Quality Inn Rogersville - Rogersville

Service was polite and the room was fairly comfortable -- but smokers across the hall made our non-smoking room pretty unpleasant the whole time we were there. Even the halls smell like smoke when nobody is there. Too bad they allow smoking and don't do a better job keeping the mess contained.

Very quiet, very clean, very courteous staff. Delicious free breakfast. Nice to have microwave and refrigerator in room.

We were in town to visit family for 2 days. The hotel was very clean, secure and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool too. No complaints, and we will stay again!

Awesome shower head. They need to upgrade the toaster, very slow and doesn't toaste all the way.

I needed a place to review the surrounding county and The Quality Inn popped up on Hotels.com. What I got was more than a 'nice' place, the service was excellent and the hotel will be recommended to our logistics team if we are awarded the contract.

Its a nice hotel in a very tiny town. My room was fine, clean and comfy. The clerk came with me to verify a pet odor problem with the adjoining room had not also affected mine, since my room had not been rented for 2 weeks. No smell, good service tho. A/C nice and cold, hot water. The next morning I was pleasantly surprised to see the free breakfast […] had upped its game. To the make your own waffles they had added bacon and eggs, along with biscuits and gravy. Obviously precooked bacon and round scrambled egg patties for the biscuits, but a nice surprise. If you are going to be in this town, then here is a good place to stay. I was a vendor at the local renaissance faire, and this was my 4th stay in 4 years and we have never had a problem. Mehr

Quality Inn had a pool and was close to the activities we were attending, so it was our first choice. The breakfast was not as good as a prior visit 3 years earlier. Staff were friendly and the facility was clean, but there was a heavy odor of cigarettes in the halls. There isn't much to chose from in Rogersville, but this worked for us. We were a bit worried checking in. The lobby and hallways could use some updating. The hallway and stairway from the parking lot to the reeked of cigarette smoke. I suspect the use that hallway to take breaks.
