Gute Lage für Aktivitäten in und um Vancouver herum, sehr gute Anbindung an Highway No1, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schöne Zimmer.

Great wireless access, lovely staff, nice hotel, slightly out of the way location.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Quiet and safe area. The service is excellent and everyone is very friendly. Always greeting you with a smile and a hello. The spa has friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the relaxing massage. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

I booked this hotel as a romantic get away for my husband and I, it was a surprise for him. The hotel is lovely and of course the Christmas decorations added to this. Upon arrival the front desk staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The AC was really noisy. Pillows are not very comfortable. Too pricy.

They made us feel like we were at home. Its close to many attractions and the restaurants on site are amazing!! Thanks to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Nice hotel if you want to stay in North Vancouver. The pool is with salt water. We had a very nice room. Air conditioning was noisy though and blowing too hard (couldn't sleep with it on).

convenient for our family occasion but not exactly in the centre of tourist areas. Very comfortable and excellent service at the desk. Restaurant food a little disapointing for breakfast but it was a very busy day for them. The waitress was very friendly. I will stay there again

Great location for all the activities on the North side of town with easy access to the Sea to Summit highway and the Horseshoe ferry terminal. Good food options with easy access to a large supper market across the street. Plenty of parking. Overall very satisfied.

This was one of the few hotels in North Vancouver that would take my pets. They were very accommodating and my dogs enjoyed their stay :)

We stayed at this hotel for a medical appt. in North Vancouver. It was the best night's sleep I've ever, and I do mean ever, had in a hotel or at home. I wanted to have them package the room and ship it to me. The only drawback to the whole stay was that we had to leave right away after our appointment. The staff both at reception and in the restaurant […] were very accommodating as well and were only to happy to look after our special dietary needs. The parking was plenitful and convenient. Hotel very clean, room was very comfortable. wasn't informed about internet connection when i was checked in & had minor issue with tv in room. Got terrbile service at restuarant. Only went there twice (once they forgot about us & had no waitress serving us during breakfast service; then, 2nd time, went there for lunch & cook burnt my hamburger black […] on one side.) I wouldn't eat there after that. Kids free dining is more directed towards small kids. my 9 year old was still hunger afterwards as servings are very small. Even though i had issues with some customer service/restruant, I was extremely pleased with the comfortability of room & cleaning of the rooms. The pool & hottub was a great bonus. Next time when I go to vancouver, i will pick another hotel. Mehr

This is a newer holiday in with beautiful suites for small families. Value for money, you can't beat it. You are minutes away from the core without paying the downtown prices. Parking and internet is free vs. $35 plus $20 respectively for the same downtown. The hotel is located just on the other side of the suspension bridge. The restaurant is decent. […] The pool is nice. Hotel is very well maintained. The only thing my husband did not like is that the sauna is on a timer, so you cannot go and set it and come back latter, because it will have shut down. Everything else about that hotel is great!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we saw the building and room....not what I think of when I think of a Holiday Inn. The room was quiet and fit our family of 4 with little issue. On the diagonal corner of the intersection there is a large grocery store that allowed us to stock up on items. Very convenient for us. We only had a day in the Vancouver […] area and wanted to be close to the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Again, very convenient being near the highway in North Vancouver. Mehr

We always ask for a quiet room and found that can mean a lot of things to the hotel clerk, often they don't even care. Holiday Inn in North Van was exceptionally quiet. Our view was of beautiful trees and the windows opened for fresh air. We had easy access to Hwy 1 going both directions. The Pantry restaurant was quite reasonably priced and they give […] you lots of food. We enjoyed this hotel very much and plan to return again when we visit North Van. Mehr

An excellent hotel! From the friendly, helpful staff, and squeaky clean facility to the beautiful grounds - this hotel was a gem. The suites felt roomy and the little "extras" like free internet access made this two night stay one of our best hotel experiences. The on-site lounge and restaurants provided good service as well as excellent food. The sea […] bus was ten minutes away and allowed us to park our rental car for a trip across the harbour to busy downtown Vancouver. At first we thought we would be missing out by staying across from downtown Vancouver but we quickly found that we had somehow found a gem of a hotel. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and, should we return to Canada, we will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites, North Vancouver! Mehr

This was a really nice and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The outside entrance was so welcoming with a fountain in the middle, and a waterfall pool in the back. There were flowers and trees everywhere which gave a nice garden feel to outside entry of the hotel. The location was quiet. We were traveling with 3 small children our basic needs […] were met with the room, as well as on site restaurant in which a "Kids Eat Free" promotion was offered. This was really convenient for breakfast, so we never had to think of where to go or search for a place. The kids also loved the indoor heated pool and went swimming a few times. This was our first time in Vancouver, and getting around was fairly easy. There is always traffic, so you really cannot avoid that, but we had no problems getting to and from where we needed to go. The experience was very good. We would definately stay here again, and recommend that you do too if you are ever in Vancouver! Mehr

Exceptionally friendly and helpful people in a very nice facility. Still can't believe it was a Holiday Inn! Went with family of four and would gladly go back for business. While the immediate neighborhood doesn't have a lot to do (though a great park is nearby), this place is convenient and well priced as a base for visiting Vancouver. Very comfortable & nice staff. We love it!.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Every need was tended to promptly; the staff was polite and efficient; and the location was just right. We visited relatives who live just 3k. from the hotel, so it couldn't have been more convenient. We highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Their efforts made our vacation a great success.

Hotel employees were very friendly and courteous. Free 30 minute access to the internet was available. Hotel was clean perfect for our stay. There is a restaurant and pub on the premises. It is perfiect if you do not want to drive. Plently of free parking.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. It was about what I expect from Holiday Inn maybe a little nicer. Not being a resident of Vancouver we didn't realize how far this hotel (in North Vancouver) was from the city center. You can get there by public transportation but it took some time and the bus only came twice an hour. A cab ride back from […] Robson in Vancouver cost us over $30 with tip on a busy Friday night. We really enjoyed this hotel. We had two children who loved the pool. The hotel was clean and fresh, the restaurant well priced with good food and accommodating for kids.
