Wir waren im Juni 2011 zwei Wochen Gast in diesem Hotel. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Im Bad war alles top. Kein Schimmel an der Silikonfuge. Das Frühstücksbüfett war gut. Man konnte im Frühstücksraum den ganzen Tag lang kostenlos Kaffee und Tee holen. Eine Eismaschine war frei zugänglich. […] Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zur Highway war bezüglich des Lärms überhaupt kein Problem. Nice at front desk. Room clean and pretty comfortable. The problem was breakfast. Not stocked. The sugar was a brick in a glass box. Cereal stuck in container, no oatmeal, orange juice dispenser broken. Attendant would disappear if you asked for something and come back out to stock the eggs that no one was eating and not even address that you had asked […] for something. for the price- it was just fair in all areas. The remote for the TV did not work- and there were no instructions regarding it. The room was as promised and clean, but overall it is a bit noisy due to location.

Not a fun experience to find glitter and hair in your bed which was obviously not changed after the last occupants. Also of the two ice machines in the whole hotel, only one was working. I will never stay there or at ANY Country Inn again.

We arrived about 9:00 P.M. to a warm welcome at the front desk and the easiest check-in I have ever encountered in a hotel. Our room was roomy, clean, and well-maintained. Our bed was super comfortable (my wife declared it to be"the best bed I've ever slept on in a hotel"). Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We would have had a better stay, if the desk managers son would have been more controlled. I had taken my daughters for a swim and the little boy Josh (desk managers son) asked I could babysit him, what could I say when I have daughters looking at me with their puppy eyes. Hotel was very well run. Only complaint was the pillows on the bed....just not supportive enough. Was somewhat difficult to find hotel , but once there figured out easier access.

Hotel was in great condition both inside and out. Very clean, quiet neighborhood in Georgetown. Easy access from HWY and easy to get to center of town. Rooms were larger than we expected. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a couple hot items. Nothing spectacular, but it is free and was sufficient to get us going in the morning. Perfect stay excepted for the desappointing breakfasts.

Room was more than adequate for our needs. Easy to find (right off the highway), staff was attentive, and parking was no issue.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for visits associated with Southwestern University. Across street from fantastic park with miles of running trails along San Gabriel River.

The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Bathroom is big enough for two and plenty of towels. The breakfast is a huge plus. Eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, sweets, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal and make your own waffle. You don't have to eat it all but I am sure you can find something to fill that void. I loved this hotel!! Our room was amazing. It was very clean and smelled great (even my kids remarked on how good it smelled). We had a king 'suite' - very roomy and open. Granite counters and shower surrounds made the bathroom feel like a spa. I would definitely stay here again and will look for Country Inns in other locations.

My bed was more than comfortable and the room was spotless. When I mentioned that I thought the AC might be on the verge of breaking, I was offered another room and that room was put on hold for maintenance to come and check it out. It had not broken yet. It was still working but the thermostat had to be set really low for comfort signalling a future […] problem. They were also going to look into the fact that the floor above my room squeaked when that guest got up during the night. These were minor concerns that were taken seriously to provide future comfort. I would stay again but may have planned to eat breakfast out. They should stick with a better selection of pastries and skip the eggs and sausages. Mehr

Great stay - the price was right. Wonderful service. Nice little breakfast with make-your-own waffles, eggs and bacon plus pastries and cereal - we even showed up 15 minutes late for the breakfast and the lady put everything back out for us!

You're not going to find a nicer place for the money. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and well furnished. Anytime we go anywhere, we always check to see if there is a Country Inn and Suites nearby.

Our stay was fine but not excellent. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the toilet had flushing problems. Plus we had issues connecting to the network. Breakfast was sufficient... plenty of coffee. The location was great, very convenient.

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Only thing wrong, was that the A/C froze up during the nite. And when we first arrived it was set on 80, and the room was hot.

Good Location as it was near to Southwestern University. Hotel was new and very clean. Service was friendly. Rooms were decorated nicely and roomy. Breakfast was good. Overall, a very nice experience.

You will not be disappointed. Great rates, great rooms, good breakfast, good service.

We needed a motel for a graduation celebration for a few nights. We only used the facility for rest, but the pool and the breakfast area appeared to be very nice. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and arranged well and the bed was comfortable. I would use this motel again.

Overall the room was satisfactory. The room was smaller than other hotel rooms and without a couch or sitting area. Only complaint is the bathroom was not cleaned well by room service. And only ice machine working on top floor.

Overall I was very happy with this hotel - stayed for 4 nights. My biggest requirements are that the hotel is clean, safe (no out-of-control guests), and that I get a good night's sleep. I did have a couple of issues at the very start (TV that didn't work, no refrigerator in 2nd room they moved me to), but those issues were dealt with quickly as soon […] as I brought them to the attention of hotel personnel. The location is very convenient to the freeway but is far enough off the freeway to be very quiet. Other hotel guests were quiet and well-behaved. Mehr

The outdoor pool was just outside the window of our first floor room, with table & chairs right next to the window. Some folks were in town for a wedding and decided to have a pool party at 11:30 pm. Would suggest requesting a room AWAY from the pool.

We've stayed here previously, and as before, found it more than adequate. BIG difference this time is that our room was on bottom floor, and as such had blackout curtains available. Previously, only had sheers on windows, and "fake" drapes on the sides of the windows, which I managed to pin together to darken the room at night. A funny odor pervaded […] the room when I first entered, but I've learned to carry a small can of F'breeze with me, and after spraying that and getting the AC on, the odor soon dissipated. Breakfast would be adequate if you are able to consume carbs, by eating the cold cereal or bread items. We tried the eggs and bacon but they were pretty bad (just our opinion). I can't eat carbs or sugars, so the breakfast doesn't usually help me, but is ok otherwise. I woud stay there again.

Great place to stay. Close to the historic downtown area, shopping and other eating places. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had a great view of the walkway/path alongside the San Gabriel River. The trees and cliffs were a pleasure to view. The staff was great and the room was very clean. The rate we were charged was lower that the charges listed on other […] "search for hotels" rates. We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Georgetown on our way through town. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff were great. Our only complaint as out-of-towners was the location - the hotel is somewhat hard to get to as the frontage road along I-35 goes one way (north), so approaching the hotel from the north requires finding […] another street behind the hotel. Even with a Garmin, we had a hard time making all the right turns and finding the hotel at night. Mehr

Due to an ongoing legal battle, my daughter must frequently fly in to Austin area (court is in Georgetown) from Colorado, and I drive up from San Antonio. We have stayed in several different hotels in the Austin/Round Rock/Georgetown areas, and this has so far, been the best one yet, while actually being the most cost effective (with exception to the […] 1st stay, in a nationally known discount chain, which was located in a bad area -- we didn't know where to look for locations but have since come to know and wouldn't stay anywhere near there again! No wonder their price was low! But this location was NOT in a bad area and within $10/night of that 1st motel!). Am definitely staying here again, and have no problem recommending it to anyone else. That being said, the ONLY problem I have is that I have difficulty sleeping in a room that is not quite dark -- as mentioned in other people's reviews, the windows are covered only with sheer curtains, the drapes at the side being decorative only, not functional. Knowing this ahead of time, I was able to pull the edges together and clip them shut, mostly covering the window and blocking the outside lights, but had I not known this ahead of time and not been able to do this, I would have been fairly upset (most likely due to a lack of sleep!). Otherwise, the beds were super-comfy, the room clean, etc, the breakfast spread generally adequate (we are on a special diet and were unable to eat anything but a piece of fruit each, but were we able to eat like most anyone else, we would have found a wide variety of choices from cereals to sausage and french toast sticks and waffles, fresh fruit and various beverage choices, including herbal teas! Nice!) Yep, definitely recommend the place and definitely will be coming back! Mehr

Clean and close to where we wanted to be in the Austin area. Nothing fancy but a comfortable nights stay.

The hotel was excellent value. Very clean, warm staff who were very accomodating. The rooms were very clean, had space and well maintained. The only issue was the toilet was a bit low for elderly. The ladies handling the free breakfast in the morning paid attention to the cliente and made sure everything was out and they were there to assist as needed. I […] would highly recommend this hotel. Great stay, staff was awesome. No problems to note whatsoever. Very flexible with itinerary changes.

This hotel was perfect for our trip. We stayed one night to attend a wedding and meet some friends. We had excellent customer service and our room was great.

This Hotel was fantastic. The staff at check in were amazing. They recommended a quaint local reataurant that was fantastic. The fitness centre was well equipped and the room was huge with a very comfortable king sized bed Over all it was a great experience.

I am quite impressed at the quality of the facility for the price. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 for service is because the maid knocked repeatedly on my door hours before checkout even though I had "do not disturb" sign out. I mentioned this to the desk staff and they were quite apologetic. Highly recommend this hotel for any who need to […] stay in the area.
