Das Hotel liegt praktisch gleich neben der Washington Square Mall und hat genügend gratis Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem, allerdings machte alles einen etwas altmodischen Eindruck. Das grosse Minus für uns war der doch ziemlich laute Strassenlärm, zudem hörte man auch während der Nacht die hupenden Züge. Auch die Türen hört man […] sehr laut zufallen, das ist aber ein weitverbreitetes Problem. Frühstücksbuffet schien eine doch recht grosse Auswahl zu bieten, wir haben allerdings immer auswärts im Starbucks gleich gegenüber gefrühstückt. Der Fitnessraum bietet 3 Ausdauergeräte, die einwandfrei funktionierten, und einige Hanteln. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, jedoch nur, weil wir einen Spezialpreis ergatterten. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are a little outdated but clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only down fall was that the third floor had a smoke smell, but fortunately the room smelt fine. The breakfast was great, including waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pastries, and juices. The pool was clean and it is open 24 hours.

For a cheap price, hotel was clean, room was huge and nice, even had a soap and shampoo dispenser in shower. Free breakfast has a variety of options, nothing fancy, but included scrambled eggs, bacon bits, waffle maker, various pastries, bread, cereal, coffee, and juices. Front desk staff were friendly. Free Wi-Fi worked well from hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay - room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was extremely good!! Definitely will consider the Phoenix for our next stay in the Portland area.

I stayed at the Phoenix Inn Tigard recently for a girls getaway weekend and I must say that for the price, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are large and clean and included an extra seating area with a couch and coffee table. It was convenient having the sink and mirror outside the bathroom, especially with 4 women trying to get ready in […] the morning! The breakfast was better than average and included eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, pastries, fruit, and assorted cereals. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but I appreciated having access to a fitness room. It was small but adequate for my needs. It consisted of 3 pieces of cardio equipment and some free weights. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but is also close to the mall and the freeway. Overall I had a great experience and would stay here again. Mehr

great location close to lots of shopping and restaurants...quiet, freindly staff, nice room

Very happy with this hotel. Size of rooms were great-we got a very basic 2 queen room and there was a couch. Nice to have. Breakfast with more then just "continental"- eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles, tortillas, danishes, juices, coffee, milk- very nice. Beds were very comfortable- nice down comforters, soft pillows, not too fluffy. Very clean, hallways […] smelt great, not old and moldy like a lot of hotels. Pool/hottub area was very clean, water was clean and fresh- blue not green. Yuk! I was very happy with the hotel, great price and this is where I will stay when I come back to Aloha for UPC Bible Quizzing. Thank you to everyone who made our experience great! Mehr

booked this hotel becuase it had a pool. turned out pool was down the entire week i booked it for. i could have saved $20 a day had i just opted for no pool else where. only other complaint was there were ants in the bathroom and we had to switch rooms half way thru the week.

Everything was great! Especially the front desk.

We were there for a soccer weekend and enjoyed being close to places to eat red lobster TGIFridays and a place to get gas without hearing traffic noise and a mall to shop at.

I have been fortunate to stay in many luxury hotels when traveling, but sometimes you just need something simple, affordable and clean. The Phoenix Inn is not going to win any design awards, but my room was well appointed, with plenty of room and everything was clean which is a big factor to me. The mall across the street also has restaurants and […] a food court which I found nice for some variety on the food front. I'd stay there again. Mehr

We thought everything about the hotel was great including being near big shopping malls and restruants. The only drawback was it is around 1/2 hr drive to Portland. Not great for someone wanting to be in and around Portland several times throughout the day. Convenient if only drive there once. Quality of room and staff 100%

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.

The Phoenix Inn Tigard is my standard business hotel in the area - and for good reason. It's simply the best hotel anywhere near the price in Tigard. 5-stars on all categories - great room, great staff - and a number of great places to eat within walking distance. Nice breakfast buffet, exercise room, very nice pool/spa. Absolutely recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel.It was quiet except for the occasional rude guest slamming his/her door.The breakfast was excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

Excellent Experience all around! Breakfast was plentiful with a large variety. Service was great. Room was large with lot's of perks. I will defintely stay @ this hotel again!!!

The hotel was great, close to family, stores the room was very clean and cozy..They accept my beloved pet :)

We recommend this hotel for Grandparents who are looking for extended stay accommodations.

Great stay, great breakfast, good night sleep, great customer service, will stay there again

Our stay was very pleasant and affordable. It was nice that the room had a small, comfortable couch with a coffee table in front of it which made it very convenient and confortable for sitting around and snacking and talking. I generally prefer the sinks not to be right out in full sight in the room, but that was OK. Having two sinks was nice. The staff […] was very gracious. It was good to have a computer to help locate places of interest. The printer wasn't working, however (and they didn't get anyone to fix it) which limited its usefulness in travelling to locations using a map. Our room was right on the busy street. I was worried that it would be too noisy, but once the day traffic slowed down, it was fine. I felt it was in a very safe area, which is always nice. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone. Mehr

Our room was surprisingly large with a couch, table, chairs, fridge etc. The beds were very comfy and overall it was a great stay for the price. We'll definitely stay again. Very friendly staff as well!

I finally got a weekend away without the kids to spend with my husband. I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Erin at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I had no problems hearing anyone around us and there was a convention going on at the dame time we were there. I would use this hotel again!

I was ver happy with the hotel . The only issue was with female front desk person in the afternoon.they had a coffee maker downstairs and we wanted a cup .there was no sugar . When we asked for iit,she answered no we don't. This was like she could not care less about the customers. Her treatment will be the only reason I may not return she was rude […] and callous. Mehr

The place was freeway close,& had lots of great restaurants around within walking distance. The rooms were super clean and great for the business traveler or even just the getaway! The breakfast was great too!

Stayed here for the weekend while visiting my three kids. When I made the reservation, the description said it would have two queen beds with a sleeper sofa. After we had checked in, we discovered that the sofa did not fold out. Finding that we had nowhere for my son to sleep, I called down to the desk and she most obligingly brought us a roll-away […] bed! The pool was lovely, the hot breakfast was quite good and the breakfast room was constantly being kept tidy by the attendant. Overall VERY satisfied with our stay. Mehr

My Soul-Sista and I stayed the night at the Phoenix Inn and it was great. We had a very peaceful room; clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities and the fact that our hotel was in a great location - close to shopping and restaurants! I would definitely recommend it!

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, it was close to the shopping mall, and restaurants. It was easy to make a reservation.

We were in emergency mode due to a death in the family. We had a nice surprise. The location was very convenient, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the choice of firm and soft pillows. The personnel was very accommodating, especially in the breakfast room. It was a good place to stay.

This was nearly a perfect hotel. Every thing was superlative from the check to check ouy Would recommed it to anyone

I stayed 1 day for business trip at this hotel. Reception, pool, room, breakfast are no trouble. 3-4 restaurants are very convenient place close from the hotel by walking. Little bit noisy sound from the room just up stare from my room.

Excellent stay, excellent service. The indoor pool was a treat. Very, very clean, spacious, comfortable room. And it's green!

Not really fair to rate down for location as we had read the reviews of others who said the same and chose it anyway. Guess I was amazed at how difficult it was to navigate and how congested the whole area was.
