Keine minibar auf dem Zimmer, jedoch Wasser und Kaffeemaschine. Kaffee und Wasser wurde jedoch nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage aufgefüllt. es gibt einen kleinen Kiosk zur Eigenverpflegung mit moderaten Preisen an der Rezeption. Der Mülleimer im Zimmer wurde NIE geleert (1 Woche Aufenthalt). Sehr schlechtes Restaurant mit unterirdischer Küche bei dennoch […] gehobenem Preisniveau. Aufmerksame Rezeption. Guter Consierge. Great location and access to major streets. Hotel was very clean and service at the front desk was very professional and courteous...I will definitely be booking here again and look forward to enjoying their enormous exercise facility.

I was under the impression that the couch was a "fold out". We had an adult for what we thought was a fold out couch but instead had to make do with basically a love seat for a bed. I asked for a roll away bed at the front desk when we realized this and I was told that that suite wasn't allowed a roll away. Other than that, the room and hotel were  […] great. Mehr

The rooms are spacious and the location is great for Galleria, Downtown, Oil Corridor, Reliant Stadium, Westheimer and Richmond. But the rooms are very tired, old furniture, wallpaper etc. an unpallatable nicotine off-white! Pool area is tiny, almost constantly in shadow and noisy from surrounding traffic, so probably only there for the star-rating, […] which is fair enough I suppose, but you won't want to use it (nobody did while I was there!). Restaurant service is slowest I've experienced anywhere in the US, but was polite and friendly. So overall, very average. You won't hate it, but you won't remember it either. I am very unhappy with my stay. I did not receive the room I wanted and I was charged for the roll away that was provided in lieu of the sleeper sofa. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We chose to stay at the Sheraton Suites Houston Galleria while attending the NRA National Conference. The hotel was great! The suite was large, comfortable and spotless. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the front desk, was professional and accommodating. I could not be more pleased with my hotel choice, the rate and hotels.com.

Hotel is conveniently located, but after that, there isn't much good to say. With its raiting on hotels.com, I expected it to be much nicer/updated. Hotels with a similar (or even lower) rating were much nicer in my recent trips to LA and Chicago. Additionally, the wifi did not work, and the room layout was awkward.

We have way too many choices to put up with bad rooms, furniture so old it looks like it is from my grandparents home, moldy bathroom, filthy jacuzzi, an extra sink does not make this room a suite, plus there is only one way in and out if the hotel on to a one way street south of a busy intersection. The rooms are big but so is the attitude of employees. The location is on a one way street and very hard to exit onto a busy street. I saw one man ask to make two copies off his computer and was sent to a kinko's four blocks away. Two boys wanted to make popcorn and was told there is no available microwave due to the danger of harming themselves (really). […] The outdoor pool is the size of a postage stamp and the jacuzzi had a film looking like it had not been used in months. My first room had black mold in the bathroom due to a problem in the ceiling. I had planned to stay three nights and had two rooms for each night. We left after one night and was charged a $50 penalty per room. There are many places to stay in the Gallaria area - I suggest you keep looking until this place gets its act together. Mehr

My stay was outstanding. Although the sofa in the room seemed a little old. There were spots in the seat of the sofa and the sofa seat pillows were a little worn because they sunk in pretty low when I sat down.

The cleaniness of the hotel was great. Service was great. Location was wonderful. It was close to Galleria, other shops, and many restaurants. This will be my hotel of choice from now on.

I really did not enjoy Saturday of my stay I could not get back to the hotel because of the police blocking several exits. So it was like a waste of money. I was stuck in traffic for 4 hours.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel suite. I didn't want to leave the comfort of the room and the bed and pillows!! Outstanding! Minor issues with a leaky shower head, inoperable tv remote, fussy AC thermostat, all of which were easily discoverable and should've been promptly fixed prior to renting the room out. I didn't expect these sort of minor details […] to escape the scrutiny of this level of Starwood property. Nonetheless, the hotel staff, the room itself, the hotel, and it's proximity to Houston's shopping mecca more than made up for the minor flaws. Mehr

I decided to stay in this hotel because the Murder Mystery Dinner was located here. This was a great decision! We had a blast and the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate our needs! We'll be back next year!

Hotel facility and the staff were above average. Very respectful and courteous. The restaurant was below my expectation for a hotel of that calibre. The food was mediocre at best. Would stay again, but each elsewhere.

My wife and I decided to take a weekend trip to see some friends in Houston. The Sheraton is conveniently located off of loop 610, which is in itself not an overly convenient highway but that's not the hotel's fault. We were kindly greeted at check-in, speedily processed to our room, and we had a great view of the Galleria and surrounding shops. The […] room was clean, the bed was comfy and large (we had the king-sized bed), and we would have certainly liked to have stayed longer. The breakfast was quite good, with a large variety of fruits, meats, eggs, pastries, and other breakfast items. The wireless internet was fast, and the free parking was very convenient. The room was smelly - my husband and daughter said it smelled like urine. We lucky stayed on the quiet side, so we got a good rest. But in the morning when we tried to workout, you have to outside by the pool to get in the workout facility. And when we tried to come back in, the automatic door didn't let us back in.

The Sheraton has comfortable rooms and nice beds. I had a great room with a little living room and 2 flat screens. The parking was the only thing I'd complain about, it's $14 a day...which I thought was expensive. They have an Omaha Steakhouse downstairs as well

We stayed there for 9 days, we had 2 rooms and during our stay we had several problems. We didn't have hot water for shower for 2 days, we didn't have internet service for 3 days, our toilet didn't work for a day (we figured out how to fix it and a technician came to fix it a day after we fix it). We didn't have hot water to wash our face, and our other […] room didn't have cold water to cool down the temperature during the 9 days. the parking or the valet is definitely over priced. Mehr

Overall this hotel was a great experience for the price and amount of time I spent there. 6 days. The suite we stayed in was very nice. The hotel is not super modern but it gets the job done. A few annoying things: charge for parking, no microwave in the hotel even though there are refrigerators in the rooms. Weird. They should not charge for parking, it becomes more than 12 % of the cost.

Rude personnel. They gave me the wrong room. They didn't have a rolling bed, towels, or blankets to make a bed on the floor. I had the worst night at a hotel ever. In the morning the water had problems, we had only cold water (it was mid december, imagine the temperature).
