Super Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt, zwischen schöner City-Hall und den historischen Stätten. Alles sauber, alles Freundlich, das Frühstück war phantastisch. Alle wichtigen Punkte sind erlaufbar, leider ist das Parken direkt im/am Hotel mit etwa fünfundzwanzig Dollar recht teuer, wenn man nach der Einchecken ein Stück fährt gibt es bestimmt ein billigeres […] Parkangebot. Wir sind in Philadelphia mit dem Bus angekommen und die Busstation liegt genau neben dem Hotel, also ca.5 Mintuten zu Fuss. Das Personal ist ansich freundlich, kann aber nicht so gut auf Ausländer eingehen. Das Sprechtempo wird in keiner Weise angepasst, auch wenn um eine Wiederholung gebeten wird. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar beim Chinatown. Eigentlich mitten im Zentrum.

It was great. Good service and nice employees

It was a comfortable stay i was just mislead by the rep that my point of destiantion was a 2min walk away form the property which was clearly not true and it threw me off as i kept having have to take a cab until my other hlaf came and also in advertising clients need to be aware of the $33.00 per day parking as it wasnt told to me henceforth i was […] surprised when we had to park our own car in a lonely garadge and then pay $33.00 at least my friends were stayign at the Crowne Plaza and even though they paid the same cost for parking as i did they got valet that was a disappointment but ovearll i beleive it was ok i probably wouldnt consider the property for a week stay as i did most time as ur daily parking would have been a crazy hit.......... The staff was very competent and courteous. The room (Jr King Suite) was good sized and clean. You could hear everything that's going on in the street (from the 7th fl) and the parking lot, and especially the hallway and the room next door, and I mean everything.

The front desk, cleaning staff, and service staff in the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful and hospitable. Paper thin walls in the rooms, so you hear some interesting encounters pretty easily in the night. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is a bit dicey, so avoid the sheltered area of 11th Street, right outside the front door to the […] hotel. Mehr

Very nice. Staff and downtown Philadelphia

Compared to other hotels in the immediate area, the Hilton Garden was a great deal. The parking was normal price for Philly but the garage was a little tight for a full size vehicle. The location was very simple to get to once you are within the city limits. The elevators for the parking garage and hotel were very very slow and with full capacity really […] created a struggle. The hotel security was very helpful with local area activities and places. The Reading Terminal was within 2 blocks and the Rocky Steps were within a 1.5 mile run. Cab rides from location were very reasonable for restaurants and sights within the area. Mehr

The service was excellent! The beds were so comfortable. This hotel is right near Chinatown where you had an abundance of restaurants, shops and Center City was only a few blocks away.

Rooms were so-so...trouble connecting to wifi, small beds and very uncomfortable. Bar not open til 5pm and closed early. Garage was convenient.

Be careful,where you park in the garage! Can you believe there is more than one location identified as "level 4, aisle D"! That was a source of great stress for my 10 year old and me! We generally believed our car was stollen. Otherwise, the experience was good and the staff were very nice.

I enjoyed my stay here. However, the walls and windows were not at all sound proof making the children next door and the city sirens annoying.

Centrally located near Chinatown and the Convention Center. Easy walk to the Reading Terminal Market, Independence Hall, and all the most popular sites. On site parking was ample but pricey at $33 per day. Rooms were equipped with two flatscreen TVs, a sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Access to mass transit was excellent.

This hotel was located in a very odd place and the service was bad. We booked a junior suite so we had an extra sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken and we waited for somebody to bring us a lumpy roll away for a hour. The bathtub had hair in it (not clean) and overall the hotel had a bad smell. Would not stay there again.

This was a perfect location for conference attendance. I visited Philly by myself, and this was a perfect for me. Price was competitive with other hotels and I loved that fact that parking was adjacent. I was thrilled to find that the Reading Terminal Market was next door!!! I will stay at this location again.

The Hotel was very close to the convention center, so it made our trip very enjoyable.

Customers were supposedly able to adjust the firmness of the mattress, but this was not the case inr eality. The mattress was EXTREMEMLY uncomfortable.

The hotel is located conveniently across from the Convention Center where we were visiting the 2012 Flower Show. The staff was very courteous. After staying there previously for 3 years straight and skipping staying there last year, it is obvious that the hotel is in need of a makeover. The bathroom had a mildewy smell and wallpaper was peeling. It […] could probably benefit from an installation of an exhaust fan. The bed even though it was an adjustable bed was not very comfortable and saggy in the middle. One suggestion we made about the morning breakfast at the 10 Floor Grill was to bring back the spinach for the omeletes. Mehr

Th hotel location is excellent for the convention center. It is right next door to Reading markey which sells everything you need for food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My bed had a large dip in it and I had requested to be near the elevator and was WAY down the hall. Nice TVs in the room and sitting area and desk to do my work. Room service […] one night and it took almost an hour to arrive, she had said it woould be a long while, 30 mins. I was not in a rush , but she ended up saying no charge....WOW. Bell hop on the departure date took 40 mins......that was tougher, I needed to get over to the Conv. center. All in all it was a good stay. Thanks. Mehr

We were not expecting much after reading a lot of reviews and were pleasantly surprised with level of service in the hotel with everybody except the front desk. An assistant manager was totally off the wall. She got angry at a guest and simply could not control or hide her anger. At one point she turned around and flung her yellow pony tail from side […] to side. Not sure what was up with that, but she turned back around, glared at the guest and then did it again. Housekeeping was excellent. Evening cook was the best! Anthony the bartender was awesome! Rooms were very comfortable, but not much light. The biggest problem we ran into was an assistant manager at the front desk when we arrived. Ms Ware was unbelievably rude and full of anger. We were there for the BMAC show at the Convention Center. We arrived around […] 3 and had been told that if there were rooms cleaned , we would be allowed to check in early. We had to be back at the Convention Center for a preview at 4 pm. The first person behind the desk told us we were early. We explained our situation and she said she had to get the manager. That's when Ms Ware stepped in and informed us in no uncertain terms that there were no rooms available and that we had to wait until at least 4. We again explained our circumstances and then asked if we could at least find a room with an outlet so we could iron our outfit. For some reason that infuriated her. She became very loud. I noticed that she had some sort of badge on indicating "We love BMAC 2012". I Said "so much for loving BMAC." She became enraged and said ' WHAT DID YOU SAY? WHAT DID YOU SAY?" Of course, I backed off and said nothing. The other young lady behind the desk tried to diffuse the situation and kept showing Ms Ware the computer trying to get her to okay letting us get into a room. Finally, after I refused to budge until I either got a place where we could get ready or an actual room, she told me that because of me, she would have to move someone else, blah, blah, blah,--basically a nice lecture. She then relented and gave us keys. We went to our room. From the way she talked, I expected to see someone else's luggage sitting in the room since she said she had to move someone. Obviously , she had promised the room to someone and did not want to give it to us. What a lot of drama over nothing! Thoroughly disgusted with this woman. From the moment the front desk checked me into the hotel they were the best I have ever met at any hotel. They continued to greet and try to please me every time I came down to the lobby. Every one at the hotel from housekeeping, maintainance and room service was friendly, quickly came and did their jobs, in a very nice way. Being close to the Reading […] Market was a very big plus, as well as being close to everything and anything you wanted. I certainly recommend this hotel for any stay in Philadelphia. Mehr

Normally out of my price range, but got a great deal on a suite. Convenient parking, located near all my favorite places in Philly. You have to visit the Reasing Terminal Market when you stay, it's right next door to the hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.

Great location in center city close to market and within walking distance to shop.

This HGI exceeded expectations! Not only is it located super conveniently to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and Chinatown, but it was very nice-- the rooms were big and very well-appointed...my room had a fridge and microwave and plenty of drawer and closet space. Room looked and felt very new. Was much more upscale than I anticipated it would be. […] And for a good price too!! Mehr
