Nothing outstanding about the hotel, good or bad. Be aware that they charge you $8 to 'park with them', which is a necessity since there's nowhere else to park.

Excellent stay , clean , great studio , easy parking , good location and the price was very reasonable .

This hotel has it's employees as it's number one asset. The young people running the front are polite,helpful and professional. The employees taking care of the hotel are the same. Sleep was near impossible in our double bed room. It was hot,bed was of poor quality, traffic was constant, of course it's on the highway, but there are ways to help drown […] out the noises. Better windows? Breakfast was nothing special, powdered eggs and some scary gray meat mixed in. We just ate cereal and fruit. The location of this hotel is a plus, but there are other hotels just as convenient. Price during the week was high. I think these rooms are worth less than what we paid. We won't stay here again. We will not tell friends about this hotel. Mehr

Extremely clean in all areas of the hotel.Secured parking with access to the floors with room key only and NO charge !! Breakfast buffet well stocked very nice selections .All staff members friendly very easy to speak with.Noon check out is also helpful.Love the kitchen area and the configuration of the room.Have been a guest several times during my […] trips to Dallas and will remain so..If you are interested there is a Starbucks,CVS close by..and a new In and Out Burger right across the street. Great hospitality!!! The doors keys didnt work, bed lights were out, and bathroom door didnt close. This was all after they had to switch our rooms.

very clean and nice

Besides the convenience of its location, hotel outstanding characteristics include spacious and comfortable rooms and state of the art appliances. Definitely will come back again soon.

I stayed here with my family over the weekend because my normal hotel was booked. It was not terrible, but the hotel had seen better days. It just had the look of an older property. There was some vent with screws sticking out of it a couple of inches - perfect for the kids to brush up against. The bathtub did not drain very well so it was like taking […] a shower in a kiddie pool - kind of annoying. It was not a disaster but I will not be coming back. Mehr

This hotel is extremely convenient to interstates (635 and 75), shopping and restaraunts. The rooms are extremely spacious, the breakfasts were great and there are additional facilities available for use such as meeting rooms and workout space. You even had the option of grilling around the patio and with a large grocery store right around the corner […] it would be a great thing to be able to do if you were vacationing with your children. Great place to stay. We had a King studio suite and the layout of the room was very clever. There is a large shelf/wall that divides the sleeping area from the living area that has a flat-sreen tv on a swivel stand that you can turn to view from either side. We loved the walk-in closet, work desk & small kitchenette. Parking was $8 per night bit was […] covered and gated. Quentin was very friendly and professional at the front desk. From the time we arrived the service was very good and the room was in great shape. The breakfast was good and the social fun. Overall the stay was pleasant and the help were excellent. We'll go back. The only downfall is the parking charge but it is a garage you park in.

We found this to be a very nice place to stay & well worth it at the lower rate (rate varies). Older hotel has been upgraded nicely. Nice beds & pillows, nice kitchen & sitting area. Outdoor pool only & tv only in sitting area were our only complaints.

The hotel was very clean. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed the layout of the room - very roomy. Liked the new appliances.

Given the fact that this hotel shows a Central Expressway address but is actually accessed by a small hidden road off of Caruth Haven that was a problem at first, the "check in" parking leaves much to be desired, the staff tries to be pleasant Quentin is awesome, Chris not so much. It appears that they do have hot water issues and when countered on […] it the response is all Hotels have these problems.....not really what a seasoned traveler wants to hear as they know better. I travel 75% of the year and have not experienced cold water at 7:30 am in the morning. One solution from the hotel was for me to bathe in the evening....as you can imagine that really did not go over too well with me. Then the offer was extended to move to a lower floor room, which for a 13 day stay after I have been unpacked for 5 days seems very inconvenient. So on a whole I do not feel very good about this location for the Hyatt chain. I will not be returning nor will I allow our corporate travel department to book any of our other people in Hyatt facilities until I hear from their corporate customer service personnel. Mehr

You can't beat the price for this location. If you are looking to be close to Northpark or SMU, this is a great value. You can even walk around the corner to get to Cheesecake Factory, Barnes & Noble, and Blue Mesa, as well as other shopping. Very clean. Decent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

It works for me. I stay there everytime i'm in town.

Will use again to see our relatives in or near Dallas.

I have stayed in a lot of places around this area, and I feel like this is the best bang for the buck. Hyatt place up the road was not as nice as the Summerfield suites. Double tree is nice and you get a cookie with your stay, but is a little more $$$ for just a cookie. This place has free internet, free breakfast, and is really close to our office […] on Mocking bird . I think this is nicer than the Raddision, and the Westin at 635 and Coit. I think the only negative I have had in my ten stays or so there was probably having to pay for parking and some loud people once, but the latter is not the hotels fault. At least the parking price dropped to 8$. Mehr

The hotel is quite nice and close to shopping mall which is convenience to buy stuff, lunch and dinner. Anyhow, it is a bit too far to walk to the train station. Room cleaning should be improved. Maid doesn't do much of daily cleaning. Pantry and kitchen equipment is not that clean. Overall, I'm satisfy staying in this hotel.

The large room/suite are great for the same price as a typical small room. I love the breakfast with eggs & sausage - not just bread & cereal. The coffee is good too.

I'm in a hotel a large part of the month. I have found my place in the Dallas area. Free Wi-Fi, Free Breakfast, Rooms have everything you need plus more, I had a complementary beer after my long day, free parking ,they have a workout room with some weights but Lifetime Fitness is close by as well. Great restaurants nearby.

Excellent staff, very clean room, & super location to everything.....

The hotel and location was perfect for us. The staff was excellent and were very patient in giving us directions. Suite was great and we ill stay here again.

Very nice hotel with excelletn staff and very good amenities. i've stayed here during many of my visits to Dallas on business, and will continue to do so.

King size beds are really queens

Had a great stay here, very quiet and comfortable room.

beautiful courtyard, nice staff/service, the bathtub wouldn't drain and the phone in our room did not work and the melon at breakfast tasted like cardboard... the area was nice and quiet... wanted to take a walk... the work out area looked nice, easy access to central and North Park shopping

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was lacking taste, but it was included with the room.

My experience was all positive, cheak-in was easy, my room was clean and a wonderful size, and everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. All in all it's a great place to stay and very convenient to all of Dallas. Shopping is well within walking distance.
