Don't get wrong, the check in lady was pretty nice, but the rooms could have a whole lot better. In the first room, the toilet wouldn't flush. So we changed to another room, just next door, and one of the beds was broken. I just slightly sit, or lean on the bed, and it just flips on its side. We will not stay there...no way..sorry but its time for it to have a make over..

I changed two rooms, but all were clogged, had to use facilities outside. They do not clean room for the duration of your stay. Air conditioners are very noisy besides the loud traffic noise. With the price they charge, if you go over one block will get a cheaper room with out the discomfort this hotel offers. Hotel staff are liars, will not tell you […] the truth. Although say that continental breakfast, but all you will get stale buns. We changed the hotels and there are good clean cheaper hotel available next to this one. I will not stay in this hotel ever. All the stair ways are dark as have no light. They do not change the bedsheets. Since I changed two rooms, found out blood stained and dirty sheets in both the rooms the hard way, as I laid down for few minutes on one of the beds and had rashes on my back and had sever allergic reaction. After that I ran out of this dirty hotel. Mehr

All I can say is nasty We left early to come home it was so nasty.

I travel alot but this was the nastest hotel I've ever seen. I took the key back to the clerk and went and found another hotel. I would like my money back.

Pictures are deceiving. Staff could care less.Continental breakfast is cold cereal and two bagels that could not be cut with chain saws. Put next to barking dog. Moved to fifth floor. Horrible experience.

We chose this hotel to be close to the strip. The closest attraction was nearly a mile away. But that wasn't a big deal to us. Our complaint was the hotel and staff. In one drawer of our room was small peices of an illegal drug. Both beds were broken. After using the hot tub, we were invaded by hundreds of ants. The fireplace never turned off and were […] told that none of them turn off. The air conditioner did not get very cold so we were hot during our 3 day stay. After the first night we complained and were moved to another room, being told there were only 2 rooms left. We only saw about 3 cars and asked the maid how many rooms were occupied. He said only 4 rooms were booked for the weekend. The indoor hot tub in the lobby was nasty, too afraid to use it. The staff seemed very use to complaints and could have cared less. We will never stay here again and will make sure everyone we know advoid it too. Mehr

The hotel was ok but could use some work when it comes to cleanliness. The far staircase seemed to be used as a construction storage room. The breakfast was horrible given that the milk cartons they give you expired the next day and had a funny taste as well as the apple juice they had coming out of this fountain Dispenser. The juice was definitely […] expired given it's syurpy look and taste, I immediately spit it out of my mouth. The inside whirlpool they had was broken the whole weekend. The room was nice however the bathroom needs some remodeling. and besides having to share your outside deck that overlooks the little pigeon river wit your neighbor, its ok for those who are there on a budget. Perfect location from ski area that we had plan to go.

The Gatlinburg Inn is a very old hotel. The rooms are as clean as they can be for the age and condition of the hotel. We were probably the only guests checked in at the hotel who did not have pets. We were not disturbed by the pets, but I am sure the condition of both rooms we got could be attributed to pets. The carpet had damaged areas, the legs of […] the chairs and table were chewed up and banged up. The chair seats were torn and damaged. The carpet was torn loose in several places, and it smelled like they had sprayed the rooms with every air freshener and disinfectant available. Even though it was cold and rainy, we kept the door open to air out the smell. Check out the room before checking in. They would not give us a refund on the 2 rooms to go to another hotel. It was nonrefundable, despite the fact hotels.com sent us there. Mehr
