sehr gut geführtes Hotel, mit continentalem Frühstück. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber.Die Zimmer sind geräumig und vermitteln eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Not a boring rectangle but thoughtfully laid out food area, sitting area, sleeping, bathing, a very good use of space.

The tv is in a bad location if u wanna lay down in bed and watch TV

Business trip. The hotel front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and profressional. Helped with dinner locations. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast was included. Great location. Will stay again.

Would highly recommend this location. I've put a business associate there on five different occasions. There or the Residence Inn (in same parking lot and affiliated).

The woman who checked us in was very pleasant as was all the front end staff. There were 2 ladies working in breakfast area who were also very nice and helpful. They can use new elevators and some updating but all in all stay was good.

We were beyond happy with our experience. The staff that was on duty went above and beyond to make my 2 1/2 yr old feel special. Stephanie Esau Pat Jennifer (or Jessica sorry I'm horrible with names) and the other nice lady who was helping in the dining area on March 10th ( once again awful with names...) treated her like a little princess, and should […] all be praised for their exceptional customer service. The rooms were clean, and beautiful. Comfy beds, good water pressure, great breakfast, friendly staff, the pizza delivery guy was even on time! I wish I had another reason to be in Milford just so we could stay here again!! Thank you again to the wonderful staff!!! Mehr

Stayed one night on our way to Boston; followed other reviews to stay here. Small suite, comfortable in every way except for one thing I would recommend to the hotel: a reading light for both sides of the bed instead of only one. Other than that, no complaints. Easy on and off highway, breakfast decent, staff friendly. Would definitely return if I needed […] to stop in that general area. Mehr

I stayed 1 night with my 2 grandchildren. The staff was knowledgeable about events for kids in the area. There were plenty of towels at the pool. All the staff were pleasant and helpful

Very Nice

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The only draw back was the fact that we had to drive for 4-5 miles from shops and entertainment facilities

The hotel is fine, not great. I found it somewhat below what I expect from Marriott facilities, more on par with a Red Roof or LaQuinta. The temperature in the room is hard to regulate on the ventilation unit. The TV is positioned between the sitting and bedroom areas, and a little hard to see from the bed. The pillows kept sliding off the couch in […] my sitting area. None of these are "deal breaker" issues so I do recommend it, especially if the rate is low. But this is not a particularly high-quality hotel. Mehr

The basic room was clean and comfortable, however, the housekeeping staff turned the heat all the way up and it was well over 80F in the room. I finally had to turn the air conditioning on (in January) to cool it down to the point of being bearable. Also, the shower curtain smelled of mold or mildew.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates and the Hotels.com rep and front desk worked to help us out. I was very appreciative.

Although my stay was very brief, I was thrilled with the accessibility with the highway and cleanliness. I will definetly stay again.

overall, great place to stay.but, they only have ice machines on every other floor.that's great unless you're on the odd floor that does not have an ice machine.like i was.

GREAT, I WILL STAY AGAIN

The house keeping staff was not pleasant at all. As you passed them in the hall none smiled and when I was going to get on an elevator the house keeper got in and was not courteous enough to let us go and got very snotty but I think it was just her individual attitude. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Convenient suite type hotel just off 95. Easy access to Milford, Bridgeport and the like.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was well placed right off of I-95.

Our family had a great time here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a little situation with the quests staying in the room next to ours but the staff was able to switch our rooms without a problem.

We stayed here for a wake. It was right off the highway, which was fantastic. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. My only complaint is that the ac/heat system was making a clanking noise so I couldn't use it overnight, so the air felt stagnant (I like moving air). I did not contact the hotel that night because I was already unpacked and tired, […] and really didn't want to be moved or have a repair person take a look at it, so we lived with it. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had in a while. It's a hotel, so it won't be personalized, but there were warm options (eggs and sausage, self-made waffles) and cold (muffins, yogurt, bananas/apples, cereal, juice). Very pleased overall. Would definitely return. Mehr

the only thing I was not satisfied was the free breakfast offer that came with the reservation......there was this small breakfast room with many people cramped in it for some very low quality, low budget breakfast items....I guess that's what you get for a free breakfast but the saleperson at the hotel.com mislead us on this item

Lots of breakfast food and very large rooms, I paid about $85 which is a steal for the area, and much cleaner and updated than other options.

Very clean, love the kitchenette area. And a nice place to stay for a while. Nothing is really close to the hotel other than other hotels, but if you go on the post road by the mall, you can find any store, restaurant you want in the area.

everything was wonderful, the staff were extraordinary helpful.. I would definitely recommend 1 of my friends staying at this hotel .thanks again springhill .

This wasn't our house, but it was the closest we could get during 7 days of no power. This place made a really terrible week with a 6 week old and 3 year old tolerable.

Staff was really friendly, and the hotel was easily accessible. The bar was open late, which was fantastic, and the free breakfast in the morning was perfect. I had two rooms reserved, and both were clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

Much more inexpensive compared to surrounding. College visit to Sacred Heart and Quinnipiac, very convenient location, room was clean. Front desk very nice, even made us some hot chocolate when we had a very late check-in. Very satisfied.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but seemed like it may have not been used in awhile. Could have used freshening and dusting, otherwise a great stay.

Guest reception was extremely nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were large and very clean. 4 pillows on each bed! Breakfast had a lot of choices. Only thing: no available electric outlets near the beds. Had to move clock and do without reading light to plug in medical equipment.
