Palm Royale Cairns - Manoora

We thought the hotel was comfortable, good value for money. The only issue we had was the fact that the king size bed was made up of two single beds of different height which made it a bit difficult at times. The hotel was reasonably close to the city, and easy access to the main arterials for day trips out of Cairns. Overall very pleasant stay.

It was very enjoyable

Very comfy bed, great air con and lovely pool. The room did smell a bit mouldy thought but that was my only issue.

The view of the pool and palms was lovely. However, the ceiling fan did not work well and the exhaust fan was terribly noisy, also the traffic. We were happy all in all, but would not have liked to pay full rate.

Most hotels, in my experience, if the cleaners have not finished preparing the room, will switch rooms or ask the cleaners to ready the room a.s.a.p., especially if the hotel is not heavily booked. Location is not so close city but near the hotel there is wine shop is selling good and cheap wine! u can take subtle bus to city!!not so bad choice for traveler ,

The hotel was listed as 4 star, which was very misleading, there was no restaurant or bar on site, the facade was extremely shabby, covered with mould and facings fallen off, the whole hotel was in desperate need of a refit, not in a very nice area, we were warned of thefts and to be very careful. Great for a short stay, very clean! A bit far from City center but then when you have a car it does not matter. Swimming pools extremely clean and decent size. Would recomend.

Nice pool areas. Really friendly staff and always ready to help you. Wifi would be nice. Super markets are near. Laundry facilities are great but not any place to dry clothes.

hotel price was good i feel that it needs to somewhere to cook like a simple bbq,or a small kitchen for those staying longer it would be nice to have a slapped up meal every now and then rather then having to eat out all the time

Beautiful place to stay, with lagoons and pool. Could do with an upgrade in television (analog!) to digital, and replacement of more comfortable mattresses! Should think about getting having a microwave in the kitchen as well! Could feel the springs which is not so comfortable. All in all - it was close to the city centre and airport.

I loved the facility, my room and the easy transport to the major areas of the CDB. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Have stayed before,enjoy staying there again. Tv to small,beds are so great. Will stay next time.

This hotel was very nice and the staff were very accommadating. It was just a long ways from the city center.

After driving through Mackay where there were NO VACANCY signs everywhere, it is a relief that there are so many hotel rooms available in Cairns. I was surprised at how big Palm Royale Cairns is with so many rooms filled with international tourists. I like the orchids and ferns growing on the palm trees and the nice clean pool areas with nobody around. […] My room has a gate accessing the pool. Overall the stay was great value for money. The beds are comfy, rooms clean and the pools are good. A little out of the way but there is a cheap shuttle service. Located next to a pub, shopping centre and a coffee joint. What else could you ask for?

We booked a special offer thru Hotels.com and paid about half price -hence the title. The hotel is a couple of km west of the esplanade with a regular bus service available. Raintrees shopping centre is across the road which is very handy for food and drinkies etc. Some of the features which could be improved are the room safes which require a key and […] a large deposit , and free internet would be nice. We really enjoyed out stay. The bed was really comfortable and the desk staff were so helpful in arranging transport and booking our day tour. Nothing was a problem to them.

Average hotel in pretty good condition. Fairly clean and comfy. A little dated looking but overall good if money is your main motivation.

Hotel has no bar or restaurant however a good breakfast is served in a small inside/outside dining area. For evening meals there is a free shuttle to a nearby partner hotel with billing of meal etc direct to the room. Served well by a shuttle and regular public transport to town centre and attractions. Stops are nearby and cheaper than the hotel town […] shuttle. Supermarket, liquor store and a Red Rooster fast food outlet are across the road. Decent size swimming pool for those who want exercise and a very nice beach style liesure pool for those who wan to laze. Mehr

Bra hotell flott bassengområde, hotellrommene litt små. Romservicen kunne vært bedre, litt langt fra sentrum men gikk bra med busser.

位置不方便 幸好對面有個大型本地supermarket / 食店 出入要坐酒店車來回巿中心區 服務班次較疏一小時才一班, 要買幾天票才較化算 沒有餐飲服務(只有早餐) 舊式電視機 吊風扇... 價錢平, 取回分數!!!
