Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Das Hotel war in Ordnung, allerdings war es schon ziemlich weit weg vom Flughafen, obwohl es unter Airport-Hotels verzeichnet war. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde in klirrender Kälte auf das Shuttle warten, das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Und das Frühstück war eher auf asiatischen Geschmack ausgelegt, aber wir haben trotzdem was zu essen gefunden. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel, was Ausstattung und Sauberkeit angeht.

A warm breakfast consisting of (average) scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and do-it-yourself waffles. Plus the usual array of breakfast items. Room was cleaned perfectly w/usual amenities. "Decent Hotel if on a Budget - Good Hot Breakfast"
The breakfast comes with hot eggs, sausage and bacon. The breakfast is free. This is the only reason I stayed here vs. a different hotel. I would probably not stay there again, even with their awesome breakfast. Two Reasons. 1.) You can't close the drapes on the windows. You can only close the thin sheet and there are tons of lights all around the hotel.. […] This lets a ton of light into their rooms and needs to be fixed. 2.) Not a real big deal, but the rod in the bathroom was previously broken. Instead of them replacing it, they attempted to glue it back together. Needless to say it was loose and kept falling down. Not much of a big deal, but it makes you wonder where else they cut corners........................................................ The light coming in the windows is 100% unacceptible. "Service and cleanliness good - room temp horrible"
The staff/service was very good. The cleanliness and facilities was also very good. The heating/cooling system for the rooms needs to be addressed. Staying in February, we still had to either open the window or turn the air conditioner on so that the room wouldn't be too hot. We did not have any heat turned on and the room would still get way to hot. […] So then we had to open the window or turn the air conditioner on in order to cool it down. This was fine when awake, but when asleep it caused us to have to get up in the middle of the night to try adjust the temp. The room was either too hot or too cold all night. I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, the shower was good, the TV remote had a 'sleep timer' function that I like, the breakfast provided was good with fresh fruit and other healthy choices. The only drawback was that the room was generating heat from somewhere. I had to sleep with the window open to get a comfortable balance for sleeping. Was greeted very nicely by the front clerk. Was able to check in before the check in time. But when we got to the room we noticed that there were what looked like blood stains on the curtains, pillows were very small, and there were also stains in the bathroom. The carpets in the hallways looked like they were hardly cleaned. Breakfast was the better […] part of our stay; they had a good variety of foods. I found my stay at the Fairfield Inn quite relaxing. Breakfast was very good and the service was as well. Just had a few minor issues with the telephone not working properly, and the one desk light not working. The lounge was a great place to unwind after a long trip. trip was okay; very noisy (girls and boys softball teams). Pool area very small, no towels. Rude young adults (girls and guys from softball team). Although they were from different teams/areas, both groups were vulgar and very loud. No regard for others. Breakfast set up and replenishment was impressive. "This time was definitely below average...."
I had stayed at this hotel several times, and this stay was definitely the worst of my stays. First, I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet and was given 'attitude' by the extremely young clerk when I pointed out this fact. The room I ended up with was very nice/clean, so no complaints there. Also, I do realize it was a holiday weekend, but […] running out of towels is just unacceptable, in my opinion (we had to wait until they were done washing them...). Also, the second night, none of our three keys worked to get back in. The clerk said a cell phone or credit cards can wipe the key card memory, but all three keys were in different places and two of them were nowhere near a cell phone or a credit card. Oh well... Normally I have no problems with this hotel, but this stay was not a good overall experience. MehrAuthentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Not Really A Fairfield"
This hotel should have the Fairfield name removed. It was just a cheap version of Fairfield. It was a nice average hotel room, but you could tell it was "converted" very cheaply from another brand to Fairfield and didn't offer the same features.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
