Es war alles einfach super - das Highlight waren die Snacks/Cocktails zur Happy Hour - Zeit, welche als Service angeboten wurden!!! Super-lecker!!! Und das Personal superfreundlich!!!

We enjoyed that we didn't have to spend alot on money on food. Everthing was great the rooms and the service was the best, we would stay there again if their are one in that location that we want to stay in.

The room was alright....not as appealing as i thought it would be. There were no lotions ..I miss the tray of those sort of things. I am sure the dispensers on the shower wall are cost effective but not attractive. I was surprised to see a strip of wallpaper and a scraper lying in the hall entrance. "Down For Indy Car Races"
I have stayed here the past 3 years, and find it very quiet, convenient, and safe hotel. Plenty of good restaraunts nearby, and easy to get to I-459.

Late afternoon food and drink were excellent. Room was clean, quiet and nice. Breakfast before departing was excellent with a wide variety of options. As a seasoned traveller this was a superior stay on every fron.

The service and hotel was topps. the location and neighborhood was great. My only suggestion ould be to have more towels available for the pool area. Otherwise very happy with our stay.
Very convenient to area attractions. Superb customer service, good breakfast, very clean rooms. Will definitely stay again when in the Birmingham area.

"Second Time around"
We stayed here last May and liked it enough to stay here again even though it was a little more expensive this time. Breakfast and happy hour were both good. The room is good-sized and like having the bathroom sink outside the bathroom. The manager greeted us one night at happy hour, which is fairly unusual.

"B'ham Drury Inn...close to the Summit"
Awesome as always! Staff service and attitude is exceptional!! We stay here several times per year and have always had wonderful experiences!! We usually arrive before regular checking time but they always have our room ready to go. Great experience at any price but Drury prices are a super value!

Hot tub, happy hour, free hot breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, free wifi. What more could you ask for? Not too fancy, but has more than you can hope for for the price! 24 hour soda and popcorn!

The only negatives were that as soon as we walked into the room I exclaimed 'oh gag, it smells like urine.' I thought someone must have peed all over ther carpet. But after we'd been in there awhile, it started to smell more like recirculated air from the vent. Also the bed was hard. But besides that, everything was very nice. The only small problem I had was that the staff the afternoon we arrived was not the friendliest person. Other than that, the hotel and the rest of the staff was excellent! Food was really good also!

"room location"
some rooms such as the one I was in open into the lobby so the noise is a little much. If you stay here get a room as far from the lobby as you can. Otherwise I like this place and will stay here again. Nice people good breakfast great location, the design of the building has rooms that open into a 3 story atrium type lobby and the noise carries
"Older style hotel that's trying very hard"
Hotel could do with some updating but the staff/management are clearly working very hard to please the guests and satisfy all our needs. There's a good breakfast and a happy hour every day. If you need to be in this area this hotel offers both good service and great value.

location was perfect for our stop in Bimingham..near Summit shopping.. comfortable and clean. best part was complimentary breakfast... well above average...waffles, scrambled eggs, pastry, meats, very hearty!

I'd give this hotel 5's across the board if it weren't for the front desk screw up of telling me the wrong room (206), the keys not working, and finding out my room number was actually 520. The hotel is nice enough, but no shower curtain in bathroom. There was nothing in a package to stir my coffee. It was extremely noisy.

"Not my first choice but would stay again."
Arrived tired and checked in. Ran around took care of some business and came back in late. Put a few drinks in the fridge and went to get a shower. Upon touching the shower curtain, the entire thing, rod and curtain fell missing barely missing my leg and foot. Upon a closer look, it was obvious that this shower rod was recently "repaired".Well to tired […] to do anything else, took a bath and off to bed. Got up early next morning and took another bath and got out a hot coke as the fridge did not work. Went down to report issues and was immediately given another room. Other room was half a hall away and moved everything and went to settle in. As soon as settled in, realized the room was not as large as previous oversized I had reserved and left little room to comfortably work at desk. I went downstairs and returned keys for first room and mentioned the smaller room and they immediately offered to switch my room, but I declined as I did not have time as I was in town on business. The breakfast and the evening offerings were tasteless and overcooked. I had stayed at Drury in other towns many times and I was severely disappointed with this stay. While I cannot say I would not stay at this hotel again, it would definitely not be my first choice. Mehr

My wife and I had another great stay at this hotel. This is our 3rd stay in the last few years and once again everything was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and polite, the location is good, and the free breakfast was delicious. I will stay there again the next time I need to be in Birmingham!
