wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der offene Kamin mit bereit gelegtem Feuerholz hat viel Spass gemacht. Schönes großes Zimmer, gemütlich eingerichtet. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Sehr gutes Hotel für den Anfang und das Ende unserer Rundreise durch die Rocky Mountains. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Whirlpool im Freien mit Blick auf die Berge sehr entspannend. Serviceleistung des Empfangspersonals überdurchschnittlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Chalets sind großzügig konzipiert und bestens ausgestattet, da fehlt es an nichts. Gut auch die Lage (schnell im Nationalpark, kostenfreie Internetnutzung, Prospektmaterial, naher Supermarkt). Der Service passt. Eine Empfehlung wert!

"noisy room"
Our room was a nice size and comfy but very noisy we had constant noise in the washroom that kept us up i would stay again but in a different room

"Terrible"
One of the worst hotels/motels I have ever been to. They didnt even change the bed sheets when I checked in, price was overcharge, Under staff, takes forever to get something or even have the reception answer the phone. Room is terrible, AC sucks, the Heater smells and everything is dirty. Overall it is one terrible place to stay at, esp for a redicoulas […] price I do not recommend staying in that sad excuse of a hotel/motel. Save your money, ur better off sleeping in your car. Mehr

"1 night overnight"
Though it was only for a night's overstay...I must say the front desk gentleman (a young Chinese man) was very good. I was amazed that he was the only one running the place. My child needed some milk and though the breakfast room was closed as we only checked in at around 11pm - he kindly opened the room in order for me to get my milk. I was totally […] impressed. The rooms were very comfortable and rates affordable. Even the breakfast the next morning was good - though we had to wait as the B/F room was small and crowded - we managed to get seats after a short time. Kids loved it - adults were impressed. Definitely will stay again should the opportunity arise. Keep u pthe good work guys. Mehr
"BW PLUS SIDING 29 LODGE"
Location was a 15 minute walk to town centre. Very small swimming pool. no restaurant on site. Had a very inexperienced receptionist on duty with a booked out hotel, she was working very hard and guests where inpatient with only one person on duty. She worked hard to rectify the mistake Hotels.com did with an incorrect room type reservation and gave […] us another extra room at a discounted rate. Closest Local restaurant was good. Mehr
"Out of sight, but easy walk to everything!"
I booked this hotel after a reccomendation from a friend who lives in Canda ... Happy with the overall service at the hotel ... staff very helpful, pleasent and happy to help. The hotel is a little old compaired to some others near by, but the hotel is still in good nick! Pool and Jacuzzi is nice after a hard day skiing! Room was nice, good facilities […] ... but my girlfriend and i had a bad back after 5 nights sleeping on the bed. It was too hard for us, but each to their own! The hotel was 5 minutes walk to the main 'shopping' and bar area. It is out the way enought to avoid any noise from drunks etc, but easy to walk into it all if you want!. Other hotels are near by which offer food / drinks which we were happy with. If you are going Skiing ... There is a bus stop to Lake Louise 100M down the street. If you are going to Sunshine, it is a 10 minute walk (in ski boots) to get picked up ... which can be tough! Surrounding is quiet, very pleasant and reasoanbly comfortable. If you want to stay off the 'main drag' this is a good budget hotel with breakfast and other local hotels for other meals. If you want to be in the main bar / shopping area ... you may wish to look closer to the main street ... Banff Avenue jct. Wolf Street Mehr
