The hotel is located outside of the city but easily accessible with the metro and the shuttle bus. Which, unfortunately, was quiet unreliable. Staff was formal but not friendly. The room however was very big and the bathroom in a very good shape. We usually walked to the metro station wonderland (13 Min.) and took the train to downtown (appr. 20 Min.). […] There was not much around the hotel (Shopping, grocery etc.) but parking was for free and very easy. Sehr ordentliches Hotel mit engagiert freundlichen Service in der Nähe des Flughafens. Um Boston zu entdecken würde man sich aber eher etwas in der Nähe der Innenstadt suchen.

The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Great staff - everyone was extremely helpful.

- Hotel nicht gerade Zentral gelegen, Vorort von Boston, aber für Mietwagen Besitzer ideal, grosser Gratis Parkplatz, und gut zu erreichen, Gratis Internet und WILAN sowie Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Hotel wurde gerade frisch renoviert. Im Hotel hat es ein sehr gutes preiswertes Mex Restaurant mit Bar. Hotel bietet eine Shuttlebus zu der U Bahnstation […] sowie zum Flughafen an. Hotel is a bit harder to get to if coming from the north. Once there the hotel staff was very quick at check in. Lobby, pool, the entire hotel looked well taken care of. Room was very comfortable and well appointed, Bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows. Bonus is having a Margarita's restaurant downstairs, very good food and easy to find your […] room. Mehr

had a little trouble finding the hotel, otherwise a nice stay.

Very nice. Convenient to airport. Comfortablle beds. Only complaint was towels were very rough. That nice of Hotel should have much nicer toewls.

I was scared when I figured out that the hotel was in Revere - mad too, I've never been fond of the route 1 area but here I was. I was SO surprised to have received Consierge-like check in service and all with a smile. The room was immaculate and the bathroom - pristine. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. There were families enjoying the […] amenities and I had a flawless overnight stay. I'd both recommend this hotel and consider it to a pricey downtown hotel the next time I'm in town. Bravo! Mehr

Have stayed here on many occassions. Not a bad hotel. Rooms clean, close to the airport and offers airport shuttle. On day of check out, someone tried to open my room door at 8 a.m. and they took off as soon as I yelled room was occupied. Told front desk staff; she shrugged shoulders and continued to work on her computer. (Was not housekeeping as no […] one was there with a cart, and person fled quickly in case you're wondering). Would recommend using ALL door locks when staying at THIS hotel. Mehr

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious. It was $$ to get a cab to Boston downtown b/c extra for tunnel toll, but was very easy and close to airport.

Comfort Inn & Suites in Revere provided a good place to stay before an early morning flight, and after returning on a late flight. For a reasonable amount we were able to leave our car there for the week, and took the shuttle to and from the airport. Many flight crews seem to stay there, do the quality of the rooms is fine (not 5 star luxurious, but […] more than adequate to our needs for the one night stays). We did not have to wait long for the shuttle, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive to making our stay pleasant. We would recommend it and would stay there again. Mehr

Easy ride to Logan makes this a perfect place to stay for a flight. Can't beat the free parking - makes the stay worth it!

I was so impressed with some of the conveniences this hotel offers. Breakfast put out very very early so if you have a flight early that morning you can grab an easy bite to eat. Indoor swimming pool. It isn't very big and was crowded with kids the 2 days I was there. They have several shuttles that go to and from the airport and subway station. which […] makes getting picked up and dropped off quick and painless. The shuttles run 24 hours so all you have to do is call and the longest I waited was 15 minutes. the staff was amazing and very willing to help in any way. For example we originally were only staying one night so we checked out went to the airport but decided on one more day. We called the hotel and they reversed the check out, added another night for the same price we had for the first night, and then had a shuttle ready for a pick up! I plan on staying here again! Mehr

Nice hotel. Nice pool that uses ion to keep clean. Very good breakfast. Nice lobby. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself was nice, cozy, and the staff friendly, however if you aren't from Boston, the term "Logan Airport Location" is a stretch. Although using the shuttle system would have saved us a headache, if you have a rental car, it is very difficult to find the place.

Was my first time staying at this hotel and I waited at airport for shuttle but after 1 hour still no shuttle so i called hotel and they said i have to reserve. This made me angry as i never meet many hotels who make u reserve for a pick up but have often met them when you want to leave hotel so i was confused by the way they operate this shuttle service. […] The room i had which was queen room was clean but very out-dated and the ceiling had paint shedding. Staff friendly enough and location is fine for flying out of logan. Mehr

Hotel was nice, room was clean, bathroom was very nice. Love the couch in the room (402). Love the fact that there is a Mexican Restaurant next door. No complains, I would come back here again.

My stay was short and suite! The staff assisted in any questions that I had and provided explicit directions to places that I needed to go. I would say that this is one of the best places to stay, due to its proximity to the airport.

Very nice for an"airport" hotel. Good bed. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Good in hotel restaurant. Very happy with my stay there.

I loved how clean and professional they were. I did not like the neighborhood though.

If you're flying in/out of Logan airport, you can't beat this hotel for value and quality. There's a complimentary shuttle that runs every 30 minutes around the clock to/from the airport. You can also ride this shuttle to the subway station if you have time to go into downtown, which we did--very convenient!! There's no fee to park your car on site. […] They are also pet friendly for a small fee. Breakfast is included, but I didn't get to partake since we had to leave earlier than 6:00am. The hotel is appears newer with nice furniture, bathrooms, and linens. Only complaint is the pillows--very uncomfortable; you need 2 or 3 of them to equal the loft of a normal pillow. And no, it's not a great neighborhood if you want to see the city, but most airport locations are not. The staff was also EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, which was a very pleasant surprise. They made great recommendations on area attractions and travel logistics. Mehr

has free shuttle to airport when there was a loud party starting and I could hear it 3 floors up they moved us up to the 7th floor immediately and were very nice about it the food for breakfast was fresh, hot, and the servers were very nice, it was also plentiful and constantly refreshed for the money this was a fine hotel and I'd stay here again if […] I needed to be right by the airport Mehr

The hotel was further from the airport than I thought it would be. The only negative was that the shuttle driver drove right past me at the terminal, and I had to call again for pickup. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, about 11: 30pm, and overslept , so I had to rush out in the morning so I didn't get to use the breakfast. The shuttle did […] take me to the car rental agency that morning which eliminated having to go to terminal then riding car rental agency shuttle. Mehr

This hotel was a last minute booking as due to the nor'easter snow storm the hotel we had booked further out of Boston had no power. We had a late check in as we had spent the day in Salem for Halloween with our 12 year old. The staff were extremely corteous and helpful at check in. We had a lovely clean and bright room with two king size beds and a […] nice size ensuite. Breakfast was served the next day until 10am and you had a decent selection of items e.g. waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal, granola & yoghurt. After checking out I realised I needed to make a call to Conneticut and the receptionist very kindly lent me her mobile (cell) to make the call. This hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport and two computers linked to a laser jet printer as well as two computers dedicated purely to printing off boarding passes too.. We did not eat dinner there so I cannot comment on that. I certainly would reccomend this hotel. Mehr
