"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 7. Dez. 2012Ich war nur auf der Durchreise, deshalb kam es mir nur auf eine Schlafgelegenheit an. Aber es war eben nicht nur ein "überdachtes Bett für eine Nacht" sondern es war ein wirklich komfortables Zimmer in dem ich mit drei weiteren Personen und einem Hund genug Platz hatte. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst hilfsbereit und auch sonst kann ich kein schlechtes Wort über das Hotel verlieren. Ganz kleines Manko: Essen muss man sich bei einem Lieferanten bestellen. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeit verdient das Hotel aber mehr als die angegebenen 2,5 Sterne.

"bottom of line customer service"
quality of service was horrible, advertised they had movie channels you could pay for. i asked a woman at a desk and she told me she would get someone to fix it. i stayed for 3 days and i felt ignored the whole time. "Easter Weekend Getaway"
My wife and I shared one room and my daughter and grandson another over the Easter weekend. The hotel is very nice and comfy, there was virtually no one there so we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. My wife liked the atmosphere and The Bistro for breakfast, not so much for dinner. Staff were always smiling and ready to help, excellent. […] Would stay here again. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and close to our location for the next morning. The only down side was all the extras like breakfast or things you might have forgotten, are not included. It was my fiance's birthday, and our anniversary. We were looking for a cheap hotel that was still higher quality. We were SO impressed with the look of the hotel and the service! They gave us a free bottle of wine when we got there. The lobby was beautiful and we had free access to the computers and printed off hockey tickets and maps and the public […] transit schedules. Our room had a balcony and we had the sliding balcony door open with the screen pulled shut most of the time we were in the room. The TV was nice and the bed was more comfortable than our expensive bed at home. Some of the stuff in the room wasn't the best quality, like the bathroom had some peeling wall paper and the balcony was kind of dirty, but it was fine, we LOVED the room and the quality of the hotel. The staff was SO nice and helpful, we couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. There was really pretty artwork decorating our room and the couch was really artsy and unique. There were a lot of places to eat around the hotel, and it's like two minutes away from a main road to get into dallas. I would definitely stay here again, i wish we could have stayed longer!!!!!!!!! This is a business hotel and in a high-tech corridor and the room is well wired with convenient plugs and outlets, and there's a convenient dedicated machine to print out your boarding pass. "more than I expected"
I came to stay at the Courtyard Marriott because I had some business I had to take care of before moving for school in the Spring, the location of the Hotel was a little excluded and by itself, but the area it was in was right where I needed it to be. I booked the room for a King, but needed to change it to 2 doubles and the lady at the front desk was […] more than happy to do that for me. Everything was clean and nicely made. I expected it to be a cheap hotel but it over exceeded my expectations and I RECOMMEND this hotel for ANYBODY!!!!!!!! I will be staying there again! :) MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"all we needed and wanted in a very convienent loca"

"Very NIce Hotel"
For the price of this hotel you will not find anything better. This is a very nice clean hotel that I would highly recommend. The location is outside of Dallas but if you need to stay around this neighborhood this would be the hotel to stay at. The rooms are very big and very clean.
