Ein gutes Hotel - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich war gut und das Personal war sehr freindlich. :-)

Being close to the airport, restaurants, and reasonably priced, Comfort Inn and Suites is perfect! We stayed at the beginning (outbound portion) of our trip and although they had run out of several items in the continental breakfast, the hostess was pleasant and tried to have food available as she could. We understand that the hotel has since changed […] owners and the pool was closed at the time we were there, to be inspected and later reopened. Perhaps that was the reason for the shortage of food in the kitchen on the outbound portion of our trip. On the return portion, we found the front reservation woman most helpful and friendly, as well as the food well stocked in the kitchen. The room was quiet and clean and we had a great overnight stay! It's not the Hyatt, but acceptable for price.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. There was pubic hair in the bathtub. A hole was cut in the room floor and covered with a piece of plywood. There were no towels in the pool area (although the rack they should be on was there). The whirlpool's timer knob was missing so it could not be turned on. The pool itself was so dirty you could […] barely see the bottom. The neighborbood around the hotel is BAD. My wife wouldn't leave the room after dark and I don't blame her. The hotel was okay. We we arrived the check in process was fast. Upon entering the room, it was clean. My only issues were not enough towels and no sheets and blankets for the sofa sleeper. There is plenty of dining in the area. The pool and jacuzzi are great. Although for the money I spent, I expected a little more concierge no toothpaste, shampoo, […] or lotion. The staff was very personable and professional. The room was clean. The remote control for the television did not work properly and the batteries were held with scotch tape. Also, there was bar soap instead of pump soap in the public bathroom near the pool. The complimentary breakfast and the ride to the airport/Marta was very convenient. Can use some updates in rooms and breakfast. Staff extremely nice and tried to accomodate best to their ability. I think nicer may be available for that price.

Clean room and polite staff. Close to airport. If you are bothered by Airport noise this is not the place, but it didn't bother me. King suite was comfortable. Small pool and work out area, but in good condition. Overall satisfied for the price.

The room was clean and the hotel is pretty quiet, considering its proximity to the airport. The morning shuttle to the airport is very reliable but make sure you bring the hotel phone number so you can call for a ride from the airport. It seemed a little slow in the evenings; they promise every 1/2 hour but it seemed longer.

Was outdated, gross, and the room was sprayed with some serious disgusting chemicals making it hard to breathe. I will say that the staff was great!

Great price on a comfortable room with a friendly staff. Park free and shuttle to ATL airport--shuttle ran every 30 minutes, so saved us a ton of money in parking fees!

Waited 30 mins for shuttle that never came. Got onto van that was overcrowded and went to 3 hotels. Hotel couldnt find me res, even after I called hotels.com and passed on my res number. Had to wait for fax to come through. Took me 1.5 hrs from airport to the room and i was 3rd in line not 9th! The desk person was VERY APOLOGETIC to her credit. She […] gave me a $3 discount (wowee) and upgraded me to a suite. Suite was probably wider than a reg room but not necessarily better esp since it was right across from noisy elevator. Hot water didn't come for 20 mins, then it was scorching hot or cold. Air was stale and decor was tired and dim. I'm not a snob but this sucked especially after a long day. Mehr

Great for quick access to airport. The only con is that the hotel/airport shuttle is not available 24-hours.

Room was small but shower was roomy with good water pressure. AC was quiet. Not too many places to eat within walking distance. easy access to 85 and the beltway.

Flew to Atltanta for a one day meeting. I stayed in the Comfort for two nights. Staff was very friendly and accomdative. Free breakfast was more extensive than I expected with an attendant on duty to monitor and assist customers. Free airport shuttle picked up me and dropped me off immediately upon request. Excellent Value!

The hotel was close to the airport, had a good breakfast and an excellant indoor pool/hot tub. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definately stay here again if I fly out of Atlanta. The price was the BEST!!

Hotel was easy to get with a free shuttle to and from the airport, also useful to get back to the airport and take the MaRTA into the city. Excellent breakfast. Front desk staff was amazing, beyond helpful, made recommendations, printed out maps! Do not stay here, very rude... You can not go out in the neighborhood at night, computers were not working, ac unit was filthy...woke up with a soar throat. Breakfast only had one waffle maker with 15 people in line. We left and had to drive far for breakfast.

I reached Hartsfield a few minutes after midnight By the time shuttle service was shutdown But still hotel folks were able to send me a shuttle in a jiffy to pick me up Very considerate to customers

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. We were looking for a place to stay close to the airport that was reasonable and clean. This place offered that and more. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.

If you arrive later you need to call hotel for pickup, I rode with another hotel in the area. Several.

I would recommend this hotel on price and location. It did have a shuttle to the airport, which was efficient. However, there were several issues I had. I previously asked if the shuttle ran 24 hours as I had an early flight and I was told it did. When I got there, they said it started at 5 a.m. I rang specifically the day I was to check in asking if […] there was a computer where I could print boarding passes and I was assured there was. Upon arrival there was a computer but no printer. I was travelling with children and booked a room with a pullout sofa. I specified they would be sleeping on the sofa and when I arrived it was not made up and I had to request bedding. For cost and location I would recommend it but not otherwise. And, none of the reception/staff apologized for information given falsely. Mehr

Great hotel at a wonderful price.

When we checked into our hotel room the television did not work and when we requested a new room they said they had to wait for the manager to arrive 3 hours later. What they really had to wait for was the manager to leave for the night. Horrible customer service and room without maintenance!

The cleaning staff must be blind to have missed so many things. Return air vent filthy, cigarette burns in non-smoking room, dirty light fixtures.

Very clean and very helpfull staff. Not many local restaurants within walking distance. I would definately stay again. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
