Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf - London

I recently stayed here on my 30th birthday. The hotel really looked after us, free upgrade, champagne on arrival and a complimentary birthday cake! The use of the virgin active spa next door is great too, very very good health club with great spa facilities. Very luxurious hotel, fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay, excellent service and well appointed rooms! Location to Excel is very convenient. All hotel staff is extremely friendly!

As usual, the staff, bar, restaurant, and room were excellent and lived up to the Four Seasons flag. The room may have been a little small, and lacking in the usual splendor of the Four Seasons chain, but with such unusually low rates, this can be expected. The only complaint I had was the very inconvenient location of the hotel, which is not only a […] ways from all the action in London, but also a hike from the local train station! To get to the main part of London, you must walk 10-15 minutes for a 10-15 minute Subway. Kings' Cross is 20 minutes away by taxi. So if you don't mind the walking and the expensive cab ride, then the Four Seasons is an excellent hotel in London. Mehr

We had a great stay at this hotel. So glad we choose it for it's location and the staff's attention to detail. Will definetly stay there next time we go to London.

Lovely hotel with great service. A bit far away from the action but with great access to all (underground, river boats, rail) transit.

As an international Hotel Consultant and having traveled to several Four Season Resorts, this one is one it's best. There was nothing that the staff would not do to make you happy. My family and I had a great stay here. Although the hotel seems out of the way, the Underground into the centre of London is very good and we were able to get to most places we wanted to go very easily. The Gym facility is amazing - bring swimsuits! The view from the pool is fantastic. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, not to mention the […] hotel restaurant. A highly enjoyable stay at the Four Seasons. We upgraded to a window view and would have paid double for it. So good that we slept with the curtains open to see the lights at night. We chose this hotel as a base to explore the Docklands and were pleasantly surprised that the trip to Waterloo by tube was only about ten minutes. It was much more restful than staying in the West End and there were hundreds of shops in the malls just a few minutes walk away. Our room was spacious and very quiet and the bed and pillows wonderfully […] comfortable. The bathroom and toiletries were first class and the housekeeping staff did a great job for the four days we were there. A welcoming pair of heart shaped cakes was very much appreciated as I had mentioned in the booking we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our accommodations. They were what we would have expected of a hotel of the stature of the Four Seasons. What impressed us the most was the high quality of the service personnel. They responded to all our requests graciously and went out of their way to assist us .

staff couldn't have been more helpful - early breakfast provided for the marathon runners - tea making tray sent to the room without hesitation when requested. Wonderful views of river and excellent location. thank you to all your staff for making our stay so comfortable.

amazing one of the best hotels vie stayed in, friendly, clean, friendly and outstanding overall, definatley stay there again no question about it, very convenient location, close to two tube stations and many places for a bite to eat for breakfast.

A fantastic hotel very comfy rooms great service.

This hotel is in an area which is about 30 minutes by tube from the main sights in London. It is primarily a financial area and seems to have experienced low occupancy rate as has the surrounding area due to the economic downturn. The view is stunning on the river side. We loved that! A tube ride of 30 minutes is not a problem and there is transportation […] available by water which is quicker and, of course, by taxi which is a bit pricey because of the distance. We had some standouts in the employees with whom we came in contact. There was a little glitch regarding some tickets the hotel arranged for us, but all was made right. Uta sent a bottle of lovely French wine to our room. It was a great bottle of wine. That took away any thoughts of difficulty!!!!!!!!! The housekeeping was attentive, but there were a few items in the bar area left uncleaned like wine glasses from the day before. It was not a big deal but was not typical of Four Seasons. The concierge, Johan, was very helpful. It is a bit off the beaten path, so to speak, but this area with economic recovery will be a fabulous area. Mehr

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my girlfriend, who quite evidently wasn't my wife. The hotel staff were courteous, polite and eminently discreet. They recognised I valued my privacy and made the stay very pleasant. When I requested some slightly unusual items they went to great lengths to obtain them. The room was perfect, the barman […] amenable and knowledgeable and breakfast in our room was a veritable feast. All in all a highly recommended hotel, especially if you're planning a romantic stay. Superb hotel and attentive staff. Partners with Virgin Active for leisure facilities which has a great gym and pool. Only downside is that kids can only go to the pool between 9-11 in the morning which concides with waking up and breakfast ! Great views across London from rooms on back of hotel.

My husband, son and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Canary Wharf, and we had an outstanding experience. While this is primarily a business hotel, they certainly did not lack in detail when it came to our six year-old son. From the child-sized bathrobe and step stool in the bathroom to the Legos and teddy bear left on his bed, I was very impressed […] with the personal attention he received. The rooms are elegant and spacious, and the staff could not have been more helpful or courteous. I was initially leary that the location was not in the heart of central London; however, it is just a few tube stops away and definitely worth the extra distance. The DLR station is very close, and the Thames Clipper is practically a stone-throw from the hotel, and provides for a nice ride down the Thames to the major sites. I would highly recommend the Four Seasons Canary Wharf and would certainly return there if I find myself in London in the future. Mehr

This really is a first class, 5-star hotel with an excellent staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Brilliant hotel, great service, difficult to find fault with anything there. Would certainly stay there again.

Très bonne impression! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et l'hôtel est magnifique ainsi que le Spa!

Fiquei apenas um dia, mas a estadia foi excepcional. Atendimento de primeira qualidade, e quarto fantástico.

1ベッドルーム リバービューの宿泊でしたので、とても快適でした。オンシーズンでしたが フロントデスク ルームサービス ベルボーイ などの対応も とても良いものでした。ただ(最終日でしたので 構わなかったのですが）場所は少し不便ですね。上記 近隣の環境を 3 にしましたが、車の移動で、1泊でしたので ホテルからは 出ていません。中心部からは 離れていますが そのぶんホテルも広いので、 電車で身軽に動ける方、滞在日数に余裕のある方、ホテル内でくつろぎたい方には おすすめです。

Et flott hotell med alle fasiliteter, men til en altfor høy pris. Frokost til over £20, måtte betale mye for trådløsinternett pr,. døgn. Men ellers er vi godt fornøyd med alt i og rundt hotellet. Flott beliggenhet med enkel adkomst til London.

à 200M du metro, sur la tamise, vue imprenable, quartier calme, bon point de chute, à 10mn de london bridge.

Atendimento excelente em todos os niveis: recepção, portaria, concierge, camareira, restaurante. Localizado junto à escritórios de grandes bancos, possui ótimas opções de compras no Mall "CABOT PLACE & JUBILEE PLACE".

Perfekt hotel med gode faciliteter.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Service attentif et prestations très haut de gamme. Aucune fausse note. Chambre immense et très confortable. Quartier excentré, mais nous on adore Canary Wharf ! On espère pouvoir y retourner un jour avec notre petit garçon.
