Enjoyed staying here! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast better than expected. Room clean and maid service good. I would stay here again any time. Its at the #8 light the road to Dolly Wood. Near food and fun!! My family liked the Place. Staff made it a great place to stay. The Breakfast is outstanding!

We had a great experience at our first stay here. The rooms were very clean and came well equipped. The indoor pool was very clean. We enjoyed the stay and would choose to stay again in the future.

Was a good stay except they cleaned the ceramic tile hall with a very strong smelling solution every morning that made us have a hard time breathing. We notified the front desk and they apparently told maintenance. It was tolerable after that. We will stay there again.

Room was clean except for the carpeting..very nice indoor pool, morning breakfast was great ,beds were comfortable room was plenty large enough. Shared the room with my daughter and grandaughter would definatly stay again.

Besides the indoor pool being very small we have nothing but good things to say. Hotel staff friendly. Check in was quick. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious. Coke machines didn't work...but that is not the hotels fault it was just fusterating. Great location & easy to get in and out of traffic. Would stay again & would recommend.

Positives - very convenient location. right in front of the road leading to Dollywood with a Pizza Hut in the same parking lot! Bonus! Nice indoor pool with hot tub plus free breakfast that included waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, juice, and biscuits and sausage gravy. Clean rooms and great view of the smoky mountains. Negatives - walls were […] very thin. could hear the neighbors flush their toilets and run the sink so you can imagine what you'd hear if anything FUN was going on next door. We have stayed at this location before and had a wonderful experience both times. The staff was very friendly, our room was clean with a wonderful view (even though one time it was the woods), and it was close to restaurants. Our daughters loved the indoor pool and hot tub, which was well kept. The breakfast had hot food, as well as your typical continental […] items. We would recommend this again and will stay there in there on future trips!! Mehr

We were expecting something much nicer. The halls had a horrible smell the whole time and the room we were in did not smell all that fresh either. Only had 1 elevator, constantly waiting to go upstairs. The sheets were clean, but the shower curtain smelled of mildew. Breakfast was okay because it was free. Will look for a different hotel next time!

The security, cleanliness, quietness of the hotel was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was quick to deliver anything requested. Overall, I would easily recommend staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites @ Dollywood Lane.

Stay elsewhere. This was an overpriced hotel with a gross breakfast. The town was tacky and we could not find a decent place to eat to save our lives. This felt like the longest four days of my life. The town right past this (Gatlinburg?) seemed a little better. Cute rustic inn's in the Smoky mountians would probably be the best option.

We just wanted a couple of nights of relaxation and this place was perfect. The room was extremely comfortable. We had a private balcony with a view of the mountains. My daughter loved the indoor pool and I enjoyed relaxing in the spa. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and easy driving distance to anywhere else we wanted to go.

The bathroom was filthy with hair all over the floor. A dirty towel with something gross on it was left on the sink. We just wanted a clean room - nothing fancy.

We had a great time and will stay here again when we come back to Pigeon Forge.

Me,my wife and my daughter took a weekend vacation to Pigeon Forge this past weekend and it was our first time not staying in a cabin. I looked at quite a few hotels and decided to trust the reviews and comments left about this hotel. The 98% recommendation did not let me down. The staff was very friendly and the location was spot on. The only downfall […] of it all was the headache of attempting to get out of the parking lot onto the strip. Overall, very satisfied. We have stayed at this hotel twice in the past year. The location is right off of 411, so we can avoid much of the traffic getting to the hotel. The breakfast was good, a small buffet plus the usual fare. It was very quiet even though the hotel was full. The only negative is the pool is a little small and was crowded.

This hotel had a good location near attractions and trolley stops. It was a decent and clean room, but the bathroom could have used some updating. The pool and hot tub were good. Breakfast was free and had several hot items as well as cold.

Everything was great. The only bad thing was that the bed was not very comfortable. Great free breakfast!

周辺では最大のショー、ディキシースタンピードの目の前に位置するモーテル。部屋にはモーテルにしては珍しくベランダが付いている。まわりはレストランが多いし便利。０時までやっている室内温水プールには熱い位のジャクージも付いていて、旅の疲れを癒してくれた。無料の朝食では調理された料理がいくつかあって、大サービスといったところ。家族連れでほぼ満室状態だった。ドリーパートンの遊園地ドリーウッドまでは車で１０分。
