The hotel was clean . The two problems I had left me with bad feelings. First when leaving I needed to head to Chicago but had to go west in order to go back east. But the biggest complaint I have is not having any hot water on Saturday morning

This is a nice hotel at a good rate. It has an ok breakfast bar (pretty standard lots of carbs but they also had fruit). There is a McDonalds and a Burger King nearby. The Great Western Trail is about 1.5 miles away for those who want a nice place for a walk or run. There is also a small park with a nice little lake about the same distance.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. I stayed here three times within a month. The first time I figured it was a bad experience and I was told "The hot tub will be fixed tomorrow, we just put a work order in" There was also popcorn all over the microwave when I checked in. The popcorn was still there the next morning. I came back a week later for one […] night and again was told "There is a work order in and the hot tub will be fixed tomorrow." The toilet was also broken during this visit. I decided to give it one more try, I arrived again two weeks later and the hot tub was STILL broken. After this incident, I called corporate. Three days after calling corporate the Manager at this Hotel calls me back yelling at me for calling corporate and not talking to him. Then the manager tells me "The hot tub has never worked correctly since it was new, and has not worked at all in months." Mehr

The rooms were very comfortable, except that one of the phones in the room did not work and the tv remote was a little old (which meant you really had to be patient with it when pushing buttons). My 2.5 year old loved riding up and down in the elevator and did this for many hours each day (no one minded and lots of people actually enjoyed seeing him). […] Breakfast was hot and yummy every morning and the staff was always concerned about how we were doing. Terrible. I stayed here for 3 days at the beginning of March, 2013. Their hot tub was filthy and broken. This hotel charges significantly more per night than nearby hotels and the only difference is that they offer a pool and hut tub. Personally I think it is worth additional money for a Hot Tub, so I decided to stay here. I informed them I was returning […] to the area in the middle of March and again asked if the hot tub would be fixed. They ASSURED me it would be. I return again and the hut tub was cleaned, but still broken. They told me "It just broke today, we will have it fixed tomorrow". I book this hotel again hoping the hot tub is fixed. I arrive for two nights at the end of March and the hot tub is STILL broken. At this time I'm furious since I spent quite a bit of additional money per night times 6 nights for a hot tub and it never worked right. I called choicehotel and they refuse to refund me the extra money spent, instead offer me half of that amount in choicehotel dollars. I accept the offer. Two days later the hotel manager finds out I called corporate. He calls me screaming at me asking why I never complained to him, then he tells me "That hot tub has never worked correctly since we've had it" Then he says "I'm surprised they told you it would be completely fixed. I would have told you we can't fit it if you had asked me." . The best hotel in the area, BY FAR is the Country INN in Roselle, IL. It's only about 5 miles away from this hotel. Mehr

Room was very nice and spacious. Good sized work table. Ceiling fan a big plus. Heating/cooling unit was quiet making sleep a lot easier. Not many nearby food options, but right by expressway to go elsewhere.

I called to confirm the night of my stay and they had the wrong night, so updated that. i reserved mutliple rooms and requested the rooms be side by side and was told that notes were put on the account to do so. when we checked in, they tried to put us on different floors and we ended up 8 rooms apart. Everything was great with the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, hot tub could have had more than one jet working. Price was comparable to surrounding facilities.

Very comfortable and professionally staffed. Very clean, has an exercise room, pool and jacuzzi. A bit remote unless you have business in the immediate area, which I did. The road it's on is very busy at rush hours, but there was no street noise, just hard to get in and out at the busy times.

Staff were friendly and helpful in every way-- from arranging adjacent rooms for family to using the dining room for a pizza party with friends. Every detail was clean and carefully attended to. We had a positive experience at this motel. It's a little dated but fairly clean. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful with giving us with directions and suggestions on what to do in the area. I would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice! My kids were excited the pool had extended hours since we had a later check in time. Only thing I did not care for is I had to do a U-turn and drive down the street in order to get to the hotel. It was a little confusing in the dark.

My husband and I were staying over night in the Chicago area and needed somewhere close to Glendale Heights. There were several issues. I booked online and they tried charging my credit card again. I also overheard the maintenance man telling the girl at the front desk that some customers were at the front waiting to check out. Her response was they'll […] wait. It was within ear shot of the waiting customers. It was the same girl who tried charging our account twice. The a/c didn't work very good and the handle on the toilet was broken, both I reported. Clean hotel at the right price. Free breakfast. Six of us stayed in the room. The pull out sleeper sofa was not very comfy but everything else was great! I would recommend staying here.

The outside of the building was a bit of a concern (looked run down); but once inside, I was very pleased. The only issue I had was a sporadic shower head in my room. I didn't report it, but given the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, I have no doubt it would have been fixed had I mentioned it.

The reason for the overnite stay was for my 4 grandchlidren to go swimming. The rooms were great only the pool was so COLD! We were very pleased. It was clean, quiet, and well serviced. The breakfast was very good. The staff was pleasant and provided for our needs. We were there over the New Year's weekend. While midnight was a bit noisy, we accept it because it comes only once a year. On the whole, we were very pleased and satisfied.

Check in was a breeze and the first night went well. However, the second night we arrived back at the hotel after an entire day sightseeing and visiting with friends to find that we were locked out of the room. We had a receipt stating we had paid for and reserved the room for two nights but the desk clerk informed us that their records indicated that […] we only reserved the room for one night. We had two small cranky children with us and the desk clerk insisted the room be paid for again. I presented my copy of the receipt from Hotels.com and eventually received a new room key. We reserved the Comforts Inn at Lombard during Labor day weekend, and we are really impressed with the quality of the hotel compared to the money we paid. Our room has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, very clean and also has fridge and microwave which is very handy since we have a small kid. And our son just loved the pools and hot tub in the first […] floor, and we spent at least 1 hour every day during our stay there. The complimentary breakfast is awesome with plenty of choices, coffee, milk, cereal, sausage, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, orange and apple juice, pancake, etc. It saved us a lot of money and time during the morning. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and would not turn down any reasonable request, and the cleaning staff is efficient and doing a great job. We definitely will pick this hotel as our next stay and would recommend to anybody who asks for the reference. Mehr

We had a good stay for 2 nights, very clean, nice staff. right next door to McDonald's which our kids liked. If you are looking for something near O'hare, this would be a good place....20 mins from airport, comfort inn suites is the best possible comfort for the value...The rooms are spacious and well maintained... The only minus I can think is that the place is around 20 miles from downtown...Overall a great place to stay....

This place is clean, quiet, beds are good and bathroom is nice. Got free internet and complimentary hot breakfast. Hot tub and Indoor Swimming pools is great. The only issue is it's little far from downtown (25-30 mins) in regular traffic. We stayed 2 nights recently and it was pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice and clean and so was our room. It was bigger than the usual 2 queen bed rooms. It had a little extra area with sofabed and a coffee table. Breakfast was not bad at all. We do not eat meat so it was perfect for us. There was a waffle maker, toaster, plain bagels, bread slices, English muffins, cup cakes, apple/orange juices, coffee, […] green tea and some other breakfast items. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub looked good (though we did not use them). My only complaint would be that the bathroom door lock did not work and when I went to the front desk and told them about it, the lady was looking totally uninterested in hearing what I was saying and then after taking some efforts told me that the service guy will only come on the next day but nobody showed up next day until we checked out. But overall my experience with the hotel was good. I will stay there again and recommend it to other people. Mehr
