. I've not had a single experience with noisy neighbors or any problem worth complaining about. They have a nice pool and basketball courts as well. I am absolutely pleased with the service and every single thing about this hotel. I do intend to stay here again and look forward to it in the future. A 'steal' for the price. Mehr

I stayed 5 days and everyday there was a different problem. I was not called in the morning until 30 min after the time I asked for. The breakfast was late two days so I missed it due to work start time. The room was made up but they did not clean. Two days they did not even replentish the coffee in the room so I had to get it on the go as these were […] also the days breakfast was late. Twice they did not run the dishwasher so I had to eat out. When I asked the hotel manager to address my issues he said "Thanks for letting me know." I expected at least some adjustment of my bill. I went to Tampa to learn How to improve my life and business at a conference and found the best lesson sitting in the lobby of the hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and I learned why. The manager worked as hard as anyone hired there. He cleaned tables, counters, refilled the coffee, and helped with the buffet all with a smile. His employees […] worked along side and greeted everyone as if we were in Disney World! He was very professional in his appearance as were everyone else. The cleaning staff left welcome notes (hand written) and the room was always perfect. The calendar of events posted on the fridge gave it a "Home away from home" feel. I will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to stay again next year. Mehr

Hotel shuttle was good. It always took at least 25 minutes when we called. This is not good if you go to Ybor and want to be back at a certain time. We did take the shuttle to the concert though, and that was an awesome way to go. Everyone on the shuttle was going to the concert and the party started. The hotel is in a remote part of town, very quiet. […] There wasn't a restaurant or grocery store near the hotel. Parking is across the street, gated. No room service. $8 per day to park. If you are going for Ybor or Channelside, this hotel is in between. Mehr

This was probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in for the price. Exceptional!

Redan vid incheckningen fick vi ett mycket trevligt bemötande av två damer. Till frukosten hade det varit trevligt med lite pålägg och grönsaker. Men deras havregrynsgröt med frukt var mättande och god.

En mooi hotel, schoon, vriendelijk personeel en een erg goed ontbijt. Parkeren aan de overkant van de straat en gratis shuttle service.
