room was okay cheap compact fluorescent lights take away from comfort level of room , they were so harsh they caused a migrane. Staff was great. Restarunt in hotel closes early, Boston pizza is close by. Access and signing when comeing from the east (airport ) is poor.

We picked this hotel b/c it was the cheapest and we were only staying there for one night so we didn't want to pay to much. So the price was great, very comfy beds over all a very nice place to say.

New, clean, comfortable! Exactly what we expected, were very satisfied.

Knowing nothing about the area, we choose the hotel over the internet. The room was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room (3rd fl) seemed very warm when we arrived (Sept. 8) - the AC in the room worked on a LO setting even when turned to HI. The indoor/outdoor pool was clean and refreshing during the hot spell. The […] location of the hotel was on the outskirts of West Kelowna and about a 20-30 min. drive to Kelowna. If we had known, we would have tried to find a hotel closer to the center of the city. The only real complaint we had was with the hotel owned by the hotel. Service was non-existent! We were seated in a nearly empty restaurant (6 additional ppl) and were given glasses of water and a menu. When no one came to ask for our order after a 20 min. wait, we left and went next door to a Boston Pizza that served us immediately. Needless-to-say, the hotel restaurant got NO service from us! The hotel was very nice, well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We ate in the dining rom and enjoyed our meal. The lounge was nice and service good, Coming in from the north the entrance is quite tricky to figure out but is fine coming in from the south. I would stay there again.

The hotel itself is priced right for what you get. It's clean and quiet. We wished we had booked closer to the waterfront but it was only a 15 minute drive.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The only problem was that the room was lacking a refrigerator. Otherwise the location is excellent and close to all attractions.

was a great location for our stay, right off the Coquihalla. We cruise up and down the valley when we stay in the Okanagan so it was a good location for us. Close to restaurants. I was a little dissapointed in the pool because there wasn't really enough room to relax in the sunshine as it was mostly indoors. The Hotel was awesome...staff very friendly and helpful!! I have a Priority Club and was guven a free movie, however when going to watch it went to turn up volume and changed the station instead and could not get the movie back. They need to change that system...even hotel staff could not get it to work. Other than that was a great stay!!

I did enjoy the the service and the accommodation at the hotel. Very clean room and service was absolutely great!

The hotel room was gorgeous. Very spacious with 2 sinks and 4 mirrors. I liked the area, however it was quite far from downtown area, about 15min drive. The night clerk was very innappropriate. We walked in late at night and he complained and made it seem like we had a curfew. We weren't being loud and when we head to the elevator to head to our room, […] he demanded to see i.d from us. This was unacceptable and because of that reason, I probably will not return to the location. All in all, the hotel was amazing but the customer service was not. Mehr

All food at the new restaurant are reasonably priced - even for room service. The pool was smaller than it appeared on the website but still good. There could have been some loungers in the outdoor pool area for sunning but otherwise, no complaints. We had a good stay at the hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly

The staff were very friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

While a short distance from town (you would need a car) this was a very modern clean hotel, excellent service. Very satisfied.

The hotel is situated in West Kelowna (Westbank) and convenient wrt roads and access. Short +/-15km drive into Kelowna centre, +/-40km to Pentichtin to the south. The impressive Mission Hill Winery is a short (5 min drive) from the hotel. It's abot 2km from the lakeshore, so no beach or bathing facilities at the hotel. THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WE HAD WAS THAT THE BAR AND GRILL ATTATCHED TO THE HOTEL WAS OPEN FOR BEAKFAST ONLY AND NOT OPEN AT ALL AT NIGHT FOR MEALS OR DRINKS. WE EXPECTED IT SHOULD BE OPEN GIVEN THAT WE VISITED THIS HOTEL FROM 19TH TO 24 TH OF MAY.

We got fairly responable rates through hotels.com - especially for the city and area. We were checked in by a very short but positively beautirul young woman. She had all the skills for her job and made us feel welcome. We had booked four rooms and she did well in keeping us all straight even though we arrived at different times - from all over North […] America. My room was very clean and exactly as advertised. I would be willing to bet it has been updated in the last year or so. New fixtrues, countertops, bedspread. Bonus- they actually had available plugs! I could run my laptop AND charge my phone at the same time... Brand name complimentary toiletries, even a shoe shine brush. Window that opened, ac/heat […] was easy to figure out and very responsive. Many restaurants nearby, but your view is of their rooftops along with the lake. Great for business, good for westbank tourisim, ok for eastbank... Only 2 niggly little things for me. 1. Ice/Vending did not work on my floor (4th) had to walk down one flight. 2. Could not figure out how to turn on the bathroom fan for the life of me. Mehr

Hotel was very good , general service very good. The room staff had a hard time restocking the room with glasses and cups, tissue ect,

hotel, desk person was very friendly and helped us with everything that we needed, she definitly went out of her way to make our stay great! room was small but comfy, pool was nice too. Dont eat at the reaustrant (monks) food was awful and overpriced, go to boston pizza next door instead. carpet was a little dirty but i told the desk and they sent someone […] up to clean it right away! best customer service around! no fridge in room but we got a small cooler and there is an ice machine in the hall. acsess to internet downstairs was nice too. nothing bad to say about this hotel, got a great price too, definitly will be staying there again! its only a 15 min drive to downtown and beach. overall very happy and dont judge the young staff, they had the BEST customer service! We had difficulty finding our way here as i is right along Highway 97, away from the airport; but well worth it. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and lake views. We took a neighbourhood walk this morning and it has a beautiful, peaceful feel. I would love to retire here. My only disappoinment is that I am not staying longer.

Efter et par fantastiske dage igennem "The Canadian Rockies" var det fantastisk at komme frem til Kelowna, der ligger omkring den store Okanagan sø i British Columbia. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor selve byen med med hurtig adgang. Det var dejligt at bruge dagtimerne ved stranden i Kelowna og om eftermiddagen vende tilbage til hotellet og ligge lidt […] ved saltvandspoolen eller tage en kold øl på hotellets gode restaurant. Beliggenhed, renlighed og god service gjorde hotellet til et godt udgangspunkt for vores ophold i dagane omkring Canada Day. Mehr
