Das Hotel entsprach vollkommen unseren Ansprüchen. Nettes Personal, das Zimmer gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut (vergriffenes wurde immerzu nachgelegt). Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vollkommen ok. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

"Pretty Okay"
Stayed one night at this "extended stay" hotel. The front desk was efficient and nice. The room was cozy, and well maintained, but clearly getting on in years. Bed was worn but serviceable. TV had analog basic cable, with a fairly large screen. Hotel is located right off of I-40 in commercial district.
"Good for a cheap night near downtown Abq"
I stayed here simply because I got in late en route to Santa Fe. This is a very spartan hotel, featuring bare-bones rooms with efficiency kitchens. It was cheap, clean, and convenient. However, the front desk help was incredibly slow, even though she was friendly and meant well.
"Suburgan Inn Albuquerque"
What a great location. Close to Uptown Q with nice dining and shopping. Right off I-40. Rooms were small but clean. Slept well. For the price, it can't be beat. This is a great place to stay in Albuquerque--the parking lot was packed on the Friday night we were there.

Quiet motel in good area. Room was smaller but comfortable. Maid service was every three days. Kitchenette was well supplied. For the price it was a good place to stay.

Stayed here 5 nights. Wish we would have spent a little more for better accomodations. Wanted a kitchenette so went with this, and convenient location right off I 40. The room is very small, the bed was uncomfortable, generally run down furnishings, kitchen supplies very meager. The blanket was like a piece of felt. No hair dryer. Even Motel 6 gives […] you a hair dryer. Called front desk and the 2 they had to loan out were already in use. No fan in bathroom, room becomes very stuffy. Had to turn on airconditioner even though outside temps didn't necessitate it. Felt like I was being suffocated. Best thing about this place was the great BBQ restaurant down the street which we went to twice. Mehr

A little hard to find but close ot freeway and some resturants. Front desk attendent cool and little rundown on the room but nothing drastic.

Clean and comfortable room at a great price. I've stayed twice now and have reservations for another. It is my go to place in Albuquerque.

it was difficult to located the hotel and it was located in a quite area. the room was clean and it was fine. although the bed was hard seem like an old bed it hurt my back. the room was small with a little kitchenett, it was crowded. it would probably benefit people that would stay for a couple of nights stay not one night. "A great option for a stop along the way"
I have stopped here twice now, between Colorado and Tucson. It's a handy location and neat and clean. It isn't fancy, but the staff is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable and very affordable. They seemed to have a water pipe issue, with a pretty loud bang happening every time my neighbor's turned off their shower. "Suburban Stay Albuquerque close to Bar-B-Que Resta"
Close to freeway, market and Bar-B-Que restaurant. I went jogging and it was close to a jogging path. All rooms come with a full kitchen. Nicely maintained with some lawn.

"Stayed in the past very disappointed now"
We have stayed at this property numerous times in the past, this time it was not up to par at all. 1st the clerk gave us the wrong room # and keys. Then when we went into the room it was not very clean and very run down. We will not be staying there again!!

"A nice stay except for two complaints"
Bumping from one of the adjacent rooms was annoying during the day. Toilet was clogged and a maintenance man was not available on weekends to fix it. They did offer to change my room though but by then I fixed the problem myself with a plunger. Other than that, a nice stay.

Comfortable room and a great kitchenette. A little short on spoons - only had two and we had four people, but otherwise a very comfortable night. Refrigerator and freezer were already on and cold. Definitely a great place to stay on a budget with the conveniences of much more expensive suite hotels.

"SUBURBAN EXT. STAY - ALBUQUERQUE"
BECAUSE I HAVE A LUNG CONDITION THE HOTEL GRATIOUSLY ALLOWED US TO DEPART EARLY FROM WHAT WE WERE SCHEDULED - THE ELEVATION AFFECTED MY BREATHING, I COULD NOT GET ABOVE 81% - WHERE I SHOULD BE AT 90% AND ABOVE - THE STAFF WAS GREAT "THANK YOU DARWIN"

The Hotel had an excellent location- close to Sandia Mountains(good hiking), close to the fairgrounds- great flea market, and close to downtown and casino's. Only 1 hour from great shopping in Santa Fe.

When we made our reservations we requested a non-smoking room. We arrived to find that we were placed in a smoking room that reeked of smoke. The carpet was old and dirty with numerous stains and burn marks. The towel bar was missing in the bathroom and the base of the bathroom cabinet appeared to be rotting out. The hotel is in a nice quiet area of town. Close to a Whole Foods Store and a Kmart. I would stay here again if I come back Abq. About 10 miles from the balloon fiesta park.

"Worth the effort after you get there!"
This property is a challenge to get to (GPS got us to Walmart) but, worth the effort. It was reasonably priced, the room was clean and quiet and bed comfortable. Since they are an extended stay facility, they do NOT offer the breakfast other properties offer. I would stay here again.
"Suburban extended stay hotel"
The basic set up of the room and location are quite good. However this time we were disappointed with the lack of responsiveness of the housekeeping staff, and a lack of sufficient follow through from the front desk. For example, there was in the room only one small bar of soap to service the shower AND bathroom sink. Now that seems like an unnecessary […] way to cut down on their overhead costs. Also no dishwashing soap--given it as an "extended stay" hotel that seems unreasonable considering that they are housing visitors, even for a week. Finally the toilet backed up and overflowed. The crew unblocked the toilet in a timely fashion but the housekeeping merely wiped dry the floor but did not sanitize it. In spite of 3 phone calls and an in-person visit with the front desk and waiting for nearly an hour, no service to spray down the floor surfaces. I find that highly offensive and indefensible. I had stayed there in two previous extended stays and had no problems then. The front desk says there was a change of management and their policies----I think much for the worse. Mehr
"Value hotel but not very clean"
Stayed here to save money so I could spend more of my per diem enjoying ABQ, but you get what you paid for. Actually, you get less than you paid for. I'm almost nervous when you see a sloppily cleaned room, because you can almost guarantee that nothing else will be clean that is not out and visible. Carpet needed vacuuming, and you could see dirt marks […] all over the tile in the bathroom where they just barely ran over the tiles with a mop. Also, be aware that this hotel skimps on the amenities. Says there are hair dryers but they actually have 2 that you have to ask for. Staying for 2 days, and they left me 1 lonely packet of coffee. Not impressed at all. By the time the taxes were added in, find a better place to spend your moolah. Mehr
"Good value"
Not luxurious, but good amenities- especially kitchen with everything but an oven. Did have a 2 burner stove, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, and small refrig. Nice little eating area with workspace if you have laptop work to do, plus some storage. Would be nice to have a small hairdryer in the bathroom mounted on wall, as many motel/hotels […] do. Would definitely consider staying here again - quite convenient to get to main roads, restaurants, Old Town, Nob Hill area and airport. Mehr

"Suburban Extended Stay-OK but not the cleanest"
It had a kitchenette and decent sized bathroom. The floors were quite dirty, making our feet and my baby's knees black.

It is a nice place to stay. Only problem was the norm. not enough towels. Then when I asked for more towels I had to give the 2 that were in the room back before they would give more towels. No ice machines. They have 2 trays for ice in the fridge but they took almost a day to freeze. Other then that it was nice!!

If you're looking for an economical place to stay that provides a few conveniences of home this is worth your consideration. I was in Albuquerque for 4 days and 3 nights visiting family, and I enjoyed being able to come back to a quiet room whenever I needed a little privacy and peace. Room includes a refrigerator, stove, and a few dishes and utensils. […] Only minor problem was that I only found 2 hand towels in the bathroom and had to ask for wash cloths and full towels. But they cheerfully took care of that. Understand that a maid will NOT be in your room every day. I think someone comes in after 3 days to change linens but that's fine with me. I didn't pick this place as a resort. I've stayed here before and I'll use it again. Mehr
"Superior customer service, great quality for price"
I have stayed at Suburban Extended Stay on a few separate occasions, and have been pleasantly satisfied every time. The rooms were always clean, and the amenities are unmatched for such a low price. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, shower and kitchen utensils; everything you need to make a small home cooked meal. Location is great for travelers making […] a quick pit stop on road trips. The hotel manager was very good, and helped accommodate my reservation when I ran into car troubles and my car broke down. The assistance has gained my loyalty to this hotel for all my future travel plans through Albuquerque. Mehr

This is a decent, clean hotel, located a little off the beaten path. While it's not at all elaborate, it offers clean rooms and is a good value.
