Gallery Hotel Art - Florenz

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral, mit einigen Zimmern mit Blick auf die Ponte Vecchio- nicht aber auf die Touistenströme. Freundlicher Service- Sauberkeit ohne Beanstandung, leider hatte das Hotel-Restaurant geschlossen.

bereits zum dritten mal haben wir dieses hotel gebucht, weil uns dessen nähe zu den wichtigstens sehenswürdigkeiten, der zuvorkommende service und die freundlichkeit des personals gefallen. die gestaltung ist unaufgeregt und geschmackvoll einfach. wir werden wieder dieses hotel wählen.

Great location. Room was on the small side. Of the 4 places we stayed on this trip, it was the only one with enough outlets to charge all of our electronics at once.Number of minibar and room charge billing errors. But they made another error in our favor, so the bill netted out about right.

Modern and comfortable accommodations overall but very poor customer service. Staff was completely unhelpful despite us having a baby, with luggage, dining and visiting recommendations, and auto valet. Rooms were otherwise clean and location was great so depends on what you're expecting from your staff.

This is a stunning hotel with an excellent location. The only drawback is that since it is off of the main street the rooms do not have views of the Arno. It has a lovely bar and the staff were very helpful.

A great design hotel, just a block from the Ponte Vecchio and a couple of blocks from the Ufizzi gallery. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Heartily recommended.

it was a great hotel - we loved it very much. the room was amazing and we received an upgrade to a prestige room, and the service was very goog. the staff very gentle. amazing amazing amazing thanks to hotels.com

The atmosphere of this sleek hotel exudes energy. It was unexpected in a place like Florence. Staff were helpful and informed. Associate restaurant had a marvelous experimental cuisine. Location can't be beat. The comtempoary art on display in the public space was a dramatic departure from what one finds throughout the city. Only idiosyncrasy of the […] hotel was the fact that the temperature of the room could not be controlled in the room but necessitated a call to the front desk where they made the adjustments centrally, an oddity but not a nuisance. If you need internet then better dont stay there. Everything else is okay, the location is perfect, the rooms are ok. Florence is a beutiful place to go !!

This hotel was fantastic. Very clean and well decorated. The location can't be beat.

Location is perfect - steps away from shopping and major sights. Room and bathroom are large and clean. Staff provided excellent service and everyone spoke engligh. Very nice restaurant and bar/patio - was a hot spot when we were in Florence as they just opended the patio area. The hotel has an upscale feel and has a library area for you to relax in […] and featured art work. Nothing negative to say about this hotel - would definitely stay there again! Mehr

Lovely, lovely, lovely hotel. Read about the hotel in NYTimes 36 hours and decided to try it. Location cannot be beat if you have only a brief time in Florence. Its about a 100 yards to the Ponte Vecchio. The staff is polite and helpful. The lobby is lovely and serves as a gallery for contemporary work, as does the adjacent breakfast room and lounge. […] My room was lovely, comfortable, and clean. The interiors are crisp and the bathroom has has great finishes as well as Ferragamo toiletries. Win. Win. Definitely recommended. Mehr

The hotel door step is probably 50 ft from the Ponte Vecchio and is centrally located to everything. There is no better location. Restaurant at the hotel serves great food and amazing mixed drinks. Only drawback is the beds, and they were extremely hard, as are most beds in Italy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gallery Hotel Art. While a few of the other hotels we stayed at in Italy were a bit out of date, this was very modern! The room was comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located -- you can walk to all of the sites. The concierge was great and gave some good restaurant tips. Wonderful place. Very chic and comfortable. Great location near Ponte Veccio. Only minor complaint is that standard room is small which is not a big deal for me as all I do in the room is watch TV, surf the net and sleep. Very tastefully decorated. Overall, this is my favorite prototypical chic European hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a very nice hotel very very close to the Uffizi Galley. The room was nice and modern and comfortable.

Location is likely the best in the city. Very comfortable and high quality rooms. The front desk was particularly helpful. I suspect it is hard to find availability at a reasonable price during peak season.

Gallery Hotel Art is a modern (in style), and it very well done. It's location is superb, and you have the ammenities of the other Ferragamo hotel across the street which is lovely also. The roof top bar is very special. It was refreshing to have wonderful Japanese Fusion Restaurant in the hotel. The room service had a very nice variety, and the morning […] breakfast was good. We used the concierge service alot for museum tickets, dinner reservations, car and driver services, and they always did everything professionally - you do pay abit more for the museum tickets but worth it. They were very helpful with any kind of information we needed and very American friendly. We would definitley stay there again. FYI - some rooms are larger than others and some have better views. We were there 9 days, and we switched rooms in the middle for a larger room but not as good a location. They were very accomodating and so helpful which is very nice when you are in a strange country and city. It could use some refreshing of the finishes - new carpet and paint but is was not bad - I am sure they will be taking care of that as most good hotels do. If you love modern, it is an oasis among all the Renaisance art etc. that the city is known for. Mehr

Chambre Prestige, malgré tout un peu petite! Éviter les conseils du concierge pour restaurants!

Bästa läget, bästa frukosten, diskret och hjälpsam personal, rent, modern. En pärla helt enkelt! Perfekt för en romantiskt weekend.

la posizione è favorevolissima per visitare il centro a piedi , l'hotel è accogliente, d'atmosfera, propone interessanti esposizioni fotografiche e anche il ristorante è particolare e molto curato, lo consigliamo senz'altro!

ポンテ・ヴェッキョにもほど近くどこに行くのにも便利で、大変重宝しました。 またフィレンツェに行くのなら是非泊まりたいホテルです。 これで、朝食が値段に含まれていたら、いうことなしです。 是非、一度泊まってみてください。

Posizione ottimale. Personale professionale e gentile. Buona colazione. Camera 109 abbastanza confortevole, ma affacciata in un cortile brutto e buio, bagno piccolo con illuminazione scarsa e soffione doccia intasato dal calcare. Pulizia camera migliorabile. Hotel muito bom. Conforto nos quartos e recepção muito boa. Porém para quem chega de carro é um pouco complicado visto que o mesmo se encontra numa zona restrita . Decoração e Bar externo muito legal . Staff treinado para recepção .

Toppen bra hotell alldeles intill Ponte Vecchio, bättre läge än så kan det inte bli! Ändå lugnt läge på en innergård så inga störande ljud. Fräsch stil på rummen, lite New England-stuk. Trevlig bar på hotellet, frukost hade vi inte inkl så den kan jag inte uttala mig om. Kan varmt rekomendera detta hotell till andra!
