Das Hotel liegt super, Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür, Skytrain Station in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Das Hotel ist trotz der zentralen Lage extrem ruhig mit idyllischem Innenhof. Personl war extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist für ein Budget Motel überdurchschnittlich gut. Wir können das Hotel jedem der nach einer günstigen Unterkunft in Vancouver sucht, nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The location of the hotel next to Stanley Park is perfect. I was on a business trip, and it was great to go for jogging in the morning. I also enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel bar. The view onto the water is fantastic. I can also highly recommend their cocktails. However, I would have enjoyed the hotel even more with a better hotel service. The people at the receptiion were not very cooperative.

Das Badezimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, aber es war sehr sauber. Zimmer großzügig geschnitten. Der Service ist perfekt, meiner Beschwerde über Ruhestörung durch laute Hotelgäste wurde sofort nachgegangen.
Lage
The Fairmont Waterfront befindet sich mitten in Vancouver und liegt in Flughafennähe. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar: Canada Place und Vancouver Convention Centre. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Robson Street und Stanley Park.
Ausstattung
The Fairmont Waterfront stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Fitnessstudio, Außenpool und Dampfbad. Ein W-LAN Internetzugang steht gegen eine Gebühr in den öffentlichen Bereichen zur Verfügung. Geschäftsreisenden wird in diesem 4,5-Sterne-Haus Folgendes angeboten: Businesscenter (rund um die Uhr geöffnet), Konferenzraum und Technik-Helpdesk. Dieses Hotel im luxuriösen Stil bietet den Gästen Folgendes: Restaurant und Bar/Lounge. Das Hotelpersonal hilft Ihnen gerne bei allen Fragen weiter. Die 489 klimatisierten Zimmer im The Fairmont Waterfront bieten Folgendes: Minibars und Zimmersafes. Die Betten in den Zimmern haben Pillowtop-Matratzen sowie Daunenbetten und hochwertige Bettwäsche. Die Zimmer verfügen über folgende Ausstattung: Flachbildfernseher mit Satelliten-TV-Empfang und Videospielkonsolen. Zur Zimmerausstattung gehören außerdem: kostenlose Zeitungen sowie schnurlose Telefone und Voicemail. Zur Badausstattung gehören: Badewannen-/Duschkombinationen, Bademäntel, Kosmetikspiegel und Haartrockner.
Kaffee-/Teekocher und kostenloses Mineralwasser gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Außerdem steht Folgendes zur Verfügung: Bügeleisen/Bügelbretter und zu öffnende Fenster. Aufdeckservice, Massage im Zimmer und Allergikerbettwäsche sind auf Anfrage verfügbar. Der Reinigungsservice wird täglich angeboten.

Service was excellent. Room decor feels very outdated. Parking was outrageously expensive (CAD$ 30/day + tax).

"too expensive for what it is"
If you're just in the area for a night and not one to take advantage of the gym, sauna, and other amenities - it is not worth the money. The rooms are comfortable, but nothing special and it seems like it is the only hotel in the area that charges for internet.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel when I was in for business. I am a runner -- the seawall is right there and the General Manager offered to run with us early in the morning to show us the route. Great when they go that extra mile!!

Found the hotel and services good. But found all the extras extremely expensive. Only one cup of caffeinated coffee for two people. Only basics came with the room, everything was an extra. Parking, internet.

"Parking warning"
This deal did not come with free parking or any mention of the cost. Parking turned out to be $40.00 per day. There is cheaper parking in the vacinity if you look around. Other than that this hotel is hard to beat. The Fairmont Pacific Rim is a little newer and swankier.

Awesome new hotel. Staff very profession and curious. The in house restaurant is outstanding and the prices are right. I had a $300 meal with friends there that I thought was going to be $500! There was limited hot water in my room but that problem was solved in a matter of a few hours with out me having to mention.

"Beautiful,Kindness,comfortable"
I stayed ４days. this hotel located center of downtown. i could go anywhere! Hotel mens were very kind and nice. And,Bacchus resutaurant is so nice!
"Not Great"
Was expecting much more from a Fairmont. Rooms looked bland like a Hilton, lobby was unimpressive and wireless situation was awful. Hotel charges $25.00 per night for WiFi which didn't work half of the time. Wouldn't go back here.

From the postcard-like view, to the staff, to the hotel's close proximity to everything...this hotel is truly world class.

Great hotel, location and service. We would especially recommend the breakfast buffet. Our package included breakfast and we were blown away by the service and quality of food. Can't beat a Fairmont Hotel!

"The Fairmone Waterfront Vancouver - Amazing Staff"
I must say that the staff (especially the front desk team) went above and beyond the norm for my entire stay. After only a couple of days, there were several people who knew my name and many others knew me by sight. It made my stay that much more comfortable and I will be booking there again on a future trip.

Best dog hotel I've been too. Everyone was super nice to our beloved pooches. They were catered to like queens, from the front desk to the valet. The parking was a bit expensive, but if you are worried about price, you can park across the street at the convention center for half the price. One of the three best hotels in which we have stayed over the past two years. (Others:Monasterio in Peru and Bayerischer Hof in Munich) Room, service and dining were superb. Hotel is walking distance to Gastown, parks and waterfront. The gold is definitely worth the upcharge for the included breakfast, rooftop lounge with puu puu's and honor bar and […] private concierge service. The hotel is directly accross the street from the cruise terminal. Bell service delivered our luggage to the cruise line which made embarkation a lot easier. The Fairmont Pacific Rim just down the street is reported to be be the better of the two. We may try it next time, but the Waterfront made for a very nice stay. Mehr

This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel with my family. My son who is 7 asked personally if we could stay here and well there isn't any other place i would choose to stay at. The staff is great and the room is awesome. We stayed at the gold club level and that is a great way to do it. Saves us time and money on food.
