Excellent!

hotel house keeping was not good as I thought. Not enough coffee and cream in the room and shampoo and soup was not enough for two person in the room.

The room was clean and the location was grea t. I had asked for quite a bit of things from room service because I was holding a mary kay type party there. However when I moved some of the furnature it was odviouse that they hadnt cleaned under items in months there was dust under it and also found some paraphanalia under a night stand. Our Stay was extremely pleasant, the rooms were a very nice size and very homey. Parking was alittle different, I have never experienced the HIgh Rise parking accomodated with a Hotel.. Would recommend regardless of the Parking.

My daughter and I stayed one night. Everything was satisfactory. Front desk pleasant, room clean and comfortable and quiet. Checkout by phone was a snap. Did not use fitness room or eat in hotel, although front desk provided a helpful breakfast recommendation. Not luxurious, but trouble free and good value.

The Radisson was a great quiet space - my room was clean, comfortable and the bed was divine. I slept so very well! Thanks.

Great place to spend New Year's Eve! Close proximity to many shops and eating establishments.

We had a nice stay here on NYE. We saw the Detroit Lions because they were staying at this hotel before their game against the Packers. Only issues we had was that our room had no refrigerator, no ironing board or iron, and the bathroom didn't have a air dryer. I thought these amenities should be standard. When we booked the reservation via Hotels.com the front desk had trouble locating our room. They gave us 2 free drink tickets to use in the bar until they located the reservation. When we got in the room the door was propped open and there was a left-over drink on the table. Called the front desk and they relocated us to another room and gave us 2 additional […] drink tickets for our inconvenience. Great front desk staff! Mehr

We come to town every year for Christmas and have to stay in a hotel. It is VERY unfortunate that the rooms at this hotel are not stocked with a fridge and/or microwave. One year we were stuck with no food for Christmas Eve dinner because of this. This year upon arrival we asked if the hotel was busy, because we didn't see any other people in the hotel, […] and the receptionist informed us it was not busy, so I asked if we could have a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fridge. We were told bluntly, "No, but we have a fridge and microwave in our employee breakroom if you wanna bring something down here we can store it and then warm it up for you when you want it." (We did not see more than 2 other people staying here over our enitre holiday weekend so it was really upsetting they would not provide us with the upgrade. Most hotels will) Not exactly what we were hoping for, so we did not ask for our leftovers from our very pricey dinner at Lombardi's located in the hotel, what a waste. They have several different wings that can only be accessed by certain elevators so you never know which parking ramp is going to be convenient each time you go. If you need to use the elevator that requires a key, be aware that your key may stop working and and you will have to see the front desk to get the problem resolved. (A little embarressing after a mid-night swim.) Lastly, we asked for a late check out because we did not have anything to do till 4:00 on Christmas day and again we were informed this was not a possibility. Very unfortunate, again with barely no other guests staying I was not real sure why they couldn't give new arrriving guests the other rooms and save ours to be cleaned last. Not a great experievece. We now remember why we had said 2 years ago after our stay that we would not stay here again. We will remeber for next year and the years to come. Mehr

Great & friendly service all around. Loved having so many restaurant and bar options in and so close to the hotel. The pool area was great for having our grandchildren over to spend some family time too.

I was slightly disappointed by the fact that everything was nice but not "outstanding" as the price of the room reflected. The location is outstanding, but the rooms very normal.

Some aspects of the Paper Valley Radisson were terrific, such as the personable and helpful concierges, but we have to lower our ratings due to the barely functioning bathroom fixtures, the thin walls (noise came through easily), and paid parking. Also, no fridge or extra blankets. I would have thought the Radisson chain would have higher standards […] . Mehr

Hotel has great restaurants and other amenities, but the sleep number bed is worthless (loses all air) and it took the engineer two trips to fix a shower valve. Front desk help was less than helpful. Sports bar was good though and great waitresses!

We were satisfied with our stay. The hotel was closed to all activity downtown. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast downstairs was disappointing. Their buffets were not hot, but their orders off the menus were great. One morning we had dirty cups on our table. We informed the waitress and she replaced them but didn't even apologize. no one mentioned a $2.00 parking fee every time you entered the park garage. rooms were drabe and not overly clean

my only two issues are the layout of the hotel interior, it seemed like I had to do alot of walking just to get from the lobby to my room on the second floor. T.he second was for parking...a city owned garage where it cost $2. eavh tome you entered. Very inexpensive compared to more urban areas but still a little goofy in my opinion

Paper Valley Hotel is close to everything except the mall....but who cares when you've got boutique shopping. Very clean, but our room needed alittle updating....the towel bar in the bathroom was falling out of the wall.

We stayed here for Jersey Boys at Fox Cities PAC - great location - very clean, comfortable hotel. The only problem was the lack of good restaurants in the area. Lots of bar food, though! All in all - a great value. Loved the sleep number beds!

Overall very adequate, the place is a little tired and needs a little updating. Its location is excellent.

Excellent, wonderful staff, from check in to restraunts to cleaning staff. Wonderful experience. Can't wait to stay again. Clean, comfortable and roomy.

Hotel Rooms are tiny for what they charge per night. Hotel not properly mantained, elevators didn't function well, parking situation not clear from staff nor was indicated on booking site details. Rooms are noisy and smell "old". The star rating on this hotel is clearly overrated, it is really a 2 star hotel maximum. Would look for a different one next […] time Mehr

Not entirely sold on the sleep number beds

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. I DJ'd a wedding there and the staff even helped carry my equipment in an out. Only downfall was the sleep number bed seemed to have a small leak in it and was a lot softer at night than it was in the morning.

While I enjoyed my stay at the Paper Valley Radisson, I don't know that the hotel is what I have experienced as a Radisson. The room was nice enough, but for 3.5 stars? Maybe 2.5 or 3...It was convenient for the location I needed, but had I not got a discount on the rate, I don't know if I would have been super happy with the hotel.

Close to restaurants and shopping. Beds a little hard in standard room. Might want to pay more for "sleep comfort" beds.

This is a lovely hotel with great service, however they took liberties with the Hotel.com reservation. Online we had requested and confirmed a king size bed, but upon check-in we were downgraded to two double beds instead. When I asked about this I was told that this online check-in service was subject to the downgrades without warning due to the needs […] of the hotel. This hotel was far from full, but we were told our king size bed was not available. Booooo! This hotel does not offer any breakfast either, despite the higher price, and that will be a deciding factor for us in the future. Mehr
