Sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück (kalt und warm). Lage sehr nah am Flughafen. Nur einmal Abbiegen bis zur 401. Umgebung vorwiegend Firmensitze. Auto wird benötigt. Leider war im ersten Zimmer ein Bettlaken verschmutzt. Haben danach ein neues Zimmer (Suite) erhalten, hier waren aber zwei der drei Handtücher schmutzig. Haben am Empfang aber […] neue erhalten. have stayed in this hotel in the past and was very impressed on how clean the room was, courteous the staff and quiet the facility was. This time the room was neat, fresh towels and linen but a little upsetting to find a pill in the bathroom from the previous guest. Housekeeping should have caught this and a debit card also found on the floor beside […] the bed.....did housekeeping forget to vacuum and wipe the counter. Staff was quite apologetic and accomodating of my complaint. Would stay again, just now a little more cautious. Mehr

First time i stayed at this Holiday Inn. It is relatively close to where i wanted to be in. My room was very comfortable. It was clean. The beds are big and nice. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was included and made it convinient when we left early on our last day. My only complaint was that I had asked for a wake up call and they did not do it. […] I did not have a very important appointment so it was not a big deal, but what if i had to be at the airport? The desk apologized and promised to look into it. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again. Mehr

The beds were perfect not to hard not to soft we had our choce of soft or hard pillows in the room Very very clean, awsome breackfast staf all had big smile and always ready to help anawsome stay

Good Location, very clean facility and good price. I would stay again and recommend it.

It was a good hotel, was the cheapest in the area which we needed and close to everything. The only problem was that the radio in the room did not work and we were late for our get together the next morning. We advised the hotel when we checked out about it, and all we got was a sorry, which I didn't really appreciate. We should have received more then […] a sorry. Considering it was Christmas, we needed to be at our next location on time, but we weren't. Mehr

We arrived on Saturday, (booked Saturday morning). The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was very courteous, and our room was fresh and clean also. The only problem with the condition of the hotel was the spa by the pool wasn't working, I booked the hotel because I wanted the hot tub while the kids were in the pool. The neighbourhood was pretty […] bland, but it wasn't in a bad area. For the price I paid here, it was an exceptional value for the area, and a great stay also. Mehr

Too friendly that others have to wait for their turn. Business Office is not in a separate enclosed room and the Internet was not working. Other than that the location was close to restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast is not good

This well-appointed hotel was clean and inviting. Comfortable surroundings in the lobby. Rooms very clean, neutrally decorated and organized well. Furniture and TV good. Bedding provided was sufficient for the stay. Excellent place to stay for this trip, and would stay and recommend again.

The room was clean and comfortable. That's about all that was good about the stay. The express breakfast area was always low on food or it was cold. The brochure rack was stored in a dirty stairwell and was empty. We had to go to the hotel next door to find fliers for nearby attractions. The outside of the building could have been kept up a lot better. […] Landscaping was full of weeds and garbage. Morning of check out the toilet overflowed. We immediately called the front desk. Fifteen minutes passed and no repairman. We called again. No repairman and the water was still flowing. I had to stop the water myself so we could get our luggage out dry!!!! Mehr
