Perfect hotel for our stay in Malibu area. Price is right. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms are very comfortable. And it's quiet.

Staff at the Reception was very friendly. I arrived early and they helped me check me in which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good as well.

Not the friendliest guy at the front desk. But room clean and comfortable. Breakfast, which is free so I should not complain, was a big disappointment. Otherwise I will stay there again if in the area.

We loved it! I almost booked a more higher end hotel but noticed the high reviews and good rate. The pictures looked nice. It was even better than the photos and the complimentary wi-fi and breakfast were nice. It was my first time at a Hampton...and I'd definitely stay here again instead of paying more and getting less. I had an overall positive relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Hampton Inn. The location and cleanliness of hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was good and filling but I would recommend the temperature of food to be checked more frequently however, the food provided was better than just a continental breakfast.

What a wonderful surprise! We had to run from another hotel of the area that we booked through a travel agent because of the smell and dirt all over the place, and ended booking this one that same night. This Hampton Inn was super clean, our room and the bathroom were modern and spotless. Included breakfast was more than enough (waffles, bagels, biscuits, […] oatmeal, scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs, sausages, muffins, jelly, cream cheese, pastries, juices, 3 kinds of coffee, 2 kind of milk, cereal, etc.) and the coffee and creamers were hot and available during 24 hours. There is a gym and internet room complimentary. Washer and Dryer are available and works with coins. WiFi in the room is complimentary too. The hotel is at 30 minutes from principal attractions and the area is very nice and safe, just at the edge of Santa Monica Hills. We spent 1 week there and it was excellent. Mehr

THe Hampton Inn & Suites Agoura Hills is a very nice property (good quality at a good price). The property offers good amenities (pool and workout room), and easy freeway access. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very helpful. However, the housekeeping staff were knocking on our door at between 7:30 and 8:00 am, […] which is much too early, (remember to use the "do not disturb sign" unless you want your leisure time disrupted earlly in the morning. Also, free breakfast was offered as part of the hotel amenities, but what the hotel served for "eggs" was less than appetizing - the eggs resembled yellow tate tots, and just did not promote a visually pleasant eating experience. Its best to stick to hot and/or cold cereal or, if you prefer, fresh waffles can be made within 2 minutes. Coffee offered was ok, but then coffee strength and richness is truely a personal preference. Our 4 night stay here over Christmas would have been much nicer had the housekeeping staff given guests a litte more time in the morning before disrupting sleep, and if the food service folks actually ask the guests if the food was appetizing. There were not "food assessment" forms available for guests. Mehr

Right off the freeway, clean, modern, excellent breakfast options. Very nice fitness facility as wel! Only thing that wasn't perfect about our stay was the housekeeper who took forever to exit our room after we arrived back (she was in the room when we returned). You would think to communicate with the guest and ask if they wanted you to continue cleaning […] or just give you some towels and exit and the room...It was an awkward situation and it took her 5 minutes to even say anything to us when we arrived. My husband had to politely tell her to leave because we all needed to the bathroom! Overall, good stay though! We would visit here again in A heartbeat. Mehr

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was a little drive to get out to it since most of the business I was conducting was about 35- 40 minutes away. But the price and the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff was worth it. Yes... I would have rather NOT deal with LA traffic... but where in LA can you go without dealing with the traffic... […] overall I had a great experience here and I think the management and staff deserves cudos for that. We "bit the bullet" and decided to stay at a slightly more expensive place this time. It was WELL WORTH IT. I highly recommend this hotel. Even though its close to the freeway it was so quiet. We stayed two nights and had the best night's sleep. Its close to Pepperdine where our granddaughter goes to school. Everything was "top dog"...however even though […] the breakfast was adequate it didn't match the quality of the rest of the features. They also had a happy hour with meager fare. A nice feature was a sack breakfast if you were in a hurry to get going. Great pool and hot tub, fitness center. I loved the duvet covered comforter in which the duvet was fresh and clean for each guest. I would stay here again. Mehr

Only needed one night and couldn't find a hotel in Malibu. This one is about 20 minutes away. It must be a new hotel and is by far the nicest Hampton Inn I have been too. Carpets, bedding, etc were all very nice. The fitness room has 3 treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, free weights and a multi purpose machine. The free breakfast was standard fare but […] well maintained. It is not cheap but reasonably priced for the area. Will return in the future. Mehr

For a 'low-end' rated hotel, Hampton Inn at Agoura Hills is fabulous. Only stayed one night (to pick up RVs next day) but found the hotel to be well situated near a range of restaurants, pubs, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. Suited our needs perfectly.

Overall, very happy with my stay. Only complaint was the thin walls. It sounded like construction or furniture rearranging was happening next door at 6:30 am. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and clean

I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this location was especially clean. The hallways and rooms smelled clean and the walls and carpets looked clean. The beds were fresh and clean as well as the bathroom. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is a big plus. I picked this location since it was near my brother's house, but it was also nice that […] it is very close to the freeway. Me and my husband both worked for a 3 star hotel so we were really curious on how the Hampton is gonna be like. Surely enough, it was high above our expectations. We got our money's worth for a king studio with jetted tub. Staff,Dana and Pattel, were really nice and helpful. Malibu wines is only 9 miles away which was perfect. Zuma Beach is about 25-30 […] mins away. Will definitely book in more Hampton locations after ths experience =) Mehr
