Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Parkplatz kostenlos im eigenen Parkhaus. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück, auch warme Speisen und Waffelautomaten:-) dazu gibt es noch zwischen 17.30 und 19.00Uhr ein paar warme Snacks, Chicken Tenders, Maccaroni mit Käsesoße usw. dazu 3 Freigetränke, auch alkoholisch. Wir waren mit diesem Hotel rundrum zufrieden.

Das Hotel bietet sich an, um einen Kurzurlaub in der Nähe von St Louis zu machen. Mit dem Auto sind es 15 min bis nach St Louis (Gateway Arch...). Frühstück in Ordnung (in der Lobby). Für ein bis zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Arch und es war wirklich toll. Ein Blick zum Baseball Stadium wäre auch tolle gewesen besonders wenn ein Spiel stattfindet. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings sollte man sich bei Dunkelheit von dem Hotel nicht weit entfernen, denn bei Dunkelheit ändert sich das Publikum. Der Pool und das Fintess Center waren gut und der Zimmerservice auch. Allerdings waren gerade Bauarbeiten im Hotel und es ging morgens schon früh mit dem Bohren los.
Lage
Dieses Hotel ist familienfreundlich. Homewood Suites St. Louis/Chesterfield liegt in Chesterfield (Chesterfield – Wildwood) in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Faust Park. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Region: Museum of Transportation und Laumeier Sculpture Park.

"Nice Place"
We had a suite (maybe they are all suites?), which was very nice and well equipped, although we didn't stay long enough to use much. Nevertheless, we will definitely store the info for a possible longer stay. For complementary food, the meals were great -- breakfast, and beer/wine and dinner when we were there. We'll be going back. The window sash […] in the room was broken and the AC a bit noisy, but these were not major problems. The place was very quite even with the window partly open. Mehr

"Cheap, pleasant and spacious for large family"
We were a family of 6 we had the 2 dbl bed room and with the extra sofa bed kitchen and free breakfast which by the way was very good food, and different menu every day we stayed there. Yes the hotel isnt New, yet it was clean, and comfortable, free internet was awesome. I do recommend this hotel

"Nice rooms, weak internet access"
The rooms were very nice. However, you get what you pay for on internet access. There was no additional fee for the service, but my connection was unreliable and when it was connected it was too slow for youtube. The actual wifi-nodes appeared to be mounted under the kitchen table so the best reception came when your laptop was actually sitting on that […] table. Mehr

Our first night, the phone in our room did not work and the internet had problems. For the entire three days, the toilet kept running unless you reset the plunger manually. One of those days was Christmas and a front-desk person told me she wasn't surprised that maintenance didn't work on Christmas day (housekeeping didn't, either). However, we were […] not charged for the third of three nights, so they tried to make it right. Our first visit to a Homewood Suites won't be our last. We found our room to be better than expected, the staff was very polite & helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Our hotel was centrally located to the places we were planning on going & not that far from many more places we may visit in the future. Incredible value - was shocked how nice the room was for the price I paid. Have been staying at another hotel when I come in town but it was booked so I tried this one and will be using this one from now on. Incredible breakfast buffet included - my entire experience was just great!! Would highly recommend.

"LOVED this hotel!"
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 kids. Loved the king suite room - super nice to have 2 rooms plus the little kitchenette! The outdoor pool was nice, breakfast was GREAT (much better than your standard free continental breakfast). Took us about 20-25 minutes to get to the zoo and downtown area, which really wasn't bad at all! Also […] very convenient that the hotel is located right behind a Schnuck's grocery store - rather than going out for ice cream, we saved a little money and bought some at Schnuck's that we were able to keep in our freezer in the room! Also plenty of restaurants around (we ate at Dewey's Pizza, which was delicious!). If I HAD to pick something to complain about, it would be the cleanliness of the bathtub in our bathroom. It wasn't horrible (I've seen much worse!) but I also felt it could have been scrubbed a bit more! All in all, this was a great place to stay, and I have a feeling we'll be back again in the future! We stayed at this hotel on July 4th and received an awesome rate for a hotel of this quality. We also liked the fact that it was only 30 minutes from the St. Louis Arch!! We will be staying here again and again when we make our yearly trips to Oklahoma from Michigan!!

The hotel is showing some wear & tear to the rooms. It is going to need to be remodeled in a couple of years. For us, the hotel was located in an ideal place with every place we wanted to go was only a 20 minute drive. The breakfast was OK and the staff was friendly. "Kids Vacation"
We have two small children and this was wonderful. The suite was great to have a separate place to sleep and have kitchen available even for our short stay. The breakfast was amazing and the accommodations were beautiful. It was easy to find, close enough for sight seeing and a great place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

Checking in, asking questions, FIRE ALARMS, checking out, the Staff want nothing to do with you. They are cold and rude, and have no interest in what you are needing to know. I resorted to calling places for directions, because the staff wasn't worth my time.

My daughter and I booked a couple of nights at this hotel for a "girls weekend" in St. Louis, and we were comfortable. The space was adequate and seemed to have the necessary comforts. It was so nice to have a kitchen and living area and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was a strange mix of old and new! They had two nice flat screen TVs but […] NO DVD players in either room. There were solid surface counter tops in the kitchen and dressing area, but the ancient vanity under the bathroom sink was nailed shut, so there was no storage! Kind of strange. Anyway, overall, the furniture was comfy and the room mostly updated. We did have some issues with service. The refrigerator was completely shut off and we did not notice it until we already had stuff in there. We had to turn it on ourselves and then wait for the ice to make. Also, we asked the front desk for a DVD player and were told they only had 2 for the entire property and that they were "occupied" for the next week! A third strange factor was that when we called to find out how to run the AV equipment (we wanted to plug in our gaming system) they didn't know how to do it, and we basically figured it out on our own. Maybe we were just "out of sync" with this property, or maybe it was geared toward business travelers, but it annoyed us that the wonderful breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. and that the evening hot food bar was only Monday - Thursday, rendering these great features virtually useless for weekend vacations! We stay at this hotel 4 times a year when coming to visit a family member at a nearby nursing home. Everyone that works there is polite, friendly, & helpful. The fact that they serve both breakfast & dinner makes it all the more affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The convience of having a kitchen and extra room to lounge in was ideal for our group. A weary Moms get away w out kids...what a perfect location next to mall and awesome resturants. pf changs, cheesecake fact. etc...We only wished we'd stayed loonger than 2 nights. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was extremely satisfied with our experience. The room was spacious and clean. The separate sitting room was very nice to have. I was able to reserve this room for less than comparable hotels in the area and was pleasantly surprised by how nice, clean, and comfortable the room was. My room was actually 3 rooms, a living room with attached full kitchen, a roomy bedroom and a bathroom. I was so comfortable there, slept well, and was sorry I only could stay one night! Wow!
