War echt durch die Grösse der Suite beeindruckt. Zudem bietet das Hotel jeden nur erwünschbaren Komfort. Kleiner negativpunkt, als ich 2 Gläser Rotwein aufs Zimmer bestellt habe, sind mir diese in Plastikbecher serviert worden...hat aber eher wahrscheinlich mit dem amerikanischen "nicht Flair" für Wein zu tun als mit einem schlechten Service...die kennen es eben nicht anders.

Als Standort sehr zu empfehlen. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, ebenso der strip-district. Und parken ist kostenlos!!!

Günstiges, gut erreichbares Motel (Direkt an der Abfahrt der I76). Grosses, sauberes, gemütliches Zimmer m. TV u. Kaffeemaschine, Frühstück incl. (Toast,Marmelade, Saft u. Kaffee), n. Pittsburgh ca. 20 Fahrminuten ( keine Öffis). Das Motel ist somit für einen Kurzaufenthalt (2-3Tage) absolut zu empfehlen.

"Hyatt at the Pittsburgh Airport"
Since the last time we stayed at the Hyatt, it seems the condition of the rooms has degraded...the bedding was tattered, and the mattress was extremely hard and old..

Had 2 double beds, enough space for luggage. A mini-fridge would have been helpful as well. Good choice to avoid driving early in the AM.

Very nice hotel and extremely convenient to the airport. Walk directly to airport without going outside. Only complaint was noisy corridors, doors slamming all night and noise from rooms next door. Could hear phone ringing for wake up call and water running in next room.

Great hotel for late evening arrivals. Visited Carnegie Mellon and left our baggage at hotel while we went to visit the school. Bus directly from airport to campus was very convenient.

This hotel is very comfortable, with a nice bar and restaurant. The convenience was the best feature for me, as I had a very early morning flight, and I could just walk to the gate. That was worth a lot to me, as I was relaxed and alert in the morning. The hot tub was a treat, except that it had mold around the edges. So, I had some friends drive. There is no parking offered, and you MUST park in Longterm parking for the airport. $13.00 max per day. HOWEVER, there is no leave/return credit, so the clock starts over again and a new fee, if you go out to dinner or something. NOT GOOD. Also, we stayed 2 nights. BOTH nights our room didn't get made. We had to call and […] ask for it late night. Staff was delightful. Bartender there, Brian, was perhaps one of the best on the planet. Pool and hot tub were murky and dingy. Health facility was very nice. No refrigerator in the room - and no vending machine on the floor... odd??? EVERYTHING costs a LOT.... 3.00 water bottles in your room... nice ;) Overall, we will NOT be going back to this hotel. btw. People of Pittsburgh are delightful. Mehr
"Terrible temperature control at Hyatt in Pitt"
Hotel was nice and clean. Biggest problem was the a/c was set as low as it could go...and we were all still so hot that we could barely sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I could never stay there again.

"No bad"
I had a 5:30 AM flight and staying here was much easier than waking up at 1:00 AM and having to drive to the airport. Despite what other posts say, they do NOT charge for cable TV, just pay pre view. The only complaint I would have is my room was across from the vending/ice machines, which got pretty noisy throughout the night.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and very convienent to the airport. I had an early morning flight, and the ability to walk over to the airport and walk on my flight was a hugh plus. I would do this again if I was flying out of pittsburgh!!!!

This hotel is run by a bunch of money hungry people. For a two (2) night stay we paid OVER $30.00 in Parking Fees!! They want you to pay a minimum of $4.50 per day for Internet Access. And "Packages starting at $6.50 per Day" for the TELEVISION!!!! Like the title states I am surprised they didn't charge you for the air you breath. I have never had to […] pay these fees at any hotel I have used WORLDWIDE!!. And for the daily rate they charge you would almost expect the Taj Mahal but it is nothing special to write home about. I have stayed in some "low budget" hotels that have been just as good if not better than this place. Mehr
Thank you for your feedback. There are a great number of hotels that offer complimentary parking or internet but there are an equal amount if not more that do not. It is truly dependent on the location. You have my sincerest apologies if these fees caught you off guard. We do appreciate your response however.

If you have an early flight or a late return from the Pittsburgh airport , you cannot do any better than staying at this hotel.

Immediately disappointed when we entered LL level and had to walk up stairs to get a cart for all of our luggage by ourself. The staff that evening were not very helpful or nice. We had to ask each day for more towels, wash cloths as there were 3 of us for 3 days.

The Hyatt Regency at the Pittsburgh airport was perfect for our weekend trip. We saved on the rental car because of the airport location. The staff at the Hyatt Regency were all fantastic - from the awesome Brenda Lee at our midnight check-in to everyone working in the restaurant. "Hyatt Regency PIT Intl Arpt - convenient, overated"
Very convenient - almost inside PIT airport. Staff very nice. Assigned King Room - typical Hotels.com location, second floor with view of cement wall and restaurant vent fan. Not a well-maintained property - room needed maintenance attention in several areas - door lock broken, most electric outlets loose, plumbing loose with leaks, toilet bowl full […] of rust/minerals from tank. Coffee maker placement nowhere near any electrical outlet. However, the coffee was excellent. Recommend the PIT Airport Marriott unless being within walking distance of airport terminal is essential. "nice way to get trip started"
stayed here the night before our early flight out and it did make the trip a lot easier . checked out of hotel and boarded the plane all in short time .

they think it is ok to put non-smoking rooms on smoking floors. 2-am false fire alarm took 15 minutes to turn off. staff couldn't care less.

considering this was supposed to be a 'high end' hotel, one light wasn't working in the room nor was the TV. I arrived in my room very late so didn't care too much but did think it was a bit lame.

Out door and through security in 10-15 minutes. Don't even have to walk, moving floorways. Bar was decent, comfortable sitting area! Restaurant small variety but good food. Location is 435 Taxi to city which adds up. Great 2nd night leaving in am place for flights. people helpful in all ways. good experience will use again!!!

The staff at the Hyatt Regency was fantastic. They bent over backwards to be kind and helpful. I was really impressed. The only knock on the hotel is that their cable TV is truly, truly terrible.

Everything was fine except that the breakfast didn´t start til 6:30 am and I had to check in for my flight before then. Lots of people have early flights, breakfast should start earlier.

We came in on a late flight and it was so convenient to just check in right there instead of getting our bags and then having to find a way to get to a hotel miles away so late at night. The hotel was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds.

Not a kid friendly place. You have to pay for even the most basic TV stations. Parking is a nightmare. The website shows one amount for parking a night it is almost double. The pool is a lap pool, which it does state in the description IF you expand the description. We had to walk through a class reunion and then a wedding reception. The dining room […] was more of an upscale restaurant with little choices for children and everything ala carte. The hostess told us we had 10 minutes to get our order in, then proceeded to clean off a table using up 3 of our 10 minutes. Although we were the only ones in the dining room service was extremely poor. The room was clean, but again not somewhere to enjoy. More like a businessman's overnight stay and that is it. They don't have free Wi fi. They charged you for the breasfast and also you have to pay the parking fees because you have to park in either long term or extended parking of the Pitt Airport as hotel itself charge you a lot of parking fee. So overall i would not recommend it becuase even though you have lower one night stay fee but in the end you have […] to pay for breakfast, internet and parking. Mehr

This hotel is very convenient to the airport, but their dining rooms prices are unbelievable. $7.00 for a bowl of oatmeal. Also even though the airport offers free Wi-Fi, the hotel had a dialy charge. We checked in, went to our room, went to get ice, and the key wouldn't work when we came back. Went down to the check in desk for new key and the clerk […] wouldn't give us a new key without our ID, which was in the room. It was the same clerk that checked us in about 5 minutes previously and we had showed ID at that point. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the prices were outrageous. Mehr
