Nettes Empfangspersonal, gute Versorgung mit Dallas-Stadtplan & Umgebungsplan. Die Zimmer total in Ordnung, Betten bequem. Allerdings war die Toilettenspülung zum Erschrecken laut - scheinbar auch die der anderen Zimmer, was man direkt mitbekam. Wände typisch amerikanisch dünn. Das Frühstück ebenfalls typisch amerikanisch, der "Nachfüllservice" etwas träge. Die Zahl der Tische war für die Größe des Hotels etwas knapp bemessen - im Zweifel musste man eben im Stehen essen oder warten. Pluspunkt: Direkt an einer "Schlemmermeile" gelegen, ein Restaurant neben dem anderen. Allerdings auch direkt in der Einflugschneise, wobei sich die Geräusche (kleinere Maschinen & scheinbar Nachtflugverbot) in Grenzen hielten.

Ich war ziemlich zufriedem mit dem Hotel. Man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein, da das Hotel im Grunde direkt am Expw liegt. (Dallas ist als Stadt an sich aber recht laut). Das Hotel serviert ein Full Breakfast, das den Namen auch verdient. Wer zwei-drei Tage in Dallas verbringt, sollte sich dieses Hotel näher ansehen. Service und Freundlichkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist eine mittlere- bis gehobene Wohngegend.

"Business Destination Must Stay Here"
The hotel was great - not at all what I was expecting out of a Hampton Inn. The hotel lobby was grand and very luxurious, the hotel rooms were plenty spacious, the bed was one of the best I've slept on in a hotel room, the staff was beyond courteous ... all in all this was one of the best trips I've had. "service impeccable"
Hamptons are quickly becoming my favorite hotel...this one provided a free shuttle to the Gaylord Texan (and would do so to any destination 3-4 miles away) 24 hr. a day. The wi-fi was free, and the breakfast was yummy.

Nice hotel in good area for shopping and restaurants, shuttle service to mall and airport, breakfast included but for a 4 day stay, choices at breakfast became repetitive.

I was not impressed with this hotel especially being a hampton and for the price. The first morning I turned the heater on and the Smoke Detector went off for about 5 minutes. Then we made it down stares to the 'warm breakfast' they advertise. Waffles are served on a continental too....and the fruit that was being served was disgusting and soggy. Then […] that afternoon we ran out in a hurry and one of my kids left a drink on the coffee table. when we returned that evening there was a trail of ants 1-2inches wide coming from somewhere below the a/c clear across the living area floor up the side of the table and solid in drink. I realize this was an error on my kids part for not picking up but WE WERE ON THE FOURTH FLOOR! Thoroughly disappointed. Mehr
"Great stay at great price"
I recently had a 7 day conference in grapevine at a very large competitor hotel that was too pricey for my meager budget. The Hampton Inn was literally 5 minutes down the road and even had shuttle service to the other event hotel and airport for free. Our room was very large, clean, and the staff were very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had grandchildren with us - they loved the indoor pool. Breakfast was wonderful! Made it a lot easier than getting 7 people ready at the same time in the morning. Only thing that i would change would be the bed. It was really small. We are used to at least a queen size at hotels. "Awesome Hampton Inn!!"
I stay in hotels 160+ days per year and this is by far the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at. Hats off to the manager and all employees. Superb customer service, great hot breakfast, free shuttle to/from airport and within 5 mile radius, free self laundry. Everything about this hotel is outstanding!
the personnel at the front desk, especially the even persons went the extra mile. so friendly and helpful with great suggestions for eating and really nice to our grandchildren
"UNCOMFORTABLE"
Title says it all! Bed hard as rock. Sofa bed springs poking out. Pool was over chlorinated and cold as ice. Refrigerator busted froze anything in it. Complimentary breakfast wasn't worth a dime good it was free but didn't eat the next day. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
This hotel had a free shuttle anytime anywhere within a five mile radius.

often we come down to grapevine to visit our 2 children and their families. especially with the birth of our newest grandson just in the past few weeks. by far in comparisons with the other hotel choices in the area, which are plenty, this is the best for comfort, and quality. We enjoy staying at this hotel frequently because it is near family, is reasonably priced and offers a clean and comfortable room,friendly hotel personnel and a nice breakfast.
