Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bhfs. Nørreport (direkte Metro zum Flughafen) gelegen, allerdings muss man mit Gepäck noch ca. 10 Min. laufen. Richtung Nørreport gibt es auch einen Platz mit vielen Cafes so wie genug Supermärkte mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Auf der anderen Seite des Wassers liegt Nørrebro, auch mit vielen Cafes usw.. Das Hotel ist durch die Lage in einer Seitenstrasse/Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Die Rezeption war schnell und freundlich. Im Hotel zwei Passagen mit Treppen wo man die Koffer tragen muss (u.a. Eingang). Das Frühstück ist Bio, aber Wochentags nur bis 10 Uhr verfügbar, daher ungetestet. Das Zimmer im 4. Stock war hell und freundlich, das Queensize-Bett mit 1,40m Breite aber etwas schmal. WLAN-Empfang schnell und problemlos. Zu den Kritikpunkten: Im TV gab es nur ein internationales Programm, der Rest war dänisch und schwedisch. Im Bettzeug gab es in kleines Loch, das hätte man sehen können als Roomservice. Grösstes Problem war die Dusche...sehr geringer Wasserdruck und laufend starke Temperaturwechsel, aber das hing vielleicht mit der Lage des Zimmers zusammen. Irritierend war noch der Hinweis auf der MiniBar: "Missbrauch" (also lagern von eigenen Sachen drin) soll 75 DKK kosten. In Rechnung gestellt wurden die jedoch glücklicherweise nicht. Auch noch schade: Man konnte (oder wollte?) für uns nicht im mit dem Hotel assoziierten ital. Restaurant "Rocca" reservieren. Wir haben uns deshalb das Essen über den Room Service bringen lassen.

Das Hotel liegt zwar mitten im Rotlichtviertel, dafür aber auch zentral, direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Zur Stadtmitte mit den Einkaufsstraßen etc. geht man zehn Minuten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber. Leider war es auch ziemlich hellhörig, besonders zum Flur hin. Da die Türen von außen keine Klinken haben, werden sie zugeworfen, was besonders nachts stört. Durch einen großen Spalt zwischen Tür und Rahmen drang nachts viel Licht in mein Zimmer. Die Betten sind sehr weich, nichts für empfindliche Rücken. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und zu jeder Zeit war etwas frei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Internet ist unverhältnismäßig teuer. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt dort jedoch sehr angenehm.

Dank des Vergnügungsparks Tivoli, der im Jahr 1843 gegründet wurde, ist dieses Gebiet heute das belebteste Viertel der Stadt. Der Park ist stolzer Besitzer einer der ältesten noch in Betrieb befindlichen Holzachterbahnen und verfügt zudem über das höchste Karussell der Welt. Das Pantomimentheater stammt aus dem Jahr 1874. "Schönes Hotel zentral und ruhig gelegen"
Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende über Pfingsten in Kopenhagen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber angenehm ruhig. Der Service ist gut und vor allem sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut aber nicht übermässig groß. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, wozu auch der Innenhof beitrug, in dem man bei gutem Wetter gern den Tag ausklingen lässt. "Würde ich wieder buchen"
Das Hotel war wirklich ok. Zimmer waren sauber und die Einrichtung recht neu. Personal war nett bis auf das im Frühstücksraum - die waren unbeholfen, tolpatschig und wenig umsichtig. Frühstück und Abendsnack waren kostenlos inbegriffen (bis Abends auf die Getränke), was wirklich ein netter Service ist. Es gibt eine Internet Ecke sowie Wireless Internet […] gratis in allen Zimmern. Einzig nachts ist es am Wochenende recht laut auf der Straße, da es direkt an die Feiermeile angrenzt. Mehr

angenehmes hotel und guter lage zur innenstadt und zum bahnhof, von dem man aber nichts hört. das zimmer war schön ausgestattet und hat 2 kleinere badezimmer - das eine mit toiltette und waschbecken und das andere mit dusche und kleineren waschbecken. alles sehr gepflegt. frühstücksraum ist ein wenig klein - dadruch ein bißchen "gewuseln" am morgen. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein. Das Badezimmer etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und nicht sehr sauber. Der Duschkopf hat sich immer gegen die Wand gedreht. Ein angenehmes Duschen war unmöglich.
"Empfehlenswert!"
Das Hotel bietet einem umfassenden all-inclusive Service an welcher Morgenessen, Nachmittagskaffe und Nachtessene beinhaltet. Alle Speisen sind immer schön präsentiert. Ausserdem sind die Zimmer sehr schön gestaltetet und modern eingerichtet. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

+ Freundliches Hotelpersonal, gratis Tee und Kaffe rund um die Uhr. In ca. 10 min ist man zu Fuß in der City-Fußgängerzone. - Die Superiorzimmer sind nicht groß und beim kleinen Abendessen ist der Speisebereich bei voller Belegung ausgelastet. "Sehr guter Hotel an super Lage"
Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet für einen Städtetrip. Wenige Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum, absolut ruhig (Zimmer zum Innenhof). Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, auch das im Preis inbegriffene Abendbuffet ist perfekt. The 'all inclusive' aspect of the hotel was a pleasant surprise with an excellent choice at breakfast; beverages and cakes throughout the afternoon and a light buffet meal in the evening.The hotel was ideal for a short city break.The Hotel is on the edge of the equivalent of London's Soho but in the opposite direction there are large department stores, […] restaurants and bars. "Pleasant suprise"
The hotel staff were all friendly and helpfull and we were pleasantly suprised over the food service, breakfast buffet, afternoon coffee and cakes and evening buffet meal; all included in the room price! There was also a cosy lounge area to sit and enjoy and relax along with bowls of fresh fruit to nibble on. Nice homely atmosphere.

"Friendly cozy hotel in a convenient location"
This is a cozy little hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast is provided as well as a light dinner buffet. I enjoy this as a single traveler. In the evenings when I don't want to venture out, I don't have to. It is a short walk to the train station and close to the shopping restaurants and museums. I stayed for a weekend with my girlfriend in the Clarion Hotel Mayfair in November. The hotel is in a great location close to Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are pretty good although small, but this is common in Copenhagen. The included breakfast buffet is fairly good but not an extensive selection, the free evening buffet is very limited and very small […] portions. I used my welcome rewards on this hotel, it was a good weekend, the hotel did the job and was perfectly adeqaute and in a good locaiton, but I would have been disappointed in I'd paid full price for this particular hotel. This hotel was easy to find and close to the railway station. It is quiet and the breakfast and evening buffet are excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walk of less-than 10 minutes to/from the central train station. Seriously good breakfast and the dinner buffet (appetizer, two salads, an entree, cheese, fruit and desert) was very welcome, given the price of Copenhagen restaurants.

room on street side was noisy and bright at night and if you cose the curtains it was too hot. Meals were a terrific value--breakfast and supper were plenty.

very small rooms. Strip bar right across the street with glowing neon signs. Location convenient to tourist attractions. Biggest draw was the included dinner and breakfast as meals in Copenhagen are very expensive.
"First experience in Denmark"
On the plus side, the people in Denmark and at the hotel were friendly, helpfull, and quick to provide service. The hotel has two contiguous 'salons' where you can meet, read, sip coffee or tea. Clients kept talking about the convenience of having the hotel restaurant and how food was expensive elsewhere. I did not share their hipe, as I felt the food […] was more than ordinary, the fruits too ripe, and the menu desperately short and repetitive over 5 days. The room was very small, and the 'desk' did not appropriately allow any sort of work. The free WiFi was slow (sometimes too much to hold a conversation on Skype, no video), and you could connect only one iThing at a time thus forbidding syncs. The drain of the shower filled and the shallow basin overflowed; the T° of the hot water was barely body temp, and it took forever to raise from the magma layers deep under the crust of the earth if you were on an early schedule and were the first to open the hot water tap. To be fair, it is my first stay in Denmark and I cannot compare. Would I go again? I would probably want to compare. Mehr
Convenient hotel, staff helpful, clean, very quiet. Good breakfast, lovely light dinner buffet.
No real complaints about this hotel. Room did not have a/c, and I love the room to be ice cold, so this was my only major issue. Room was fine for the one night we stayed there. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We did not try to the buffet downstairs so I cannot offer an opinion on that. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Drinks for dinner are not free but one does not have to order and can have free tea/coffee. Also outside area fro eating with a hidden romantic corner. Rooms with good insulation. Never heard […] any noise from the street but I could hear someone from above; probably the ceiling from the 4th floor to the fifth top one was not concrete. The Mayfair is perfectly located for the central station and Tivoli gardens no more than 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast buffet is ample, and the evening supper meant we did not need to look for a restaurant at night - very handy as Copenhagen is not the cheapest city I have visited.
