Das Hotel ist gepflegt und liegt schön im Museumsviertel - für einen kurzen Geschäftsaufenthalt ist es gut geeignet.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Zentrums in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Museumsquartier und sehr nahe zur Hofburg. Dank naher U-Bahn-Station ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing. Das Hotel liegt in nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt zur U-Bahn-Station Volksgarten. Von hier aus sehr gute Anbindung an alle wichtigen Punkte der Stadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr praktisch.

Kurzaufenthalt in Wien. Super Lage nur einige Schritte bis zum Museumsbezirk. Sauberes Hotes, sehr freundlich, super Frühstück.

Charmloses Businesshotel mit sehr gutem und freundlichem Service. Mein Zimmer war eher klein und das Badezimmer von der Grösse her eine Zumutung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich eher nicht.

Das K&K Hotel Maria Theresia in Wien ist via öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten per Fuss zu erreichen. Angenehmes, ruhiges Hotel mit gutem Preis- / Leistungsverhätlnis.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer in der oberste Etage mit Blick auf die Türme der Museen. Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht gut, wir meldeten dies und bekamen umgehend ein Heizstrahler, welcher unser Zimmer super wärmte! Da dier Heizkörpfer offenslichtlich nicht umgehend repariert werden konnte offerierte uns das Hotel als Geste ein Flasche Schaumwein! […] Eine sehr schnelle und grosszügige Abwicklung einer Reklamation, bravo. Excellent staff, especially Shari, Erica and Vladimir. Very smart room although relatively small - pillows could be much thicker otherwise fine. Good breakfast but bacon always cold. Metro just around the corner.

The staff were helpful, the location is excptional and we with 2 kids found the undergroud very useful. The hotel is located close to a good underground where there are 2 lines possible. Very satisfied ... Breakfast was great ... Wide variety of things ..Freshly made choice of eggs was a good feature... Welcome bottles of water were good...

My opinion regarding the excellent quality staff was formed while in Vienna. Genuine friendliness, excellant reccommendations and courteous treatment were the norm. After returning to the US all my impressions were reinforced as I had left items in the safe. Location is very conveinent. Near Subway and tourist attrations. All within walking distance. You have to walk through quiet road before you reach your hotel. The hotel interior is very classy and they serve excellent breakfast and the breakfast staff is very polite and acomodating. Making a very good start for your day. But I would like to warn tourist […] like myself to be very vary of conman not in the hotel but in the tourist attrations. Firstly they will ask you whether you speak english than one man will pretend to ask for help. Before your could respond another 2 man will appeared and claimed that they are police showing a pass spell POLICE. Than they will talk about drugs problem and counterfit money.If you try to walk away they will shout at you to stand still. So they will check the first man wallet than they want to check your wallet. You have to be firm with them and walk away or you have to scream for police. But we were caught off guard thus we were cheated off 200Euro.. Mehr

I've stayed at this hotel before, as well as two other K&K hotels, the other one in Vienna and the one in Budapest. The rooms are reasonably spacious, the staff friendly and the breakfast buffet is fine. I recommend it very highly. If you want to go to the museums or to the opera or the theatre, this is a great location.

I have been to many hotels in many cities all over the world. This one is too pricy for what it's got to offer. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad hotel -- but it's certainly not a 4-star hotel. Maybe a 3-star for 1/2 the price would do it justice. But to me right now, this is just an overpriced, conveniently-located so-so hotel.

The location was a ten to fifteen minute walk to the museums, and pedestrian area. Not exactly in the center of town. You needed to also walk about 8-10 minutes to come across any eating areas. The breakfast bur fret was very good. The secure parking was a real plus. The staff was very helpful and kind. The wireless Internet in the rooms was spotty […] at best. Bathrooms were nice and modern.I would stay again, only if better located hotels were not available. Mehr

Terrific hotel--great location, nicely appointed and a terrific staff. The breakfast is an absolute treat, too!

The hotel has a perfect location - side street next to MUMOK. Few stairs will bring you to the museum district and then across the road to the city center. And if you turn the other way there is a few side streets with great bars and restaurants. The hotel is in the quiet street. It is clean and tidy, the staff really friendly. Location affords access to the tourist area and to an area where the locals eat and drink. A great hotel to spend a few days in Vienna.

Very convenient location:1 block from U-Bahn station, 2 blocks from the Museum Quarter, 2 blocks from a shopping district. The hotel is on a very quiet side street, away from the any noisy traffic.

The K&K Maria Theresia is located in a trendy neighborhood near the museum quarter, within walking distance of all the major sights in central Vienna. It offers a better than average chain hotel experience, with modern and attractive decor, comfortable rooms, and a very efficient and helpful front desk staff. A nice hotel in a good Vienna location, close to the museum quarter. The rooms could use some updating. Had very good closet/storage space. It was quite warm during our stay and uncomfortable in the lobby and hallways which seem to lack air conditioning.

This hotel is not only close to the U-Bahn, but in walking distance to much downtown and the spanish riding school area. Places to eat within walking distance as well. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast at the hotel was very good as well. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom had a full tub/shower. We had an extra bed in our room for […] the kids and still had enough room. We would stay there again for sure if visitin Vienna. Mehr

Apart from slightly small rooms and a hard bed it is a lovely hotel in a great location with nice staff.

We had a very pleasant stay in K&K Hotel Maria Theresia.. The Staff were just awesome..they were very helpful...The Buffet was good and sumptuous...The hotel is located is very near to all the best sites in Vienna.. Truely would recommend this hotel...would love to comeback sometime...The price we paid was also reasonable for the quality...

got great price on Hotels.com and the hotel was first class: excellent breakfast, helpful staff, and perfect location close to museums and subway

The hotel was perfect for my stay. Close to the U-Bahn and very comfortable room, good air conditioning since it was in the 90's most days. The included breakfast was very nice. The staff was very friendly and all spoke excellent English. I would stay there or a K&K hotel again.

this was a fabulous place to stay in Vienna, right next to the Museum Quartier, just blocks from most every historical landmark in the central city. Staff was marvelous and the free breakfast was way over the top.

The breakfast is amazing!! The right start to a day with everything from amazing breads to champagne! A real treat!

We have stayed at three different K&K hotels, two in Vienna and one in Budapest. Without exception, we have found the hotels to be reasonably priced, clean, well-maintained and within easy reach of sights we wanted to see. The underground is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The main museum complex is only a couple of minutes farther. The Volkstheater […] is just around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants, and the Mariahilfestrasse shopping area is only two or three blocks away. The staff is very courteous and efficient. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel or the staff in any way. And the breakfast is quite varied and very good. Mehr

The Maria Theresia was our last accommodation on a 10-day trip to London, Venice, Florence and Vienna that my husband and I just did with our daughter who was studying for a term in Vienna. The contemporary decor was the perfect antedote to days of museum hopping and browsing in the Baroque Austrian capitol, and it was very convenient to Vienna's excellent […] public transportation. It was a haven for our sore foot crowd, with its consistently warm concierge staff (who knew our names after one evening), a quiet, spacious, well-appointed room, and a great shower. Though we didn't partake of the breakfast in the white table cloth set dining room, the buffet looked inviting, with cold and hot foods. There was free access to a computer room and there was a chic looking bar (though again we didn't partake). The fitness room was our only disappointment. Oddly, it was gorgeousl but minimal, a couple of machines, massage tables and sauna, but it was open when we needed it. The nicest little plus to our stay was the traditional Christmas market one street over, with local crafts and food and mulled wines and music. More authentic than the large one at the Museum Platz according to our daughter/guide, and a good way to fill the evening before dinner. Mehr

The hotel is well kept and professional with an excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is on a quiet street very close to the museum quarter. The only reservation was the small size of the room.

The hotel was a very good value including a fine breakfast buffet and excellent location near the museum quarter. The only complaint would be the size of the room, which was a bit cramped, but adequate.

マリアテレジアは、地下鉄U2とU3の フォルクステアター駅から歩いて5分位ととても便利な場所にあります。オペラ座からも２駅位なので立地は良いです。部屋は清潔でモダン。日本人の水準でも十分満足できる綺麗さです。 美術史博物館は歩いてすぐなので、美術好きにもオペラ・音楽好きにも便利なホテルです。

静かで落ち着いたホテルです。 過剰なサービスもなく、清潔。 地下鉄からも近いし、観光名所へのアクセスもとても便利。 年越しは市庁舎前でカウントダウンに行きましたが近くて便利でした。 朝食もおいしく、ホットチョコレートなども頼めばなんでも持ってきてくれます

A matracot kissé puhának találtuk, ami hosszabb tartózkodás esetén gondot okozhat.A belvárostól gyalog kb. 20 perc. A földszinten található szobánk ablaka a belső udvarra nyílt, ahol érezni lehetett a konyha szellőzőjét. Meleg időben, ha az ember nem akar légkondizni, nem túl praktikus.
