"Absolutely recommended for staying in DFW"

Breakfast room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast included all you need. Bed was very comfortable and had many pillows. Great flat screen TV, Micro Wave and Fridge. I visited many Hotels in DFW and that was by far the best. I can recommend it.

"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

"Filthy Stay"
The hotel was completely disgusting and just filthy. The rooms had visible mildew around the tub surfaces. There were dead bugs on the floors and dirt caked on the ceiling in the bath room. "Very disappointed"
We checked in on Saturday and stayed through Tuesday. We were NEVER told, at check-in, that there wasn't going to be maid service during our stay. We would not have stayed there. We were stunned to learn on Sunday, that we had to haul our own dirty towels to the office for clean towels. Maid service wasn't until Wednesday. The bed was so hard, that […] a heating pad was purchased in order to get out of bed in the mornings. The air conditioner blew right on us and no way to adjust the vent, so the chair was moved in front of the unit to block the air. They don't clean the room everyday, but that's fine as I was only there 2 nights. Staff is very friendly. It's next door to a Walgreens and a few restaurants. I had a good experience overall. There's a mini-kitchen in the room which is usually a good thing (but the fridge is a bit loud so for light sleepers bring your earplugs). I felt safe and wel […] come. "Sickening, Smelly place...."
The hotel staff was curt with me and indicated that they didn't know WHY Expedia kept booking people in the hotel when they had NO VACANCY...then they said they could put me in an upgraded room - when they saw it was already an upgraded room they seemed dissappointed. They were very unfriendly. I got the room key and they told me the wrong place to […] find the room. Once I found it, I walked in to a dingy, filthy-stained smelly carpeted room with stains all over the sofa, chipped and worn furniture, a VERY uncomfortable bed and smelly linens. The noise in the rooms above and beside mine were LOUD with people just talking normally and having sex while banging the walls and drowning them out with my ancient 25-yr old TV wasn't even working. "Homestead is an unwelcome environment"
The rooms were in poor condition. The carpet looked as if it had never been cleaned. The toilet didn't flush well and the bathtub drained so slowly I thought it would back up. I reached the hotel front desk at 245 PM and desperately wanted to checkin as i had to use the restroom . Unfortunatey the front desk employee refused and asked me to wait for 15 mins. Never experienced this behavior in other hotels . I have checked in 2 hours before 3 PM in many of the other hotels Also the front desk is not available in the night. "Almost all good!"
Everything was good, except that the drain in the tub was very slow. Also, it took awhile for the hot water to get "hot", probably because I was on the second floor. All else was good. it was really nice and handy to have a kitchen & microwave!Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

If you needed a place for sleep, hot shower, and a relatively safe and clean place for running in the morning, I recommend it. Granted that there are many hotels surround it, but it has the lowest rate.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

Room was OK but small. Accidentally left some clothes during checkout. Called about 3 hrs after checking out and requested hotel to get clothes out of my room and hold for me to pick up two days later when I would be back.
