Sol Don Pedro - Torremolinos

Basic hotel full of character. Shares excellent facilities with Sister hotels. Good entertainment and leisure activities free of charge. Across the road from the beech. and 10 min walk from the town centre and train station. Good local bus service. Long walkson the flat along the Sea front. Lots of places to eat and drink No complaints

for what i required the hotel was ideal

The hotel is 1 of 3 in the complex and is the cheapest 1 to stay in,but you can use the facilities ie pool,bars etc of the other 2 but not the restaurants.It is in a lovely position and the beach promenade is fantastic.Lovely and clean and great for walking as very flat.The food is okay and there is a good choice and you could never come away saying […] there was nothing to eat but it is a standard typical buffet like most hotels.We only stayed 2 nights pre a cruise but would have no hesitation in staying at it again.Overall good value for money. Dreadful hotel. First room allocated stank of cigarette smoke back of hotel woken up by banging in yard below. Reallocated to a "superior" room following day. Kep awake until after midnight because of discos etc. Food poor quality and hygiene left a lot to be desired. Reception staff poor english. Would never stay there again.

I was a little disappointed when I got to this hotel. We were expecting a better hotel. The hotel room had a very bad smell, and it took some getting used to it to stay in the room. The pool was good and it included a meal in our stay, which was good, but drinks weren't included and it was very expensive for the drinks (not even water was included!!). […] The location to the beach was superb. The Staff was very helpful and there is a Mercadona supermarket close by for those needing one, and it was very cheap compared to other areas in Spain. I would stay at this hotel again only because of the staff and the location. I gave it a 3 stars due to the smell in the rooms and the meal plan. A meal plan should include water at a minimum, if not some soda. Mehr

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it is one of three in the complex. It was very conveniently located near the beach, many shops and restaurants. The food at breakfast was very tasty (we never ate any other meals there). The grounds were well kept and lovely to walk around. The lobby, halls and rooms were very well decorated and appealing. We felt […] safe as there was a guard at the entrance to ensure that only guests entered. It was located fairly close to the airport. The internet was slow but usable and the front desk helpful when it did not work well. Mehr

Stay was on a B/B basis, great variety of dishes on offer ,quality of food was very good. Room cleaned everyday towels changed 3 times during stay.Staff were helpful and friendly

The front desk people are very incourtious, we booked our bus trip with others because of thier snooty attitude. The room was quite cold and had no way to adjust room temp. The cleaning staff was impecable, very polite and profesional, we were very pleased with the cleanliness. Don't ask for anything from the front desk though

Depuis 1979, c'est la 5è fois que j'y passe entre 1 et 3 semaines sans avoir aucun reproche à faire. J'y retournerai d'ailleurs pour 1 semaine en septembre.

Chambre spacieuse très propre.Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.Le personnel est très gentil et a l'écoute. Hotel très très recommandable.
