Very bust but a great comfortable area. Price was great and exactly what I expected. Highly recommend.

Desk clerk was competent, courteous & respectful. Room was reasonably clean, quiet & secure. Upscale image & features are absent but, overall, it's much better than you'd expect at the below-market price.

I think my biggest issue it that on the phones they need to put that long distance is charged highly, other then that; the hotel was cool.

This was the filthiest, most dangerous motel I've ever stayed in my life. I couldn't bring myself to take a shower in the disgusting shower. My husband and I left at 4:30AM to drive home, because of the yelling going on outside of our room, the loud party going on upstairs, and our closet shelving falling down. We had to stay in Atlanta for our infant daughter to have surgery and we did not want to spend an arm & a leg on a place to lay our head for a few hours. I decided to take a change with this hotel because it was the cheapest hotel within a few miles of the hospital. I was a little concerned because there were some negative reviews. However, upon arrival […] I knew that they were unmerited. My husband & I couldn't have been happier with our experience. The gentleman who helped us check in was extremely friendly, even though we arrived at 10 o'clock at night. The property was well maintained & felt secure. Our room was super clean and extremely spacious. Bed was comfortable, nice clean bathrooms, and even a kitchenette! All of this for a GREAT price. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in the area. A+ all the way! Mehr

I reserved this room online of course and I expected the place to be a little dumpy due to the low rate but I was surprised to find my Hotel was nice and clean and extras I did'nt expect like a full sz. iron and ironing board, a full sz. fridge and a stove and microwave and even a toaster heck I could live there for a while but I was only there 2 nights, […] and a Publix super Mkt. is next door along with several restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing missing was a memory foam Mattress. Mehr

Ok paid extra for non smoking room. came to check in hotel around 2 and room was not ready, after 20 min wait they said it was ready. It smelled like very old cigarettes, cleaning supplies and air freshner. Called the office and thats all they had available. Didn't feel like calling hotels.com to get the difference back from non smoking room and couldn't […] drive to another so I just dealt with it. They charge for internet and it is very slow even it you pay the EXTRA money for a faster connection. I did it and I hate to see the regular speed. lol. Very nice staff and clean. Centrally located and excellent restaurants in the surrounding areas.

After reading the reviews, my stay was exactly as I expected: a cheap stay in a cheaply managed property. To say it is no frills is giving it too much credit. There is nothing inviting about this place in terms of the accommodations, but it is in an extremely convenient location. If you want cheap and convenient, you'll get it here. If you book this […] property, keep your expectations in check and don't whine about it. In the case of Homestead, you pay for what you get. Shower-head did not work properly; half water came out shower-head, other half came out spigot. Pansa were not totally clean whenthe first day I was there. WIFI worked ok for email, surfing, but not for work--extremely slow. Not worth the extra 4.99 that they charge. Matress seemed very old, lumpy. This hotel stay was a horrible experience. Loud partying went on in the rooms around me into the wee hours, the room was filthy and had damage everywhere. I paid the $5 for internet service but the connection would only work for about 10 minutes each day. After 10 minutes I would be automatically logged off and unable to access it for the rest of the […] day. The people at the front desk were relatively friendly, but that was the only positive element. Overall, I did not feel safe and I couldn't wait to leave. I'm not entirely certain, but I think I might have been exposed to bedbugs at this hotel. Two days into the stay I started noticing bug bites on me and would get a few more each day. Once I came home I washed and fumigated my clothing and bags. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don't stay here. Mehr

I was a little scared because of some of the reviews, but I have this hotel a shot. I'm glad that I did because it was a good experience. It may not have been the absolute cleanest... but honestly, what hotel is? The staff was nice, the room is huge and can probably sleep 5. It had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a decent couch. This hotel was adequate. The rooms are clean but ordinary. Only complaint I would have is that there is no hair dryer in a room that is supposedly used for an extended stay. Also, no hair shampoo. Some trivial maintenance issues in bathroom that showed a little age but nothing offensive. Overall, a decent room for the price.

THE ROOM I WAS ASSIGNED WAS NOT SERVICED. IT WAS QUITE SHOCKING TO GRAB ALL MY BAGS OUT OF THE CAR AND GET TO THE ROOM AND BOOM! NOT CLEANED. TOWELS EVERYWHERE AND AND UNMADE BED. WHAT TICKED ME OFF WAS THE FACT THAT THE SECOND ROOM I WAS ASSIGNED WAS SMALLER AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS WERE JUMPING OR BANGING, EVEN AT 5 AM.

What a great bargain! This place was just perfect, and we saved so much being able to cook our own breakfast and fix our own lunches to take to the zoo.The bathtub was in kinda bad shape, but had been repaired and was clean. Other than that, no complaints at all. A blow dryer would have been nice, I never bring mine and missed having one.

Hotel located right next to a small shopping centre with supermarket, fast food, restaurants & pharmacy. 10-15 minute walk to Perimeter shopping mall & Marta train station, or take the regular bus which takes 3 minutes (buses every 10-15mins approx). Room equipped with large fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, 2 burner hob, crockery and cutlery. […] Pay $5 for wireless internet for whole stay and it does work! They don't clean the room unless you ask and I think there is a small charge. Only complaint was that it stated 'hairdrier available on request' but they didn't have any, so a bit inconvenient for international traveller. Also I suggest that they need a large dispenser of washing-up liquid on the wall, as there was nothing to wash the dishes/cups with and they were not 'sparkling clean' and it's not something I tend to have in my suitcase! Vey nice location, next to a Publix grocery store, the rooms have kichenettes so you can save on eating out. The rooms are clean and have Cable Tv. Good location close to everything freeway is about 5 minutes away.

Shopping center located within walking distance, friendly staff. Only bad thing was the bed was noisey, and bathroom cabinets were rotting out around the floor. Hairs and dirt gathered under the fridge door from mopping the floor but not moving anything.

Chose the hotel because of proximity to MARTA - only two blocks - which was great but be warned that there aren't sidewalks along much of the path. There is a shopping plaza in front, which was convenient. Hotel was very basic in amenities but bed was clean and comfortable and room was overall a good value.

I reserved double beds, but they only had a queen and pull out couch when I got there. The room also had a VERY bad smoke smell even though it was designated as nonsmoking. The 2 room suite was great if you were staying for more than 1 night.

2 major conference hotels in area with rooms more than twice what I paid at this hotel. Excellent location. Close to interstate, food & shopping. Will stay here again.
