Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine Nachricht vor unserem Rückflug nach Deutschland übernachtet und ich muss sagen es war das schlechteste auf unserer dreiwöchigen Rundreise. Wir waren die letzen drei Jahre immer in den USA im Urlaub und haben noch nie so einen schlechten Service gehabt. Beim Einchecken hat man uns die Coupons für das Frühstück gegeben. […] Nachdem wir gefragt haben, ab wann wir Frühstück bekommen, da unser Flieger bereits um 7:00 a.m. abflog, wurden die Coupons gleich wieder eingezogen mit dem Kommentar, dass wir dann sowieso nicht frühstücken können. Nach dem Einchecken wollten wir die letzten Stunden in USA noch am Pool verbringen. Wir haben extra ein Hotel mit Außenpool gebucht und sind extra früher aus unserem anderen Hotel abgereist. Doch dies als Pool zu bezeichnen ist schon der Hohn. Nicht nur, dass der Pool sehr klein ist, es sehr laute Pumpgeräusche gab, nein, es gab auch keinerlei Liegen am Pool. Wir haben dann noch gesehen, dass einige Stühle in einem Abstellraum mit einer Kette abgestellt waren. Bei einer Rückfrage an der Rezeption hiess es, dass es einen Sturm gab und die Stühle daher eingeschlossen wurden. Ja, es gab einen Sturm, allerdings lag dieser schon vier Tage zurück. Bei meinem Nachfragen nach Liegestühlen erhielt ich dann die Antwort, dass es keine gebe und wir aber mit einem Handtuch auf den Boden liegen können. Welch netter Vorschlag. Wer möchte schon gerne auf dem harten Betonboden liegen. So hatten wir uns unsere letzten Stunden sicherlich nicht vorgestellt. Dann besassen wir noch die Unverschämtheit und haben an der Rezeption nach einer Waage für unser Gepäck gefragt. Wir hatten ja schließlich ein Hotel am Flughafen gebucht und wir sind sicherlich nicht die ersten Gäste, die ihr Gewicht der Koffer überprüfen wollten. In unseren vorherigen Hotels gab es zumindest in den Fitnessräumen immer eine Waage. Doch leider auch hier Fehlanzeige. Außer einem Grinsen haben wir leider keine Hilfestellung erhalten. Zunächst alles ok, Flugzeuge hört man starten und Landen, direkt vor dem Hotel, da wir 2 verschiedene nacheinander Bucheungen hatten war der 2. Check-Inn kompliziert, unsere Karten gingen nicht mehr und der junge Mann an der Reception machte uns dafür verantwortlich

Dieses Hotel hat uns als Familie sehr positiv überrsscht, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, selbst vom Flughafen war nachts nichts zu hören. Erst ab ca 8:00 Starts u. Landungen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel even if it was only for one night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was good.

The hotel was very understaffed. Almost made me late to the Airport. Breakfast made me ill and was most likely very old food that did not get eated....last week?

It was just barely adequate and located a long distance from the Convention Center where I worked for three days

I liked the hotel. Unfortunately, on my last night when I had to get up at 5am to catch my plane, a bus full of high school kids showed up. They were up all night giggling, running down hallways, talking loudly in the halls and knocking on doors. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep. Front desk and sponsor's efforts to quiet them were ineffective. […] I would think that the hotel could 1. Try to isolate all of them on one floor. Or 2. Spread them out enough so that it would be difficult for them to interact. AND 3. Make sure at least one sponsor is on each floor with them. Ah well, if this is the worst that happens to me then I will probably survive. (Sigh) Mehr

Amazingly clean, neat, and well run. Good value. Great Indian food!

this hotel was literally ON THE AIRSTRIP and we couldn't hear noise. We had an AC problem and had to find a place to stay during final 4 of all times and this place was very clean and nice and quiet. Thank Goodness.

This was a great hotel. Service was great. Room was confortable. Hotel is close to the airport. The only thing is west of the hotel the neighborhood is questionable..

Clean room, and nearby the airport, but it wasn't noisy at all, which was great. It was also a quick drive to get to the business district, French quarter, and garden district.

First of all, navigation will take you to the wrong location. Then, after a tired day of travel, I attempt to go to bed. Turn back the covers and there are bugs in my bed!!!!! I complained and the staff tell me that a customer must have brought them!!!! Well, do they clean the room????? Then they switched me to another room, of which I could hear plenty […] of noise outside. Will NEVER stay there again! Mehr

We were in town for a funeral in NOLA, the front desk people, mainly the guys were completely unprofessional, non courteous, and simply put, not caring. I know what customer service is and that was not customer service. The only good part about the stay was the free breakfast...oh wait sorry that was not that good either. Great access to the air port, but not much around it, unless you have a car or get a taxi. The food is great if you enjoy ethnic food! Hats off to the chef! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Service was ok. Limited in-house menu. Shuttle service to the airport limited. View out my window was a Napa Auto Parts store. Busload of teenagers made it a bit noisy through the nite.

I stayed at this hotel during Mardi Gras 2012. I chose not to rent a car, so the hotel was quiet and a 33dollar cab ride from Bourbon Street. It was close to the A1 bus line which connected with the trolley. Ms Gita at the front desk was very helpful. The courtesey shuttle to the airport was also a plus. The hotel was very clean and the price was right! […] I would definitely stay here again! Mehr

Everyone was very nice and welcoming, bed and room nice and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great too.

hey are stay was a great one,would come back again. staff was very good and friendly,they also had hot breakfast that was very good we got up every morning just to eat. hotel was right up enterstate 10 to every thing we needed to see and go too! I'm glad we stay at the hotel. thanks again!!!!!

The hotel was very close to the airport but the only way I could get to the city in the morning was via taxi. There is a small staff but they were friendly and obliging. If you call the hotel once you get to the airport they will send a shuttle bus to get you. Because it is so close they came very quickly. The driver gave me good advice about the city […] and hotel and was friendly. The breakfast in the morning had a number of options. This hotel is good if you want something close to the airport for a short stay. Mehr

I was so happy with this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and they were all so lovely. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food quality and service was brilliant. There was an extensive amount of dishes available and the food was fresh and tasty. The rooms were wonderful. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and the rooms were […] incredibly clean. Free wi-fi was great too. The hotel premises was fantastic - the gym was great, as was the business center. Free shuttle to the airport was a great way to end the trip. The hotel was clean. It was not perfect, but it was clean. The staff were not rude, but were not over the top either. We were just staying to visit a few places in New Orleans. yes, it was a bit of a drive downtown. It didn't take that long and it was worth it. We were traveling with kids and a lot of downtown New Oreleans hotels are not kid friendly. […] The parking lot was well lit and FREE. The breakfast was good. The only complaint I have was the noise. The walls were paper thin and you could hear conversations and televisions in the next room very clearly. Do not get a room near the front desk, even if on the upper floors. You can hear the desk converstations all night. OVerall it was an average stay and we would most likely return. It was a good value. Mehr

Surprise this hotel wasn't full. Excellent breakfast, good secured parking, excellent rooms, clean areas, nice pool and fitness room. Employees understand customer service and they smile. Also, free internet connection. Just far enough from the Superdome and French Quarters to be appreciated.

Nice hotel. Surrounded by good dining and a mall is 5 min away. 15 min from french quarters.

We have stayed at Country Inn Suites before in different locations so we are familiar with hotel. The attitude of the morning clerk was not pleasant. My husband went outside to smoke a cigarette because the hotel was a non-smoking hotel and he abides by there rules. When he came in he was immediately questioned on where he was going with a very nasty […] attitude. i guess she thought my husband was coming in for the free breakfast not know he was a paying guest. My attitude is that asking is one thing but questioning someone like they were going to steal is another whole attitude problem which I do not care for. We were all going to breakfast that morning which is included with the stay. I will be very reluctant to book another room at any Country Inn Suites if your employees show such a bad attitude toward their customers. I am very disappointed with the customer services of the day clerk. The night clerk had an excellent attitude and customer services when we checked in. One good point. Mehr

THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HAD A NICE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, EVEN THO IT WAS BY THE AIRPORT WE NEVER HEARD THE PLANES, WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!

Staff were all very friendly, location is not the best. My wife said upon arrival, "you got us a hotel in 'the hood'?" As a precaution we left nothing of value in our vehicle but did not have any problems. is on the very western edge of Kenner, LA which out it 12 miles-18 miles from anything but the airport and with construction traffic, that was the […] killer of the deal. Of note is that their is an Indian menu in the restaurant and the chef was very friendly! Free breakfast wasn't worth the trip downstairs...terrible selection, spoiled milk. If we had to stay there again, certainly would but would be one of my last resorts in the NOLA metro area. Mehr

Nice hotel to stay and park for a lot cheaper than the airport. Free shuttle even if you only stay one night and park for a week. Staff was so friendly is was unreal. Great restaurant with Indian breads that were amazing. Will stay again.

Exceptionally Clean, Well Maintained Property. Front Desk Clerk helpful and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly stay here again.

Hotel was great but staff was not welcoming at all. not a single smile on their face all through our stay. They had complimentary breakfast but never informed us about it- likely so that few people would show up.

I was not dressed when the housekeepers made their first round, however, I was out of the room before the housekeepers left the floor. I was gone all day and upon my return my room was not cleaned, bed linen not changed. I was livid

We needed something in the airport since we got in so late, it was perfect and staff couldn't be nicer and more accommodating.

Super convenient for early flight. Very clean, saw manager holding staff meeting. Lots of areas to relax and watch TV or read in large lobby area. Friendly.
