The room was very plain no pictures or anything to absorb sound so when you carried a conversation on the phone or the TV echoed in the room. Then when I got in the shower in the morning there was long black hair in 2 places on the wall. Blood on comforter when we entered the room. Called office, they told me to come to office to get a clean comforter. When I got there, they had no extras, so they gave me 4 sets of sheets. 4th floor, 3rd floor and 1st floor ice machines out of order. Pool is VERY small and limited. I am very picky and don't typically enjoy staying in hotels but I found this hotel for a work related overnight stay to be very clean and I never felt uncomfortable. I only gave the neighborhood a lower rating because there is temporary construction nearby and I was woken up @ 5:30am to construction vehicles. The night attendant was a bit rude and not computer savy as you know I pre paid for my room using hotels.com but he insisted that I give him a credit card for checkout. We went back and fourth with this for 10 min until he figured out what screen he needed to view the proper info. He didn't even apologize for his lack of knowledge or his behavior.
