Zimmer in Ordnung. Leider etwas modriger Geruch. Frühstück war gut, "Buffet" gut aufgeräumt.

Das Hotel ist mit dem PKW prima erreichbar, was allerdings auch zur Folge hat, dass der Highway nur etwa 50 Meter vom Bett entfernt liegt. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster schier unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber dafür tadellos, wenngleich diese aber auch nicht viel leiser ist. Die Außenanlage des Hotels samt Poolbereich wirkt sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Hier kann man nach einer langen Anreise oder einem anstrengenden Geschäftstag gut ausspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Ei, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Waffeln mit Sirup und Muffins. Für herzhafte Frühstücker leider nur bedingt geeignet - keine Wurst, kein Käse etc.

Der von Freeways umgebene Flughafen Sky Harbor liegt etwa drei Meilen (4,8 km) östlich der Innenstadt. Das weitgehend industriell geprägte Gebiet rund um den Flughafen bietet kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten. In der Nähe der Landebahn des Flughafens liegen das Pueblo Grande Museum und der Archeological Park. Dort befindet sich die 1.500 Jahre alte Ruine eines Dorfs der Hohokam-Kultur. Die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Koi-Teiche des Chinese Cultural Center sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

"nice place to stay"
me and my family enjoyed our stay. We actually decided we would stay there again next time we went to phoenix.
We had a special reqquest and they were very accomadating. Great service to and from the airport!

"Sprin Hill Suites-Tempe-ASU Parents"
Our daughter is a freshman at ASU and we stayed here while we were moving her into the dorms. This is the third motel we have tried near ASU and we will continue to search for other options. It was better than the first two we had tried on her first visit and on her second trip for orientation, but we still think there is probably something better. […] We were not impressed with the appearance of the lobby area and my husband got bit by some sort of insect while sleeping. I kept feeling like I had bugs on me from that point forward! The breakfast was more than adequate but the toasters are slow and they need more or they need an institutional style toaster. Everyone was waiting to toast bagels, bread, etc. The room was more than spacious and as long as it was a fluke that there was a critter in the bed, then it would probably be ok to stay here. Like I said, we will explore other properties over the course of our trips to ASU. Mehr

Although our stay was only overnight, the location of the hotel to the airport and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in locating areas of interest in the city was exceptional.

I expected more for a Marriott Hotel. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very run down and our room looked and felt dirty, making our stay very uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

I stayed one night, so i could catch a early flight with my family. The rooms are affordable, spacious, and clean. What more do you need. Outstanding breakfast and really nice staff.

"Convienent location, great for the price!"
Our hotel stay was very nice. Located just a mile from the highway, this is a great place to stay for an easy commute into the city and to nearby Scottsdale. The room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and always stock. The staff was very attentive. Overall, no complaints!

Everything went well. I chose the hotel as it was a reasonably priced,, well-rated, hotel near the airport. this is a great choice for an airport hotel if you have an early departure. the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. great bed and linens. our wake up call never happened but we had a cell phone alarm and there was no one at the desk at 6 am to inquire about the airport shuttle but the driver came and all worked out. You need to use a cab […] to get to restaurants over by ASU but the early morning convenience makes up for it. Definitely a good deal. Mehr

"Great for family. Nice staff."
We have a large family and the room was perfect and breakfast was nice. Small pool, but fine for a short time. Small bathroom area.
Exellent hotell and good value for the money ....as very often at Marriot !
"Good Value"
For what we paid, the hotel was good and room was roomy for 5 people. Could use a little updating, but was clean and staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Be warned, lots of 'air traffic' but to be expected so close to airport.

The hotel itself is a bit older, carpert and paint has seen better days, not super clean, bu t my suite itself was nice, good light, good condition.

"Great Room & Breakfast"
After driving through the 'warehouse district' I was afraid of what I would find. The rooms were great! The breakfast was more than just donuts and juice. It was a nice unexpected treat to find this hotel.

This hotel was very convenient to what we had planned for the weekend. Eventhough they are in the middle of new construction, it didnt effect us at all. The room was everything we wanted and then some. wow what comfortable beds! Crystal talked to us when we checked in and found out what we were there for and made suggestions about transportation. When […] our cab took over 45 mins to come pick us up, she cancelled them and had the shuttle take us to tempe beach. Maria was also very helpful in helping us get transportation to and from the music festival we were attending. I cannot say enough good things about the comfort and service of this hotel Mehr
"Outstanding Hotel"
I will stay here any time we fly out of Phoenix Airport. Wonderful hotel in all respects. Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent shuttle service to and from airport. Lastly, we actually go to eat their buffet breakfast this trip (no early flight). It was delicious.
