Outside of hotel looked very nice, but the interior of the room, looked very outdated, stained carpet, dirty floor and shower tub drain stopped up. Pillow smelled....not at all impressed with interior...

Not cleaned adequately, for quite a long time. Would not book again.

The room was suppose to be a smoke free room and it was obvious it was a smoking room that had been cleaned. Was not happy about that and they had nothing else to move us to.

The hotel has two buildings, and I stayed in the first, but it was old, in ill repair, smelled bad enough that I had to go buy Febreeze, had NO amenities whatsoever, and had one person working checkin with 6 incoming guests, so checkin by itself took over 30 minutes. No shampoo or conditioner, cheap bar soap, scratchy towels, uncomfortable pillows (2) […] with no extras, bedspread with burn holes in it........you get the idea. On the plus side, it is just off Briley Parkway so it is very convenient. Mehr

Though the hotel looks nice from the street, and is located in an upscale business community, that all changes once you walk to your room. Cigarette butts, ashes and ashtrays sitting in huge clusters along the walk and on the stairs. In fact - the stairs and walkways outside the rooms were so awful I dreaded what I'd find in the room itself. No privacy […] sheers on the windows. Cracks in the ceilings that hadn't been repaired well. The bed was okay, and the linens clean. And I felt relatively safe - but only because I was right beside the street at the front. It's true that I was trying to keep costs down, but I won't stay here again. Mehr

I chose this hotel because of price and location. I knew I was not choosing a 5 star hotel but was surprised to find the room was dirty, there was no shampoo and so trash can any where. The only positive thing is the front desk staff person was professional and helpful.

Room was not clean, water bugs in the bathroom, pilllows the size of a hand towel, spider webs all over the outside door, yelling and screaming guest in the parking lot.

For a two star hotel and the price, it is hard to beat. The location is close to the Nasville airport and eating places. Bring you own shampoo and soap. They do provide soap but I advise bringing your own. Internet is not free, $5. Overall: location is fine, clean, cheap = will continue staying here.

Nice outdoors, basic indoors. Floors were unclean, pet hair everywhere including MY CLOTHES. Bring your own vacuum. Budget friendly and easy check in/out. Sketchy wifi service at best. Basic TV. All in all it was a place to sleep.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, THE GROUNDS WERE WELL KEPT.. THE ROOM WAS GOOD FOR WHAT WE NEEDED IT . 15 MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO GET TO. CLOSE TO DOWN TOWN..,MALLS AND AIRPORT

This is the second time I have stayed on this property. Having been a Wholesaler in the hospitality market in Florida I am somewhat familiar with what one should expect from this type of venue. The front desk very was very prompt and pleasant at check-in. However the room upon checking in was quite different. The cleaning staff had left a dirty hand […] towel on the floor in the bathroom., and upon opening the counter to find the dishware; I find a bag of dog food next to them. Also there is a coffe pot supplied, but no coffee.. I asked the front desk for a couple of bags and was told they had only towels to hand out, and no one was on staff to offer any supplies. Inaddition, the rooms chair and ottoman had never been cleaned. There were unsightly stains everywhere. Finaly the most annoying part of the stay was the ventaliation vent in the bathroom, it was a non-smoking room, but somehow it was picking up cigarette smoke from elsewhere and allowing it to drift into the room when not operational. In other words I had to leave the bathroom light/vent on at all times to vent the smoke smell from the room. Not pleasant! Mehr

The room was clean and parking was right outside my door. Loud neighbors who were outside the room every night and allowed doors to slam in the morning, just rude.

I was attending a conference, and the only thing about the neighborhood was that there were not any sidewalks to walk down, which was inconvenient during the rain. No breakfast served either for the price which would be included at many other locations.

This hotel is a good deal for extended stays on a budget but not my first choice for a brief stop to recuperate on an extended trip. Towels were stained, the room was so cold when we arrived that the air inside the refridgerator was warmer, and though the website indicated toiletries were provided, there was no shampoo. I have stayed at this hotel for years. Some trips are extended stays and others are one night. I have never had a complaint or issue with this property.

Was concerned at first because of a few reviews on here but overall this was a great stay. Room was clean, friendly front desk. I will say your room is not taken care of daily unless you request it and if you need extra towels you must take your dirties to the front desk. (I get this...alot of straling goes on in hotels and it can get expensive). I […] only paid a small amount a night for a room and the kitchenette was an added bonus. I was very pleased and will definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend. It's not immaculate or fancy but is a nice place to stay. Mehr

two stars isn't enough for this hotel. The front desk was helpful, the room was clean, they provided a toaster! who provides toasters?? the bed was comfortable. no problems at all. there's no pool, but I'd say homestead deserves at least three stars

Dirty room, old, dated, won't stay there again.

Location is really the key here. It is right next to Nashville Intl Airport, and is surrounded by other hotels and convention centres...perfect for the business traveller. If you want to be in the neart of Nashville, this is not for you. However the nightly rates were very reasonable, and could off-set taxi costs to-from the city. I received more than what I paid for, this hotel exceeded my expectation. Very affordable and comfortable.

Room was okay for price. But expected the room to be ready when we got there and had to wait over 30 mins. for a room to be ready, along with 5 other groups.

We had a very pleasurable stay at the hotel and everything we needed was taken care of!! We will most likely be staying here again. I was very pleased with rates as well. Thanks very much!!

WOW! This is the best kept secret in Nashville! I've stayed at many hotels, but none as clean, comfortable, quite and with such easy access to major roadways. I highly recommend a stay here! Try the Queen Suite with full kitchen! I came in for a Vanderbilt reunion party and the game on Saturday. Wanting to enjoy the party fully and not worry about the […] hour+ drive home, I booked this hotel from hotel.com. I must say, "Kudos to you". I loved the enamel tub. This is our second stay at Homestead. For the price it is a very nice place to stay.

The hotel was very nice. Everything was clean and in order. The only problem we had was the wireless internet did not work. Other than that everything was comfortable and quite nice.

It's was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled horrible, the a/c sucked and made really loud noises. But there was a lot of restaurants near by.

The room was clean, but they need to improve the bathroom. There was mold around the tub and the tub needs to be replaced. Due to the stain left from the mats.

I have stayed several times. Convenient location.

We stayed at this hotel during our time in Nashville for the Rock and Roll Marathon. The room was big and it was nice to have the small kitchen so we could prepare our own meals. The front desk staff was very nice and even allowed us to borrow some office supplies. The location of the hotel was a few miles from downtown Nashville and the car ride into […] the city was only about 10 minutes. This hotel more than met our needs.

We were pleasently surprised. After reading other postings I was a little fearful of this hotel. The was a GREAT place for the investment and 10 minutes from downtown or Opryland. We will stay here each time we go to Nashville!!!!

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel during the cma fest and I was completely satisfied with hotel. The room was clean and comfy. good location and nice neighborhood.

What a dump! It looks great on the outside but that's where it ended. There were ants coming in at a steady rate from the airconditioner, there were spiders in the drawers and other places, ants in the bathroom. There was mold all over the bottom of the shower mat, mold up the shower curtain and the drain was all green and yucky looking.
