Wir wohnten zum 2x Mal in diesem Hotel jeweils für 4 Nächte. Bereits bei unserem 1. Aufenthalt waren wir von dem Servicepersonal besonders von Marquis und Monique von der Rezeption begeistert. Diese beiden waren auch der Grund dafür, dass wir bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt und gleich wieder für dieses Hotel entschieden haben. das Frühstück, sowie Kaffee […] und Tee den ganzen Tag über sind kostenfrei. Ebenfalls das kleine Fingerfoodbuffett ab 18:00 Uhr an der Bar. Das Hotel bietet zusätzlich einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice für Entfernungen bis zu 3 Meilen an und es handelt sích dabei um 2 schwarze Strechlimousine!!!!!! Wenn wir wieder nach Atlanta kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall im Wingate wohnen. Mehr

It was our first visit to Atlanta and was the starting point of our country/dixie music trip around some of the Southern states. Atlanta and, in particular, the Wingate exceeded our expectations. The hotel is well located in a nice area and we loved having the use of the hotel limo to drop us off (and collect us) at local malls, the train station, restaurants […] etc. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and ensured that we had all the information and maps that we required to enjoy the best of Atlanta in a short stay. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the English toiletries provided in the bathroom (we are English and Penhaligons produce one of our most luxurious ranges). The room that was assigned to me was on the street side of the hotel and was VERY noisy.

Very nice place to stay. Limo service was very handy. Nice eateries and shopping. Hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was well thoughtout.

Nice hotel. i have stayed here a few times. Price is fair for the area, clean comfortable rooms, plesant staff, free breakfast, free parking, free wifi, and a free limo shuttle to take you shopping, dinner etc. If there are any downsides to the rooms, it is that they are dimly lit; although I have noticed that about most hotels recently.

I enjoyed my stay mostly due to how accommodating and friendly the staff was. The driver of the limo (Ferris) was a classy gentleman that treated us like royalty. The breakfast staff was equally friendly and accommodating as well as the reception staff. If I had a room with bigger beds the stay would have been a 5 of 5. Thank you, Lou

Very nice, clean facility. The room was large and clean.The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a cocktail in the bar and had a great breakfast the next morning. The staff was wonderful. Would definetly stay again and recommend it.

Great hotel to stay at when going to Chastain for a concert. Shuttle service is a limo!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot for work. Just a few of the highlights that set it apart: Hardwood floors in the guest rooms, which felt much cleaner than the nasty old carpet at many hotels. Extremely luxurious bedding, including a down comforter in a cover and a variety of pillows. Nice TV with a special remote […] control that can be sanitized. Excellent water pressure in the shower and nice toiletries (including nail file!). But what really impressed me was the HOT breakfast, with made-to-order waffles and omelettes, biscuits and gravy, grits, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, good cereal selection, yogurt, juices, toast and other pastries, and an espresso machine. And none of this was your average hotel fare -- this was food comparable to a decent restaurant. The location is perfect for exploring Atlanta, and they have complimentary limo service. Overall a great experience and I will definitely stay there again when I visit Atlanta. Mehr

The hotel is in a perfect location convenient to all the restuarants in Buckhead area and close to freeways. Great hotel for price point and hotel class. Staff is very friendly, courteous, professional.

I needed a hotel for just one night and booked on a whim. The hotel was perfectly acceptable. The place was clean, and the staff was professional. About what one would expect for the price.

Had a great sisters' weekend in Buckhead - the hotel was great with VERY comfortable beds, a wonderful swimming pool, and an awesome evening cocktail made by "E" the bartender. One tiny suggestion: don't bother with the coffee/latte/espresso maker in the lobby...the coffee just isn't good, and for a coffee gal like myself, one teeny tiny little cup […] just won't do. Great staff. Lobby comfortable and laid out. Love the limo service they provide. The parking lot is a bit cramped but it was ok for the price and location. I'd definitely visit again for a getaway date.

I have stayed at this hotel before without booking through hotel.com and the room was much nicer. This room was dated and not as clean and comfortable as before.

Staff very friendly. Room nicely arranged. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Large bathroom -- long vanity counter which is always a plus. Close to a MARTA station so we parked there and took train into the city. Great shopping nearby and close to expressways for getting into or out of town. I was surprised not to see wall to wall carpeting but instead a laminated faux wood flooring material with just an area rug near the bed. I noticed that each time someone nearby slammed a door, the bed would shake. This happended several times throughout the night and into the early morning hours. In addition, I was able to hear another guest's wake […] up call at 6:15am and was up from that point up even though I didn't need to wake up for several hours. Needless to say, I didn't get quality sleep while I was there. Given the fact that there were several other hotels in the area, I think I would look into other options when visiting that area again. This is a really nice hotel. Clean and good service, excellent breakfast. If you want to see Atlanta, this is the wrong place to be. If you love the suburbs stay here. If you like to eat at chain restaurants and drive around and look at awesome houses then this is the place for you.

charming helpful man at the front desk, good breakfast each morning and a newspaper at the door, good TexMex across the street, we really enjoyed our stay.

ENJOYED MY STAY. BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE EACH MORNING. HOTEL WAS VERY CLOSE TO LENOX MALL AND LOADS OF GREAT RESTAURANTS. STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Everything just seem mediocre. The room was very plain with old tvs...wow till this day they still have the big crt tvs. Tv channels were very blurry and they had a cable issue the whole time causing the tv channels to go black for 30-45 seconds then comes back. What a pain when your watching a game. The AC is terrible as well, i set it to 74 degrees […] at night and the ac ran the whole night, it doesnt know how to shut off on its own. It was so loud too. THe only thing i liked about this place was the service. The people that worked there are very nice and helpful. Hotel definitely needs a make over. Mehr

Had to wait for the room, but it was well worth it. great staff and even better rooms. the free breakfast and parking were a great deal and the shuttle was AWESOME! Great value and in a VERY nice location. Would def use this hotel again!!

Many amenities for the price -- hot breakfast, free parking, shuttle to anywhere within three miles of hotel.

We were fortunate to make our reservation while a special was running. It exceeded our expectations and free parking which is rare in this area of Atlanta. Very convenient to Lennox Mall and other Buckhead destinations.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly faces and helpful staff. The room was in fantastic shape and stayed that way during our three night stay. The staff was always helpful with whatever we needed. On my next trip to Atlanta this will absolutely be the hotel I stay in and would recommended it to any one traveling to that area.

Great room and service...plus it included full breakfast in the morning!

I shall certainly return when visiting Atlanta.

a friend and i traveled from orlando for an event over the weekend. we chose the hotel because of the great rate they had and the location. customer service was outstanding. the rooms were great. i would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is and should be a prime example of how all hotels should be run and staffed.....everyone was fantastic!

Outstanding Staff all the way around. From the bar to the front desk to the drivers, I was impressed.

Our stay could not have been better. Limo service to and from Chastain Park, friendly greeting by Marquis, who by the way is an outstanding hotel employee. Any future Chastain event will find me staying here.

The Wingate was fantastic from the moment we stepped in. The lovely entrance and friendly staff welcomed us and were very helpful. We walked to dinner a few blocks away and used the hotel shuttle to and from the Chastain Park Amphitheater for our concert. It was great from start to finish!

Hotellet som sådant håller väldigt bra klass. Rummen mycket fräscha och underbart sköna sängar. Poolen ligger på baksidan av hotellet och är välskött, ett uppvärmt spa finns också i anslutning till poolen. Frukosten (gratis) som serveras är mycket bättre än vad man normalt sett får på hotell i USA. Scrambled eggs, bacon och korvar, omeletter och våfflor […] görs på beställning. I övrigt allt annat som ingår i en continental breakfast. Trevligt också att det ingår limousineservice till och från hotellet från destinationer som ligger i nätheten av hotellet. Hotellet ligger bra till på TripAdvisor och det är inte utan anledning! Ett jättebra hotell, enda minus är att det ligger ut mot en hyfsat trafikerad väg, spelar dock ingen större roll, be om ett rum på baksidan om ni tror att ni störs av trafikljudet Mehr
