Excellent value for money hotel with helpful staff. Stayed here with 20 family members of all ages and everyone was pleased. The pub close by was great too.

Very convenient location. Motorway noise can be heard from some rooms, but the hotel responds to request for quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Close to the Honey Pot restaurant/bar for good value food in the evening. Have stayed there twice. It has a friendlier atmosphere than the 'other' hotel over the road.

Holiday Inn Express standard. Room clean and adequate. Reception staff very helpful Breakfast included. Free WiFi Internet in the lobby. There was a £3 charge for parking, which is odd for a location that is not urban. 10 min. drive to Stratford.

Great Hotel - Housekeeping to a very high standard in the rooms and public areas. A very smooth operation run by an efficient team in all areas. Decor looks new and is bright and modern. Only downside we found was that the double bed is small and mattress is too soft and lumpy and the sofa bed (family room) was made up with the mattress up the wrong […] way or shall I say there was a better side to sleep on when we changed it round. Great location for Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon and lovely surrounding area. Don't miss Broadway - beautiful unspoilt town - not a MacDonalds, Tesco, Boots etc in sight - Heaven!!! Mehr

We had a peaceful night at the Express Inn and staff were pleasant and helpful. We also enjoyed our meal at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The only negative was that we had to pay for parking. Suggest that this cost should be absorbed by the hotel as it is a disincentive to staying there again.

Very friendly staff in this popular chain. No evening meal. Luckily a nice pub/restaurant on site with even more friendly staff. Free breakfast confirmed they could not have charged for it. Conveniently placed just off the M40 allowing us to get from a Stratford Theatre evening outing to London early the next morning. Check in was easy, the room was comfortable and there was a good selection set out for breakfast from 6am (cooked b'fast was out by 6 15).

This is a clean and tidy hotel which is quite comfortable. My double room was a good size and had a pull out sofa bed. Breakfast was included in the room rate: it was a buffet breakfast that included some hot food such as sausage and scrambled egg. It was cold when I stayed and I found that the air conditioning system struggled to keep the room warm. […] It was also quite noisy so it had to be switched off during the night... I'd suggest asking for an extra blanket on check in. Mehr

An excellent hotel and very convenient for Warwick as only 5 minute drive from town centre. Very clean and modern and bed extremely comfortable. We had a minor problem with the heating and our drains in the sink, and despite it being Christmas Day and therefore no maintenance staff working, the staff managed to find us a storage heater and sort out […] the smell from the sink. We cannot fault the hotel -even with the above- as the staff tried their hardest to find a solution on probably the worst day to have problems of the year. Highly Recommended Mehr

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on a Saturday night with our daughter and her family (2 family rooms.) The hotel is modern and smart, with friendly reception staff and a good lounge/ bar area with TVs. The rooms are good, with smart shower rooms; the tea/coffee making facilities can be "topped up" by taking extra supplies from the lobby area, […] without having to trouble reception staff. Breakfast this time was good, possibly because we were earlier, having 2 small children with us! The only downside is the Porridge Pot pub which is adjoining. The carvery, particularly the vegetables, looked unappetising and cold. The management seem to have a captive audience but should make more of an effort. We have twice decided not to eat there but go into Warwick instead where there are some wonderful restaurants. Mehr

The hotel is conveniently placed just off junction 15 of the M40 and the perfect mid way resting point for us on our journey to the Dorset coast from Manchester. The eating facilities in the hotel grounds were particularly welcome given that we'd arrived tired and hungry with a fractious toddler in tow. The staff at the adjacent Porridge Pot carvery […] restaurant were extremely attentive and helpful. Staff at the hotel were also very attentive and caring towards my child. The express breakfast was well organised and supplies were quickly replenished to meet the demand of a large American student group as well as the 'regulars' businessmen and women and UK holiday travellers. I was expecting a hotel that was midway between a Travelodge and a Holiday Inn but in fact I found a hotel that was just like a Holiday Inn but with a smaller reception and breakfast area. Mehr

They were about a 40 minute fast walk from the castle and 55 minutes from the entrance. The staff makes-up stories to cover their backs when they don't want to do thing for the guests. Breakfast was ok but they are a lazy staff who won't even look for butter when you ask for it. The shower has only one temperature and it is very hot. By far the worst […] Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at in my 23 years as a hotel consultant. Corporate better get over there and quick. Be carefull of the taxis they try to charge night fees during the daytime. The restaurant next door has good food but the service is terrible. 1:15 to get a sandwhich, 20 minutes for a coke. Mehr

We stayed overnight on the Sunday before May Day bank holiday and were pleased with the location (literally just off j15 of the M40) which is just a short taxi ride into Warwick itself. The hotel is modern and clean and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The bar and restaurant areas are spacious and pleasant. The inn on the same site was […] a bit of a let down so we decided to go into Warwick to eat - there are some excellent restaurants in the town centre. The room itself was very clean and modern - what you would expect from this type of hotel - and the bathroom (shower only) was very good. Soap/shampoo in dispensers attached to the wall. What we felt let the hotel down was the breakfast (included in the very reasonable rate). One of the coffee machines was broken, the orange juice was like water, they had run out of croissants at one point and the cooked breakfast only consisted of sausages and scrambled egg. However, even taking this into consideration, the hotel is very good value for money. Mehr

hotel & staff brilliant i am disabled the staff where very very helpful room was very clean only gripe was the charge for car parking, will go back again

We were a family of 5 the kids ages being 8,13 and 15 ans so had 2 rooms booked. The only negative for the hotel is they made up a room for the 3 kids on the ground floor and put us on the top floor. We were told this was because they were full but I do think they could have done more to keep the rooms closer, we had to bring the youngest in with us. […] However the hotel itself was lovely, spotlessley clean and the communal sitting area was very comfortable, better than some 4 star hotels. Breakfast was good, the carvery at the pub next door was also nice. Very well located for Warwick and Stratford, we would certainly recommend this hotel and would go back Mehr

Preditable holiday inn express. Excellent service and location for our visit to Warwick castle. Nicer than most.

Facile à trouver. Accès WIFI gratuit dans le hall. Bar sympa. Resto à côté. Très proche de Warwick castle. Peut mieux faire au niveau de la propreté salle de bains / WC. Peut mieux faire au niveau de l'accueil.

Tanto el alojamiento como el desayuno cubrieron nuestras espectativas. Hotel sencillo, cómodo y con buen servicio.

Check-in og check-out skete hurtigt og præcist. Personalet var venligt. Morgenmaden var tilstrækkeligt men desværre ikke på typisk engelsk niveau. Hotellet bør skilte tydeligere på stedet - det var vanskeligt at finde stedet førend 50 m fra indkørslen fra vejen.
