Ramada Inn Pasadena - Pasadena

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. There were some maintenance issues (plug in strip was very loosely mounted to wall, shower head wouldn't stay in "up" position, it kept dropping down. Continental breakfast was as expected.

The inn keepers were all very nice. Breakfast is decent considering the inexpensive nightly rate. Found crumbs on chairs. Carpet is old. Walls need painting. Bathroom & shower were acceptable, roomy, shower stall was comfortable, & water pressure was great.

What I liked: The people in the front desk are really kind, they speak spanish, and they told me how to arrive to the places I wanted to visit. Requested a toddler bed and didnt get it. During breakfast we felt like we were.being watched and couldnt enjoy it.

We were able to play our music, ride bikes around the neighborhood, and eat at Roscoe's. Wouldn't walk in the hotel room barefoot but breakfast was nice and sheets were clean.

This hotel exceeds many three-star hotels.

The excellence of this hotel surpasses many two-star hotels. I was very satisfied with my experience there.

All was fine, room was nicer than expected, cozy bed. But hotel was doing construction on a Sunday morning!? I understand during the work week but not on a Sunday. Also dryer was broken and I was made to feel like I was the wrong one for bothering the owners with my wet clothes from their laundry room. Two young front desk people (male/female) were […] great. On the surface, the Ramada Inn at Pasadena fits the practical purchase- good location, standard amenities, large and clean room. The problem, however, was the noise that seemed to penetrate the thin walls with relative ease. Throughout the night and morning, every car honk, conversation, suitcase roll, squeal of pleasure could be heard... Needless […] to say, I did not get a good night's sleep. If rest and comfort are your goals, I would suggest to look elsewhere. If good location and pricing is more predominant, and you intend to make the noise rather than hear it, this place will suffice. i booked this room for a night and it was a nice sized room for the price. it also had a fridge and microwave which helped. in the morning there was a huge breakfast buffet and the quality of the food was good. i would recommend this room to a friend

Hotel is very old and so was room. Carpet hasnt been changed right when the hotel was constructed. Smelly room and not so comfortable bed. SKetchy Neighbourhood.

We booked two unrefundable nights with bated breath. The Inn was easy to find. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating, letting us change rooms from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, giving us extra blankets, coffee, etc. The bathroom was clean though tiny, the hot water was very hot, with good pressure. But the carpet was dirty, with a thick layer […] of dust near all the corners and walls, and the heater/air conditioner blew a loud uncomfortable draft. The furniture was nice, but the bed was shifting off the wooden frame, and there was no luggage rack. The flat panel tv was good, the fridge worked, and there were microwave ovens and laundry machines on the landings. There was no traffic noise, but the neighbors kept banging their doors. The breakfast was not worth going back the second day. We plan to look for something nearer to West Pasadena on our next trip. Mehr

The hotel stay over New Years and the Rose Parade was wonderful. Hotel had great security for the parade to make sure only guests had parking places. Received complimentary gift on New Years Eve from hotel that I wasn't expecting (cider and cookies in each room). I needed to extend my stay one extra night and was easily accommodated. At first sight the room looks clean but as you stop, pause and look closer...the was an open safety pin on the floor, dirty edges around all flooring of carpet and bathroom. A hair that didn't belong to me in the tub, hair under the bathroom floor and needed a better mopping. You can put dark 1/2" granite in any room by wall, floor and counter...though […] to the trained and cautios eye...you have to stop and see where they cut corners. With this upgrade...dirt can be hidden all too easily. It may look nice, but you become more wary of what may not be up to par. Mehr

Adequate. Nothing fancy. OK continental breakfast. Being remodeledwith better mattresses and granite countertops.

Beds were comfortable and had beautiful bedding. Room was extremely clean. Little loud outside with the cleaning cart (?) at 6am on a Sunday morning, but otherwise, not a bad stay for a great value. Would recommend for those on a budget!

This was very first stay at any ramada hotel, and I loved it. I will definately return for another stay. The room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. You know you go to some motel/hotels, and they do not feel like as if you are at home. The ramada felt like me being at home. Very satisfied!!!

We had mixed feelings about our stay at the Ramada Inn Pasadena. The room was clean upon our arrival, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-fi was good, and the location is very convenient to where we were visiting. However, there were a lot of small ants in the room and we never had maid service on the second day of our stay (we were there two nights). We had to move rooms 3 times because the carpets were wet and smoke. Then,when we got to our room, in the morning they are doing construction with saws and hammering. I was not pleased at all.

I had gone to Pasadena for a wedding and my one-night stay was reasonably comfortable - I got just what I exporcted and needed.

Right on a busy street. The neighborhood isn't the best as I saw some guys checking out the dealership across the street at 10pm one night. Cleanliness is lacking but the beds are actually comfortable. Friendly staff though.

This hotel was not as clean as I expected from a Ramada Hotel. It was more like a hotel that people live in on a monthly basis. We wouldnt stay here again!

When we first walked up to the lobby there were some people hanging around outside. One was a very large man with shorts and a t-shirt that did not cover his enormous belly. The lady at the front desk needs a lesson in customer service. The batteries in the TV remote were dead. Other than that, the room was fine.

Good room, beds, furniture, housekeeping, though prep & painting could be better & outside needs a little. But overall, quite decent with good breakfast. Biggest negative was lousy WiFi service b/c of inadequate bandwidth. Also, having to keep getting new passwords for each person in the room was a nuisance and unnecessary.

There was a problem with the lack of cold water in the bathroom and therefore I was almost burned during my shower. As I turned on the hot water in the room the cold was only dripping due to low water pressure. I believe we stayed in room #230. Unfortunately at breakfast a man seemingly affiliated with hotel staff was making unpleasant sounds during […] breakfast which made breakfast unpleasant. For the price, the room was ok, the room was not sparkle clean, but it was very quiet, spacious, and the bed comfortable. Upon checking in in daylight, everything seemed ok, but when coming home from dinner after dark the hotel seemed a bit questionable and I decided not to walk through the parking lot to use the workout facilities.

For the price, this Ramada Inn was a very pleasant stay. Very friendly staff and, the maids actually waited until we were out of the room to clean it. At many hotels, they are knocking on the door before you have fully awakened. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very hot. The room was very spacious with a fridge and microwave.
