Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Nashville Airport - Nashville

For the price, the bathroom was a bit too small. Could not open the bathroom door all the way, as it bumped up against the toilet. Had to step in to the side of the toilet, close the door, then step in front of it to use it. I thought my bathroom at home was small...

We stayed here on a layover flight and were very happy. We were able to take the shuttle to and from the airport. There is a great breakfast in the morning. We would recommend this place to anyone.

The first thing we noticed was the limited and tight parking spaces. I had to actually fold my rear view mirror in to back out the next morning. The key coder had been "struck by lightning" so everytime we left the room, an employee had to escort us back to the room to let us in. The breakfast was good, but the breakfast area was untidy and the small […] trash can by the coffee counter was overflowing. The furnishings have been updated and the room was spacious and clean. Even with the cons, this hotel was in a convenient location and was a good value compared to hotels in the city. Mehr

Great service, will recomend to my friends

Only stayed over night but had a very enjoyable visit. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. Only drawback was I could hear the airport planes coming and going.

Everything was excellent room was beautiful for the price my husband couldnt believe it . Breafast was excellent coffee any time you wanted it They had cookies any time you went down to lobby.Everybody was ready nice .We will stay there every time we go to nashville.I tell everybody to stay there.

I just stayed at 3 previous locations.... St. Augustine Ashville NC Williamsburg VA and now this one in Nashville. The price was right, The bathroom was too small. The toilet was too close to the door other than that the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The cookies were a plus. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Used Park N Fly program at this site located just across interstate from Nashville airport. Upon return to Nashville, called motel desk to have shuttle pick myself and wife at airport. Three calls later, hired a cab and paid $15.00 to get across interstate to where my car was parked at motel. The worst part was on each phone call attendant kept telling […] me they were on their way to get us. We stood curbside for over an hour before finally giving up. When went in to desk to notify them of the problem, was informed they don't run shuttles on Saturday!! Somebody obviously was not partner to the truth of the situation. The desk and staff were undermanned and extremely busy both during our arrival check-in and departure. Cost cutting attempts through labor savings are costing this location at least this customer, and undoubtedly others. Mehr

I would stay again in this hotel. Its very close to airport lots of things surround it. The room was very nice and the bed was very soft. For the price i paid this was a good hotel.

Great location and quality for the price. Service was great and if traveling for a nominal fee you can park and ride to airport.

The front desk was slow and confused. The hot water was hot at all but overall it was a decent hotel.

bathroom sink was a problem. would not empty properly, very slow. Otherwise it was a great stay and experience.

Hotel recently remodeled. Clean Comfortable room, bed and good breakfast! Close to airport. Would stay here again!

Leaving for Prague early in the morning and this hotel is very close to the airport. Very convenient. Staff was very nice.

Stayed here before. Can be a bit pricy some times - you just have to check each time. Room is adequate with comfortable bedding. Our A/C was not working properly but we were so tired we didn't say anything. Good b'fast Warm cookies and coffee when you arrive. If price is right, will stay here again.

We travel out of BNA regularly and will never stay anywhere else from now on. Best value without a doubt. The complimentary breakfast was terrific. The rooms were lovely and the staff, incredibly nice and helpful. The shuttle service was really appreciated. We were on our way to Houston where we stayed at a Marriott for 3 nights. It cost 2x's as much, […] charged $10 a day for internet (free at Country Inns) Breakfast which was not as good and cost $10. Bottled water in the room $2.50. And our room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there. We had such a good experience at Country Inns that we will look for hotels under the Carlson name from now on. Mehr

The hotel had limited parking but it was nice and quiet. The staff was helpful and the room was nice. I heard a plane once or twice but it wasn't distracting.

Booked with Hotels.com and the hotel accidentally gave us an invoice the next morning for LESS than what I reserved it for. And I apparently got a 20% discount! NOT.

This hotel is not up to par on the basis that the remodel job was very shabby. There was water on the floor from the air conditioner. Only one of the two elevators worked. The amenities were minimal. We also didn't get the room we booked. Had to settle for a king suite instead of a double queen. The kids had to sleep on a pull out couch, very uncomfortable […] and small. Not at all what we booked or expected, Satisfaction minimal. Glad we only stayed one night. Mehr

Very pleased to discover the Country Inns - will definitely use again -

We stayed six nights and were overall very pleased with our experience. The rooms are very nice and clean, plus housekeeping was very attentive to our needs daily. The breakfast was great; much more than your usual bagel/ cereal options. It was conveniently located about 10-12 minutes away from all of the Nashville attractions that we attended. The […] only complaint that I have is that there is a shortage of parking space. However, the staff gladly directed me to parking on the side of the hotel as I pulled in. Wow. I had an AMAZING stay at the Country Inn & Suites (Campbell Station Knoxville, TN) just the day before. -I was on vacation site seeing through Knoxville, Nashville, and Lexington, KY. I was so excited to get to stay at another Country Inn and Suites, but I was sadly disappointed upon checking in. The gentleman at the front desk seemed to still […] be out at lunch even though his name tag said he was a supervisor in Denver (go back!). Then, I flopped on the bed after a long car ride only to spot a beer cap on the floor right beside my bed. I mean really, if you can't see that and pick it up, how clean is the rest of the room?? So, I went to get some ice and the tray, cups, and bucket were sitting in a pool of unclear "water". -At least I'm hoping that's all it was. I went down to speak with management. The one young lady at the front desk was very apologetic, professional, and sweet; however, she seemed to be relatively new so she got her superviser. Thinking I might get a similar reaction I felt confident I would quickly get a resolution. Unfortunately, this woman was out to lunch as well. She asked if I had the "do not disturb" sign out meaning that I didn't want service. I reminded her that I had just checked in. She said, "Well, I don't know what to tell you. The room should have been cleaned. I don't have any way of getting you a new bucket or anything." -WHAT?! How does management not have access to those staples? -Especially when there was a word find on a towel in the room with words of items the hotel will provide if you forgot yours to make you feel at home. *sigh* But she did go back and "clean" everything off. Didn't even take the beer cap to through out, I kindly told her she could have it before returning to my room. Needless to say I cleaned everything myself when I returned to my room. I was seriously considering returning to Knoxville. This hotel needs to take a retraining course from the Campbell Station location. Mehr

We were very tired and hungry when the hotel speedily came and got us from the airport. we were to tired to go out to eat ,instead we ordered out from there restraunt book then kicked back and relaxed the rest of the evening

good price for a decent hotel. staff was friendly and helpful. definitely note a 5-star hotel, but its no dump either.

We made the mistake of vacationing during cicadas insect season, but that was not the hotel's fault and you won't have to worry about it for another 5 to 10 years :). Okay, they painted the elevator and the smell was a bit annoying. Again, hopefully it won't be a recurring problem. The pipes from sink made a loud knocking noise. Very good variety of […] food for breakfast, but mostly processed food and the cereal was a bit stale. They offered a wine and cheese social when we stayed there which I thought was a nice touch. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful and the hotel was right off I40 and not far from downtown Nashville and Opryland in a very nice neighborhood. FYI, check to see if Opryland and mall is open as parts of it was still closed because of the flood. Overall, our stay was very good and I would consider this facility again for a quick stay. Mehr

We picked this hotel due to its convenient location. The hotel is older, but the rooms were very clean and updated in the last few years. The desk clerk was new, and she was overwhelmed. She had a hard time coordinating a outside phone call and a customer at the counter. I asked for a 4 am wake up call, that never materialized. Luckily I don't sleep […] well before flying home, and there is an alarm clock in the room. We didn't miss our flight. I cannot comment on the breakfast bar we left too early to use it. I recommend this hotel if your staying close to the airport for the convenience of catching a flight from Nashville. Mehr

Nice hotel that I've stayed in several times. Sadly this visit I had to take a suite rather than the king I'd booked :) Decent breakfast and surprisingly good coffee. I especially like the underground parking lot for my ragtop. Ground level access and parking is a little cramped.

Was able to drop off my rental car a day early @ the Airport and go to hotel. Alot of close by resteraunts available as well as the availability in the hotel. Next morning grabbed the shuttle and was @ airport with time to spare. Thank You

I thought the room was very nice especially the bathroom, I loved it. There was a book on the table with information about the area on places to go for entertainment or restaurantes to eat at. For the low price I paid I did not expect the strong security, undergroung parking garage with key card access, or such fine quality in the room itself.
