If you are traveling and need to stay for a night or two. stay here. We were on our way to visit a college in Ohio and needed to break up our trip. It was just what we needed. A place in a good location, with quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. This was the place. Worth it.

Not much was promised: clean, quiet room, low price, basic breakfast. I checked in at midnight and left by 10:00 am. What I got was a clean room in a facility that was quiet at least till 1) the tractor-trailors reved up at 6 am, and 2) the morning cleaning crew got in around 9:00am. The price was as promised. My family and I spent a night here on the long drive (OH-MA) over the holidays. We will look for this hotel next trip. This hotel was great - staff was friendly, service was perfect. The admission process was flawless - quick check-in. The room was clean and the linens were fresh and clean. The breakfast was good. They had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24hrs in the lobby as well as a coffee maker in the room. The heated pool was an added bonus.

Decent hotel. Went for a working weekend but couldn't get much done. Internet was VERY slow. Line to front desk was continually busy.

First room, TV didn't work...second room dirty, weekday breakfast was bare minimum, next door toilet ran off& on ALL night, even after request for maintenance. Poor management. Computer at check-in didn't work for two days. This is the worst Comfort Inn we ever stayed at...never again!

We've stayed here several times while visiting family and it's always been very nice with a great breakfast. This time though it was the July 4th weekend and the hotel was full. The AC in the hallways and lounge was set at 79, and it was hot! The breakfast was very disappointing. Bacon was scarce, and when it did arrive was thin and burnt. OJ was mostly […] water. The breakfast area was too warm to even sit in. Staff was exceptionally nice though, as always. Wish there was a restaurant within walking distance. Mehr

Room very nice , short drive to lake Erie . The pool water was a little cool , other than that nice stay this is the second year for me . I will always chose this spot when in area , front desk people always nice !

Nice, clean rooms, well maintained hotel. Noise levels in the rooms were much higher than I would have liked. Traffic noise was high and there was very little noise insulation between the rooms and cilings.

This hotel offered great value, clean rooms, the pool was clean and operational. Breakfast had something for everyone and was well maintained. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant - Donna was exceptionally helpful. Recommendations for restaurants and shopping locations and directions were given to everything we needed. Everything was just what you would expect from somethign in this price range; Free breakfast, clean and nice enough.

as stated above,The trip was made great for one reason mainly. There was an employee there by the name of Morgan. She was very comforting, as well as knowlegable of the Buffalo area. She was courtiest and I feel sh went well above and beyond to accomodate my friend and I. She drove us around the hotel area, told us the places to shop, and safe areas […] to have a drink. People like her make it easy to make a decision to travel and stay at your hotes everytime. I hope she hears this, and is well taken care of. She mad our trip, much better than expected. Mehr

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good. They now have wireless high speed Interenet, so that made it easy for us to conduct our business. Wish we would have had a refrigerator, but maybe next time I'll ask for one.

the hotel did not have an elevator. I'm glad I had someone that was able to carry my luggage up the stairs. However, great restaurant located 10 minutes away. It was recommended by the desk clerk. It was right on Lake Erie and you could see Buffalo easily. Great sunset location!

This hotel was convenient for us as we were visiting family in Orchard Park. It is easily accessible to the highway, and close to our family member's home. It is not that close to Buffalo or Niagara Falls, so if you're touring this might not be the best choice. The hotel was clean, the room was large and the front desk personnel helpful. The only drawback […] was there is no elevator, so if you have issues with walking you need to be sure there's a room on the ground floor. trying to set the right example for our children, myself and 6 other families with kids booked a "kid friendly" hotel to celebrate New years eve. The hotel was aware of our plans in advance and also aware that we were traveling with a large amount of kids. We weren't there more than a 1/2 hour when management told us our kids were misbehaving...this […] ment walking to loudly in the halls. (3:30pm), This continued all night long including yelling at our kids(which by the way I found completely out of line) There was absolutly no reason for all of the warnings especially when other guests on the same floor told us how well behaved our children were. The management even accused us of not supervising our kids and threatened to evict us(our kids were never left unattended) The pool was also extremely over chlorinated and left my kids with some serious rashes on parts of their body. Horrible service and staff was extrememly intolerant of children. Mehr

Got in late. Hotel was pretty full. Had a toilet issue and the host was able to get us into another room quickly. Rooms clean, everything was functional. Breakfast was basic, however, it was convenient and quite good.

Bien situé pas trop loin de la voie rapide. Système de réservation par internet donne un accueil très rapide. Jeune fille à l'accueil très serviable. Piscine agréable. Bon déjeuner chaud et froid sauf que le gaufrier ne fonctionnait pas. Pour la chambre, très bien mais le coffret de sureté était fermé. L'internet comme celà se produit malheureusement […] trop souvent dans les hôtels, n'a pu fonctionner avec mon ordi: c'est le seul point négatif. Mehr

Trop dispendieux pour ce type d'hôtel. Durant notre voyage nous avons 6 hôtels, celle-ci fut la plus dispendieuse par nuit et la moins belle.
