Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview - Niagara Falls

Wir hatten ein zwei Zimmer Suite mit großem positiven Überraschungsfaktor (Whirlpool with a view) und zwei wirklich bequeme große Kings. Leider war unser Zimmer (gebucht mit Blick auf Fälle) im untersten Bereich und so war der Ausblick nicht das was die Versprechungen suggerieren und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die tolle Ausstattung der Suite […] glich diesen Mangel aus. Kaum zu glauben dass auch in TOP-Hotels immer wieder Flecken (Stuhl) zu finden sind. Unmöglich finde ich in der heutigen Zeit für Internet Extragebühren zu berechnen - geht gar nicht. Der Service ist freundlich, aber nicht unbedingt der Schnellste (Check out). Den negativsten Eindruck hinterließ das zu kalte ungemütliche Hallenbad mit Rutsche. Die Rutsche war zwar für die ganze Familie ein zusätzlicher Spassfaktor, aber das Beckenwasser war zu kalt, zu dreckig und das Bad selbst ebenso. Ohne Rutsche ein klares No Go. Mehr

Wir hatten eine Familiensuite mit 2 Schlafräumen und einem dazwischenkiegenden Bad gebucht. Das war perfekt. Leider war das Hotel so voll, daß wir den Pool nicht nutzen wollten, da er überfüllt war. Ansonsten war das Hotel klasse und sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat einen super Ausblick auf die Amerikanischen Falls, war atemberaubend am Morgen mit dem Sonnenaufgang. Wir waren an einem Wochenende dort, deshalb hatte es auch vie zu viele Leute in dem Hotel. Aber ansonsten war es Top.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton, and would recommend it to others. It was clean and comfortable, convenient access to the casino in Niagara Falls

Everything was perfect and the room with no view wasn't so. A pair of pigeons took to the ledge on the cement wall . The TV controller didn't work. The elevator was slow. Someone was smoking on that floor. They should use these rooms for storage.

The kids and I had a wonderful time. The waterside is not open all day so that gave us plenty of easy time to sightsee before heading back for some fun. Staff at the hotel we all very helpful. We had a great stay.

The room was excellent, the view was okay. WHO PUT THE CASINO there? The food was excellent at Macaronis. The housekeeper put our wine on ice and provided wine glasses (nice touch). The room was clean and the jetted tub filled quickly. Check-out time on Saturday meant delays at the elevator. Parking not included, but valet parking was superb. The room […] valets were great too. Breakfast buffet on the 33 floor was good and the waitress took pictures for us. We would stay there again. Mehr

Was very disturbed that the coffee maker and cups were placed in the bathroom beside the sink, the washroom was quite small and a found it disturbing that they would place cups lids coffee etc. that close to the toilet, why would this not be placed on the desk it the sleeping area? Also very disappointed that there was no fridge in the room. Also the […] room was not very quiet. Dont think i would return due to these reasons but the Lobby and ammenities were very good. have stayed at better hotels in niagara falls for the same price or cheaper . when returning to niagara falls ,this hotel will not be part of my stay. the staff didnt seem to care when I complained about my lack of view. An upgrade possibility was added to my reservation as it was my 20th wedding anniversary. They didnt even entertain the idea when […] I asked about it . There favorite word was sorry. Went on the vacation with my fiance and our 7 year old daughter. We had a room looking onto both falls. Great view. It was a 10 min walk to the Maid of the Mist and another 5 min walk to Clifton Hill (has amazing stuff to do). The room was nice and big. The bathtub was peelling :( but other than that the room and bathroom was great. We had breakfast […] at the hotel in the morning on both mornings, the price was a little high, especially for my 7 year old that barely eats. The food was great though. The pool was really nice, with the water slide. We really enjoyed that in the evening. Great stay would stay there again IF I get a great deal. Mehr

It was a romantic gateway supposedly but we were greeted with a long line up & very noisy We ALwAYS stay at Hilton Hotel but this stay wasn't nice to me at all. First of all no fridge or microwave which I get at all Hilton we stay at. The mattress wasn't pillow top the jacuzzi tub was the smallest tub I've been in. All I know is this hotel was the first […] for everything and I just wasnt happy at all. The tv gave us trouble the whole 3 days we were there the swimming pool was not heated at all. So overall I WILL NOT be going back to Hilton Fallsview & Spa!!! Mehr

No fridge in the room. Only people who get internet access are priority members. Coffee table looked to have been wet, laminate was all warped. View was awesome and I guess thats all I paid for. Parking attendants were very friendly but thats where the welcoming feeling ended. Won't stay there again.

An excellent hotel to stay at with great service and a great view. Would definitely Recommend a room with a view of the falls.

The hotel is in a great location - across the Fallsview Casino (with an indoor bridge to get to the casino) and very close to the Horseshoe Falls. The hotel itself is very clean and has great amenities. We checked in VERY early (just after 12pm when checkin was supposed to be at 3pm) and they gave us a room right away. We requested a crib and they ended […] up giving us a playpen as that's what they had available. It was ok...came with a makeshift mattress but my baby didn't seem to mind. We had a room with "no view" and when they say "no view" they literally mean no view. Not even a peek of a view. We were facing a cement wall. And since we weren't on one of the higher floors, there was barely any sunlight that came into the room....just whatever reflected off the cement. It would have been nice if this was mentioned upon checkin or I would have upgraded to at least a Cityview room. Other than that, we had no problems. The room was extremely clean. The pool at the hotel was great and the waterslide makes it fun for kids and adults alike. The gift shop and variety store were good for getting little things that were forgotten. Disgusted I had to pay for parking....and a check out. Time at 11.....is a joke. I would not go there again

The suit was lovely my son had a blast with the jacuzzi,breakfast was great and the hotel restaurants nothing but the best

Let me start off with that I'm a Hilton lover for the past 4yrs. We checked in April 5 for 3 days first off of it was packed we were in line for 15 min. We first got into the room it smelled fresh which is good, we took a walk through this was the first Hilton we stayed in where there was no fridge no microwave the jacuzzi tub wasn't for the two of […] us it was small. Just through out the weekend little problems for us like the cable went down ALot!!! In the bathroom water stains in the ceiling (1406) we were there for a romantic getaway just found that weekend to be busy loud & not a warm feeling at all the pool was freezing. Overall I wasn't pleased with the Hilton Fallsview I'm not sure I would go back there ..... Now I will continue to go to the Hilton in Mississauga ON now that's how a Hilton should be!! Mehr

Everything with this hotel was terrific. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the Elevators were horrible...The doors would consistantly get stuck half way open and would not open fully..Once the elevator stopped about 2 feet above the floor it was on. Finally, it took 25 minutes to get an elevator to go down to the lobby from our floor...This needs […] improvement. Mehr

It's a nice, comfortable hotel with great service and a fantastic location if you like the casino. I have stayed here at least 4 times already and I have had a pleasant experience everytime; from check-in to picking up my car at the valet.

Wonderful, clean and spacious accomadations. Stayed for our 15th anniversary. Close to great dining and you can go to the casino and starbucks without stepping foot outside. Jettub was a great bonus. Pool was perfect temperature and spiral slide would keep kids 5 to 11 busy for hours. We enjoyed the steamroom, hottub and sauna. Towels were not the softness […] I'd expect from a 4 star and shampoo and conditioner provided were not great stuff for long thick hair like mine. Minor complaints for a fabulous stay. ALSO- somehow I thought we'd be able to see the falls from our bed. We had a great view of both falls from anywhere in the room while standing, but only saw the neighboring casino from the bed. We were on the top floor of the North tower. Perhaps on other floors you migt be able to see them from bed. I'm not sure, but could be worth asking if you are looking for that romance and expecting to spend a lot of time there! We brought wine and hotel staff quickly and kindly provided glasses and corkscrew upon request. TIP- ask for the robe and house slippers when booking. Comfy and convenient when jumping out of the jacuzzi. ENJOY! We did! :) Mehr

This hotel has everything you need for a weekend getaway! The rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a Falls view on the 25th floor with king size bed and jacuzzi in the room - amazing! The Fallsview Casion is right across the street as well as a number of shops and restaurants. Excellent food selections within a five minute walking radius. Last minute choice but was happpy with the convenience. Night weas noisy because of other guests and sound travelled through hallways quite easily. Booked the hotel mainly because of the waterslide/pool for our 6 year old to enjoy to which he thoroughly did.

My wife and I and our 3 daughters arrived late Friday night to the Hilton after driving 6 hours from Ottawa, and after some miserable spring weather. The hotels was a welcome sight. We checked in without a hitch. We got to our room and called the porter, who brought us our bags, and he was very helpful recommending a place to get some pizza from. The […] place was amazing. We stayed in the Fallsview Room with 2 Queen Bed Suite , The girls (8, 11 & 13) were amazed, and I at the age of 40, was my youngest's age when I was last at Niagra Falls. We walked to the suite and into the first queen room with a flat screen tv and dresser, and it was what we expected, then thru the hall passed the shower stall and toilet ( separated from the hot tub and vanity) .This was nice, and the curtained window above the hot tub (with the electronic switch on the wall that raised and lowered the blind for privacy) made it ultra cool. you could see the falls from the bathroom. then we walked into the other room overlooking the falls. the view was awesome. with a queen bed, pull out sofa, electric fireplace, desk and dresser, with another flat screen, we knew where the girls would be sleeping. It was nice and quiet. The beds were ultra comfy and we had a great night's sleep. We woke in the morning to an overcast day, but the view of the falls in the daytime was awesome. We also got to enjoy the pool and the hot tub, as well as an exhilialarting run or few down the waterslide. I would recommend that the pool area be treated with the grippy stone treatment instead of having the anti skid mats all around the pool. It ouled look so much nicer than the mats all around the pool. The hotel was accomodating as far as parking went, and we left our car at the hotel passed checkout time while we explored Niagara Falls. Our only complaint about the trip was that we tried to order pizza as per our porters recommendation, .but that pizza place was closed, so we ordered from a brochure in the hotel that clai Mehr
