Although not golfing fanatics we thought the grounds were lovely and very well mantained all the staff were without exception courteous and helpful we are looking forward to our next visit.

A very nice hotel even nicer if you have time to play golf or tennis or use the pool. You do though need a car to stay here!

Great hotel, good service and excellent location for Arundel, Chichester and surrounding attractions. We asked to be changed from our allocated room in the old section to something bigger which we got in the new section. The fitness centre is adequate for a decent workout with sauna and steam room. If you're hoping for a relaxing session in the pool […] on the weekend then forget it, plenty of young kids so bear that in mind. We ate out in Arundel and at a local pub which is better value for money and a nicer eating experience especially for younger couples. Mehr

Post-xmas break was made extra special with the attention all staff paid to us. So polite and very well presented. The hotel had lovely decorations displayed and I would have liked to have stayed longer to make use of the facilities available. Did feel we were slightly misled with the distances described on site from the main attractions ie Arundel […] . Mehr

Fantastic place to stay, outdoor pool on a cold day was brilliant fun. Staff were so helpful and good

This hotel offered more than we expected What a venue - A magnificent building = a rare wrought iron crinoline staircase- excellent menu - top chef- staff couldn't have been more helpful/kinder - immaculate manicured gardens -busy buz\z yet peace A proffessional caring atmosphere. Short drive to city /towns of historicl interest and the beautiful coast […] with magnificent views. Our visit was to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary and we felt very cherished. Had a great break! Found loads of places to visit. Arundal castle is worth a visit.

Surrounded by a golf course & fields, yet close to Arundel, Chichester & Petworth. Given that they offer an extensine room service menu it was surprising that they had provided only 1 chair & no table in a double room. Bathroom was pretty but could have done with a shelf above the wash basin. The fittings were so discreet that it was impossible to turn […] on the bedside lights. Stayed two nights in July. Situated a couple of miles outside Arundel, just off a dual carriageway (no noise can be heard). The interior is slightly tired but on the whole is in a good shape, although two bare wires poked out of the wall above the fireplace in reception. We stayed on the ground floor (Rm10) which is at the front of the property near […] the driveway and although it only has a single-pane sash window (which was unlocked when we arrived) it was pretty quiet. The room itself was a reasonable size and luckilly the weather was not too warm as there is no air-conditioning (a desk fan is provided.) Bathroom was clean with a very good shower. The fitness centre is pretty small but that is not unusual in this type of property. The outdoor pool, situated at the bottom of the gardens, is a good size (larger than the indoor one) and is pleasantly heated. The breakfast is excellent - a buffet arrangement with seven hot choices + pastries / cheese & meats / yoghurt / fruit / toast / cereal, which made up for the fire alarm going off at 02:58 during our first night! Overall an enjoyable hotel, clinging on to it's 4th start, which I would recommend, although I would not recommend paying over £100 per night. Mehr

Room, location, staff and meals were all excellent. Only complaint was the temperature of the water in the outdoor pool it was too hot! Like swimming in a hot bath. The gardens surrounding the hotel are very well maintained and there is a pleasant relaxed atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. Long wait at dinner between courses but we weren't in a […] hurry. Booked this hotel for a romantic trip away. No major complaints but I expected a bit more from a Hilton hotel. The staff were quite warm and helpful but I never felt they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. On our first night we had planned to have a drink and food in the bar but the area is quite small and I was horrified […] to see football on every tv screen. This was made into a feature called "football night special" and they even based a menu around it. I appreciate some people want to watch these things but the volume was turn up far too loud and was not something I expected from a hotel of this standard. It wasn't even an important match. Perhaps screening games in a seperate room would be more suitable. Other than this, things were fine but not out of this world. Very boring. We don't plan to return there. Mehr

This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel. We had a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. A beautiful room: clean and smart. Lovely breakfast with kind and friendly staff.

We had a family weekend together to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We enjoyed our stay at the Avisford Park chiefly for the good food - we sampled breakfast, dinner, Sunday lunch and room service on the Sunday evening during our break - and for the friendly, generally efficient service. The hotel is in a quiet location although walls between […] bedrooms are on the thin side so noise comes through. The beds are high and rock hard, however, and torture if you're used to a memory-foam mattress at home. The room we had was not all that big and only had one chair. Ok for a business person on their own but a bit cramped for a couple on a weekend break. There are wing armchairs in the lounge which are comfortable but need recovering. The younger generation liked the club chairs in the bar/lounge but the lack of back support made them unattractive for the older generation. We did not have any young children in our party but there were plenty staying at the hotel that weekend. I would happily return to the Avisford Park again were it not for the uncomfortable bed. Mehr

We both really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton - service was good and location ideal for travelling into Arundel. The breakfast was good and times just right from 7am to 10am plus good to see a reading area and appreciated a copy of The Indepedent available for guests. Far better than the awful Daily Mail or Excess. Rooms were a good size and bathroom […] new and spotless. Everything was as you would expect from a Hilton. Mehr

Ideally situated for visiting Arundel, Chichester, Goodwood and the West Sussex coast. A friendly and helpful staff, pleasant restaurant and good food. Also facilities for golfers, children and spa treatments. Recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe room and found the room to be comfortable, good sized and clean. We even had a few complimentary food and drink. The food in the restaurant was lovely both breakfast and dinner although drinks were a little bit pricey. The only gripe I had is the doors to the rooms seemed to close very noisely which you could hear […] very well at night. Overall I thought it was a lovely hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean and tidy. I would stay there again. Mehr

Hôtel un peu ancien mais très bien situé à l'entrée d'un parcours de golf. La route d'accès n'est pas des plus accueillante et le parking peut se révéler juste en nombres d'emplacements. Sinon, le confort est présent et la cuisine du restaurant soignée si l'on fait abstraction des différences de goût existant d'un côté et de l'autre du Channel. Très […] bonne cave aux tarifs raisonnables. Je recommande et y retournerai lors de mon prochain déplacement sur le circuit se Goodwood. Mehr

Excelente hotel para a região onde se encontra - interior. Mobília antiga sendo renovada. Sem ar-condicionado no quarto. Acordamos com um caminhão barulhento na janela do quarto, pois o hotel está em reformas; lamentei muitíssimo não poder ter dormido mais. --- Excellent hotel for the location area - UK inside.
