Sheraton On The Falls - Niagara Falls

Beim Check wurde uns gleich zu einen Upgrade geraten (besserer Blick auf die Stadt), lohnte nicht wirklich. Ansonsten sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel.Sehr gute Queenbetten.

Top Lage und wunderbare Zimmer mit Blick auf die Wasserfälle.

Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit "Falls View" buchen. Die King Size Bett Zimmer sind auf den oberen Stockwerken. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel Restaurant ist wegen der mageren Auswahl an Hauptgerichten nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist optimal, alles zu Fuß erreichbar,sehr aufmerksames Personal gleich bei der Einfahrt. Parkplatz zum entladen, danach ins Parkhaus.Kerwerummel mit Riesenrad in der Seitenstrasse aber nicht störend oder laut. Restaurant hat einen wünderschönen Blick auf die Falls, leider ist das Buffet von uns nicht weiter zu empfehlen aber der Besuch lohnt […] sich auf jeden Fall.Außenpool wurde gerade renoviert, Innenpool ist klein aber für Kinder sicher sehr toll. Wasser hat angenehme Temperatur. Hard Rock Cafe kann durch die untere Etage durch die Spielhalle erreicht werden. Mehr

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder mit Blick auf die Fälle für Mo-Fr. Wochenende ist viel teurer. Der Ausblick hat uns in der 6. Etage erst etwas enttäuscht, da die Horse-Shoe-Fälle hinter Bäumen verdeckt waren. Wir haben aber auf Nachfrage am kommenden Tag ein Zimmer in der 10. Etage bekommen, und das […] war traumhaft. Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und komfortabel. Es gab einen zusätzlichen begehbaren Wandschrank, in dem Koffer verschwinden konnten, und einen elektrischen Kamin, der gar nicht so furchtbar aussah. Der Ausblick aus dem Bett heraus war grandios. Service war ebenfalls hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war immer nach kurzer Abwesenheit zum Frühstück schon hergerichtet, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Im hauseigenen Restaurant gibt es ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Da die Kinder am Buffet nichts zahlen mussten, war der Preis für unsere Familie okay. Man bekommt vergünstigten Eintritt in den Indoor-Aquapark, teuer aber gut, und in das Restaurant des benachbarten Hotels. Letzteres haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Mehr

Bei diesem Hotel stimmt einfach alles ! Wir haben sogar unkompliziert unser Zimmer wechseln können. Zunächst hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der Seite mit Blick auf die kanadischen Fälle. Ich wollte ein Zimmer auf der Frontseite mit Blik auf die amerikanischen Fälle und mit Blick nach rechts auf die kanadischen Fälle - war kein Problem !

Das Shearteon Hotel in Otario ist direkt an der Falls, es ist jedoch wichtig, dass Ihr ab dem 5 Stock ein Zimmer bucht, da von dort eine Athemberaubende Sicht auf die Falls hat.

Ideale Lage zur Besichtigung der Fälle. Parkähnliche Umgebung. Schönes Standardzimmer, sauber. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Ausblick unseres "Full Fall view Room"; vom 7. Stock aus waren die kanadischen Fälle nicht zu sehen und das Hotel konnte uns kein höher gelegenes Zimmer anbieten. Im Hotel werden verschiedene Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten. The front desk staff was very rude during registration n pasted me off to another rep. Poor customer service. I didnt allow this to affect my stay until the other rep asked if I wanted reg parking for 20 or VIP for 30 I asked where is reg parking she said just outside to my left come to fund out my husband had to walk quite a distance. As for my room […] I was promised the view of the falls n to my surprise I had the view of the hotel in front of me. Room 2089. This was a great disappointment tO us n r children. Hotel was excellently placed for views of the falls and the main shopping/eating area of Clifton - check-in took a while but thereafter no problems with hotel staff - slightly disappointed as room was supposed to have double falls aspect but the horseshoe falls where hidden behind trees as we were on 7th floor - loved the whole Niagara experience and […] would use the hotel again but ask for higher floor Mehr

Great location, Greta hotel. Did not really stay too much at the hotel, so the amenities were nor used, but looks ok. Parking additional, expensive. Wifi expensive, sign up for their loyalty program for free wifi

after staying previously at the Embassy Suites - to compare the Sheraton is much better for accomodation. You give up a closeup of the horshoe falls but you get an almost as spectacular view of the American falls. Great place!

The hotel was close to all of the sights and attractions. The hotel was clean and the people were pleasant. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of the beds- they were not super comfortable.

Very convenient location. Immediately over the border and you are there. Just across the street from the falls with some great views. Good facilities in and around hotel.

Hotel room is good location, and I like view. But some other people's sound is bad. And the bath room is not clean. If it is nothing, I may satisfied.

We need to change room for three times because someone is in our hotel room. they took all our staff in our first room without any consent from us. the next room that they gave us someone was staying there already. they wasted our time for more than one hour. and the last room they gave us, the flush of the toilet bowl is not working at all and the […] sink was so ugly lots of scratches and i think some are dirt stains. will never come back to this hotel again Mehr

Near the Falls but overall FAILS to meet expectations

We spend two nights - the hotel is walking distance from the bridge @ the US CAN border -on the CAN side- we had a great view of the falls- great space- I'm not so sure what else I could have asked for for such a great price. internet connection which was one reason to book this hotel never worked, jacucci which we booked could barely fit one person, not explained to me when booking, extra $40 per night never used by any of us. So yes I was disappointed. Sent someone to our room to diagnose internet connection problem, absolutely useless, and then when I go to pay the bill […] I was charged for internet connection, WOW. In order to go 3 floors up you had to wait for almost half an hour for an empty elevator.

The Sheraton was really comfortable, but very busy and loud. The elevators were very slow and full, and the hallways were really noisy in the evening. It would be great if there was an opportunity for some guests to have a quieter part of the hotel during times when they know there will be a lot of excited school age kids staying there.

The City View room isn't a city view. It's looking at the HVAC units on the other floors. Shower was less than desirable, low ceiling and some mildew. Not what I'd expect at a Sheraton. We did move to another (more pricey) room for our second night and that was much better. I would like to see more variety in restaurants.

It was not what I expected to say the least. I think we spent most of the nite listening to the elevator go up and down, for a more expensive hotel it needs some upgrading, like a toilet that doesn't run for 5minutes to fill up the tank, or blinds that actually shut would have been nice, but the noise of the elevator was the worst. And to top it off […] in the morning there was a used coffee filter that had been left in the coffee maker from previous guests.....not a good Mehr

Although the hotel had amazing views and the rooms were clean and comfortable, I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel had a lot of families with young children, this made for a noisy stay. The children in the room next door were loud and seemed like they were in our room. The children above ran around and again very noisy. The maids were yelling […] up and down the hall to each other at 8am, I was on vacation and I am very disappointed in the lack of soundproofing at a 4 star Sheraton. I would not choose this hotel in the future for this reason. Another down side to this hotel, our first day there the electricity was out for about 4 hours... We chose this hotel because of the great location. The hotel was nice, staff were friendly. It was slightly over priced though. Also, there happened to be a lot of teenagers staying there for a competition so it was a little loud. Would try them again though (for a better deal)

Great views of the fall and central location. We enjoyed our overnight stay and found the room to be clean and well-appointed....it even had a nice seating area and fireplace. Did I mention flat screen TV in the bathroom?! Unfortunately we didn't get to try room service as I waited on the phone for 5 mins as it rang and rang and eventually gave up. […] We went to check out the upstairs restaurant which had a nice view but decided not to stay for the overpriced buffet - why they can't do a la carte, i don't know. It was nicely attached to some attractions as well as the Casino which was convenient with the cold weather. Overall I would stay at this hotel again..but will never return to Niagara Falls - way too cheesy and overpriced. Mehr

The only good thing about this hotel is just the location, everything is over priced like can you imagine a small bottle of water will cost you 6$..

Incredible view ... the fireplace was a nice added touch. We stayed here in Feb, and the view was of both Falls .... snow falling ... floor to ceiling windows ... very nice. If you can, splurge for a room with a view. Parking was expensive, but convenient. I read reviews that said cheaper parking was right around the corner, but we couldn't find anyplace […] that allowed overnight parking. Went to hotel parking garage and paid $20 for the night. Convenient location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. No complaints. Mehr

everything was very comfortable and i would go and stay there again

We had a great room but $44 to park your car for 2 nights is outragous. We paid a good price for the room but parking was way out of control. Our american dollar doesn't go very far in Canada. It will be awhile before we go again.

We love to stay in Sheraton hotels because we are usually very pleased. This time as well. Service was great and reps are pleasent. Unfortunately we could not have a bath because of the dried soap left in the soap holder and some pieces stuck to the tub. :( but a side from that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Conveniently located near the Falls. Loved the connection pass between Sheraton and the other hotel. Great room that had view of the falls and openable door/balcony - great for pictures and fresh air Walkable distance to other restaurants other than the ones in the hotel.

My family visited the falls after Christmas. Staying at the Sheraton was great. It was a perfect location with a great view of both the American and Horseshoe Falls. Everything was in walking distance, even in the cold with young children. A big perk was access to the water park without having to go outside. This was especially great after the park […] since the kids were still a little wet. The room was spacious and clean, with a great artificial fireplace that blew out warm air, which was very helpful in drying wet gloves, hats, etc. A great place to go for a family vacation any time of the year.
