The hotel was quite nice. It is evidently an older building, since certain things like the elevator and the air conditioning in the first room, would break down or did not work at all. The management stayed on top of this (elevators), and gave us a new room after the first night (because of broken air conditioning). very central in Vina del Mar with good access to local train station. comfortable hotel with helpful staff. I would return to this hotel if I was in the area again

The hotel is about 5 blocks from the beach, and the downtown area of vina del mar. We were comfortable in this hotel--the included breakfast was extensive and satisfying. The air conditioner is marginal, and you must call the front desk to have them "turn on the cold air" . Did not work well. We could not open the windows to enjoy the outside cool air. […] The hotel arranged for a tour of the surrounding area on their private van. It was very good. Mehr

The hotel is nicely located next to the city centre. The staff are very kind and understanding. The rooms are clean and tidy. If I come again it shall be my best choice.

Our stay in this hotel was fine; however, we were asked if we wanted express checkout and signed for same. However, the morning of our departure we were waiting for our vehicle to arrive and were hailed by the manager because we had not checked out. It was then necessary to go back to the desk and complete the process. Anyway, not sure what express […] checkout means at this hotel so be aware. Restaurant has very good food but servers can be testy. Our friends, who had a separate room, had a bad experience with the hotel that was related to service. The wife forgot a quantity of jewelry contained in a pouch when she was packing. She later contacted the hotel to see if they found it. Someone there emailed back and said they had and that they would send it to her if she would forward a cashier's check for $30 to cover shipping costs. She did this and mailed the check to them. The response was that no one by that name worked there and they knew nothing about her jewelry. Obviously her mistake to leave the items but I'll leave it to you to evaluate the double talk. Mehr

Hotel com aparência razoável. Não tem luxo, mas também nada que desabone. Quarto confortável e instalações gerais bem razoáveis. Tem garagem e um serviço de concierge eficiente.

Quem falou mal deste hotel é pura frescura. O café e o quarto são ótimos! A cama é gigante e devem ter achado ruim que o banheiro não é exatamente novo, mas é de primeira e sempre limpinho. Vá sem medo. Bem localizado, pode-se ir a pé para os principais pontos de Viña del Mar.

Si no necesita un hotel con vista al mar puedo recomendar el Marina del Rey, especialmente si viajas en auto, tiene servicio de estacionamiento abierto las 24 horas y funciona sin dificultad. Las piezas son cómodas y no ruidosas, extrañe el aire a condicionado en verano pero están muy calefaccionadas en invierno. El personal es amable, sirven un buen […] desayuno y tratan de agradar al cliente. En general ofrece un buen servicio. Su ubicación es en el puro centro comercial de Viña no muy lejos de la playa y el casino, ambos a más o menos 10 minutos caminando. Buen acceso a locomoción. Mehr

es un hotel antiguo, bien conservado, los alrededores son solitarios de noche El desayuno es bastante completo (falta jugo de naranja ) para mi es imprecindible. La atención es buena Considero que por el precio el servicio, y las comodidades del hotel no son suficientes

Gostei muito do Hotel, do atendimento do pessoal e a viagem a vinã del mar, foi inesquecivel.

Um bom hotel para viagem a negócios ou rápidas escapadas de férias. O hotel foi recentemente reformado,perto das principais atrações de Vina del Mar. O grande problema do hotel, são as "clássicas" banheiras com "cortininhas" e a falta de ar condicionado. Dá para dormir com a janela aberta somente ate as 6. Esperabamos ver un hotel centrico con piscina. Precio alto para hotel sin piscina, terraza o jardin.

Hôtel très bien situé et avec des prestations de qualité. Beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

O hotel esta muito bem localizado. O atendimento e a gentileza dos funcionários é impecável. A comida é muito gostosa e os preços honestos. A hotel é antigo e simples mas está razoavelmente bem mantido. Os apartamentos são espaçosos e a limpeza tem bom padrão.

Hotel muito bom. Apenas o ar condicionada que n'ao funcionava a contento, mas como estava frio em Vina nem solicitei ajuste a recepcao. Jantar muito bom e a um preco justo. Se voltar a Vina certamente ficarei novamente no hotel.

boa localização - bom custo / beneficio

Boa relação custo-benefício. O hotel é um pouco velho, mas limpo, tem estacionamento grátis, internet free e o quarto é confortável, sem luxo. A localização é boa.
